- Kimberly (4/5): Disappointed - Booked this house for a week long Disney vacation with family. The location is convenient and the resort amenities were nice to have. However, the property is not in good condition. The finishes are in disrepair, including cabinets and flooring repaired with tape. The shower is in poor condition with low water pressure, the beds are worn and uncomfortable. We paid for the pool to be heated during our stay and the spa was not at all warm. It is only heated during the day, so we couldn’t have used it after a long park day anyway. The photos of this property are misleading, and overall we were disappointed in the accommodation. We would certainly stay in Windsor Hills again, but will avoid this management company and specific property.
