• Domenico (1/5): Scarsa Igiene non tollerabile - Personale cortese nonostante avessimo aspettato un’ora per entrare data la serratura non funzionante, ci ha raggiunto e risolto il problema. Abbiamo prenotato e non soggiornato nella struttura, siamo andati via perché le condizioni igieniche erano disarmanti: insetti per terra, muffa nel bagno, cuscini sporchi, polvere ovunque, non c’erano zanzariere, un solo ventilatore rumoroso che poteva essere attaccato solo ad una presa vicino al letto perché l’altra non funzionava. Quindi dovevamo decidere se caricare il cellulare o non morire di caldo. Cuscini alti 2 centimetri.

• Lombardo (3/5): Bed - Nothing The accommodation very miserable comparing to the cost 3rd floor no lift and not mentioned. Besides I paid twice the tax because they continued asking for the payment even though the amount was already charged

• Simone (3/5): Se questa era la stanza più bella non voglio sapere come era l'altra - La posizione era ottima. La colazione non era compresa, ma era presente il bollitore per un eventuale tè, peccato per le cimici sul vassoio. La camera è stata cambiata dal gestore in quanto quella selezionata aveva una perdita di GAS e la conseguente assenza di acqua calda; quella proposta come migliorativa era una camera vicino al duomo, impianto elettrico difettoso, la luce nel bagno non si riusciva a spegnere per un pulsante rotto, cimici su tende e sul tavolino dove c'era il bollitore e i bicchieri, vicini che bussano alla porta all'1 di notte incitati dal gestore...
• Emma (2/5): Molto male! - Lo staff è stato disponibile e si è scusato per ciò che mancava. L’ho apprezzato La posizione centrale. La camera era prenotata per 3, ma il divano letto lo abbiamo fatto noi, questo non sarebbe stato un grosso problema se ci fossero state delle coperte, visto che mi avevano pure contattato il giorno prima dicendomi che non funzionava la caldaia, almeno delle coperte in più in caso fosse stato freddo le avrebbero dovute lasciare. Nel bagno non andava giù la carta quando tiravi lo sciacquone, e non c’era nemmeno un bidone per buttare i rifiuti Il gas in cucina non andava e pure il forno era rotto Nell’armadio c’erano dei sacchi con lenzuoli e coperte usati da altri ospiti, quindi sporchi. L’unica coperta che ho trovato aveva delle macchie gialle. Nella camera molte prese non funzionavano e non c’era luce, solamente due lampade sui comodini. Il prezzo non vale assolutamente il posto!! Da evitare

• Stefano (2/5): Direi una casa non adatta ad essere affittata ad un prezzo superiore ai 50 Euro - Posizione centrale La luce del bagno non funzionava, c’era odore di gas , bagno sprovvisto di asciugacapelli, telefonata alle 19 alla persona contatto ricevendo di fatto solo giustificazioni ma in sostanza nessun aiuto. Prezzo altissimo rispetto a tutti i problemi trovati in casa

• Jason (10/5): Charming apartment - It’s a “traditional” Italian style apartment in a beautiful older building, it was very charming, waking up and looking over the balcony courtyard. It was definitely a “European experience“ not as modern as other listings, but it had its unique characteristics where I really enjoyed staying there. A lot of places in Milan are overpriced, this area was perfect. There was a little Bistro down the block, it was easy access to the metro, easy access to the main train station to get back to Mxp airport. I will highly recommend it if you are there for an extended stay plenty of storage space, big and roomy plenty of space to move around.

• Juergen (1/5): very bad experience, lots of major issues eg. no warm water - 👎🏻 - nothing no warm water loud freezer mold/stains in the shower and in the walls/shelves broken tiles open / broken ceiling at heating unit, bricks visible open / loose light fixtures and wall sockets refusing a refund not able to communicate properly and provide an invoice
• Ildiko (6/5): Maybe for young backpackers - Location I couldn’t reach the owner for the check in. I got 2 messages with contradicting info. There is no air conditioning, so I don’t recommend at summer time. Just step out the door felt like can breathe again, while the outside temperature was high as well.
• Oliwia (3/5): Not up to standards - Location was alright. Nothing like the pictures. Fridge is sooo loud. Floor tiles broken which we were tripping over. The sofa bed didn't have bed sheets or pillow even though they knew it was 3 people staying so the 3 of us had to sleep on the double bed. Reception is 15min walk from premises and only there during hours of check in. All very unorganised and not up to standard. Do not stay there.

• Sarah (3/5): 1 night was enough. Needs repairs and updating. - We rang the owner of the property who failed to meet us at the property. He then said we could store our luggage if we arrived before 12pm. We arrived and there was no way of getting into the property. We rang the owner repeatedly who fineally answered after 30min stood at the door of the apartment what appeared to be a building site. He then said we could not store bags at the property but we would need to go to another hotel 10min walk to store bags. The appartments were under construction. Scaffolding upon entrance, dusty and strong paint fumes. The room was in disrepair. Broken tiles, holes in the walls, plug sockets stuck on with cello tape, loud buzzing fridge. No air con just a fan. Hot tap with cold water, cold tap with hot water.
• Martinolli (2/5): The place could be a super appartment for guests if kept properly and after a good renovation work - The appartment is in the historical center of Milan, very close to Sant'Ambrogio The appartment is in bad conditions, absolutely under the minimum requirements for renting to guests. Not clean enough and smelly, Fridge not working properly and very noisy, Toilet leaking water from underneath, broken tiles on the floor, many lamps not working, boiler in the kitchen without a place where to connect to the electicity etc. etc.....
• Carsten (2/5): Disappointing, not acceptable, bad service. - It was centrally located. Key pick-up in a different place of the city, pictures in the description did not match the apartment at all. Place is as super run down, electronic sockets fell out the wall, lamp covers were missing, shower head broken and curtain disgustingly filthy and not intact either, mold on the walls of the bedroom and bathroom, mattress of third bed not okay and filthy, garbage (empty boxes) on cupboards, fridge was as loud as a motorbike (no kidding), when we contacted the host no help or assistance given. Did not even call back- absolutely unacceptable.
• Iulia (1/5): Worst experience - Nothing, worst experience of my life! It’s a health hazard! There is mold on the walls, dust everywhere, very dirty, broken things, the place looks abandoned, you don’t even have a blanket to cover yourself at night.
• Simone (3/5): Worst flat ever rented in Milan! - The apartment was dirty, full of damaged things, smelly, with electrical cables from the electricity sockets hanging out of the wall. The apartment is dilapidated and needs some refurbishment works as soon as possible (for the amount of money that they charge to you!). During my stay the bathroom was also broken, I could continue but I think that’s enough to make the next customers understand the situation.

• Susana (1/5): WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, GHOST OWNER NEVER OPENED DOOR - I WASNT able to enter the property, I was left outside in the darkness of the night with 3 little children, worst experience of my life. Landlord never answered the phone or messages a complete ghost Worst experience of my life! I was robbed and put in danger with my 3 little children
• Poppy (8/5): recommend 100% - very basic but amazing location and the staff were very helpful even though we were very early to the property. not the places fault but the stairs are a lot and the balcony is very thin so bear that in mind you’re in for a workout
