This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals between 19:00 and 20:00, EUR 35 between 20:00 and 22:00, EUR 45 between 22:00 and 24:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
