• Yoshizumi (9/5): 家族連れでのヴェニス観光拠点として最適 - リアルト橋近くにあり観光には最適、一方で大通りから少し離れた場所にあるため夜間でも周囲はうるさくない。5人での宿泊であったが、バスルームが二ヶ所あるなど快適に過ごすことができた。オーナーのバーバラさんも親切で、チェックイン前の荷物預けを受け入れてくれ、またおすすめのレストランなど数多く教えていただいた。 特に無し。 強いて言えば食洗機と洗濯機やドライヤーなど同時使用するとブレーカーが落ちやすい。またメインブレーカーは部屋の中ではなく建物一階にあるため要注意。

• Likuna (10/5): - The host, Barbara, was amazing, she went above and beyond. The place is located near the Rialto Bridge, in a top location. The house was clean and had two bathrooms. Overall, we were very satisfied. The manager of the apartment was unhelpful. We asked for assistance with our luggage (there’s a small space at the entrance where you can leave it), and of course, we were willing to take responsibility. We only needed to leave it there for 2 hours, but the manager refused our request. It was very difficult to carry six pieces of luggage over the Rialto Bridge.

There were plenty of shops and restaurant options nearby, particularly the rialto Bridge area which is obviously very close. Our street was far enough away though to be very quiet.

• Olha (9/5): Superb - Location is great, right near the Rialto Bridge, but in a quiet street. The apartment was big and we had more than enough space for 5 people. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities; a big advantage for us was having a dishwasher and an iron. Communication before check-in could be better.

• Caroline (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, spotlessly clean, spacious rooms. One shower holder was broken, and could not hold shower head. Kettle top had to be held closed, a bit dangerous.

• Muriel (8/5): Excellent location, good apartment - Excellent location. You can reach by foot from the airport bus or by vaporetto. This should be mentioned by the host. The apartment is generally quiet, although the neighbors might be a bit loud. The person for the key was very nice. The double bed was comfortable. There are plugs close to the bed. Small improvements needed: soap holder in the shower, more cups and glasses (at least 5 of each since the apartment is for 5 people), dish washer tabs, detergent, mosquito repellent. The bedsheets and towels could have been cleaner. There are lots of mosquitoes in Venice, be prepared.

I always say it’s the details that matter to weary travelers, Kleenex, dish soap, cork screw, magnetized mirror for women putting on make up …. We used the second bedroom and there were no sheets. (Hubby snore)
• Melanie (10/5): - The apartment was way more spacious than we imagined. It was well appointed and the host was most accommodating. One night we accidentally locked ourselves out and she didn’t hesitate to make the journey back to let us in. Truly a great place to stay.

• Julie (8/5): Plenty of space for our family (mom, dad, 2 teens) - The location is perfect for exploring Venice. The host Ketty was wonderful. It's a bit noisy outside the windows in the morning but that's to be expected with restaurants nearby that need to get stocked the for day. The air conditioning worked well and was so appreciated. We recommend this apartment.
• Marla (4/5): Flight was canceled, so we did not get to stay here. - Had to pay extra for late arrival and then flight was canceled. Non-refundable, and did not know about the late arrival fee.
• Rebecca (10/5): A perfect landing spot. - This apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. We used the main living area as a bedroom so the couple in our group and the 2 singles each had their own private space. We congregated in the kitchen when we were at the apartment together, playing games or chatting. But this place was in such a great location that we were rarely there beyond sleeping at night. This unit was very clean. The communication with the host was very clear. I would love to stay here again.
• Utilizator_booking (10/5): For a next time.in Venice - Very confortable for a 4 family - 2 rooms, 2 baths (apartment has 1 double bad room, 1 room with 2 single bads and 1 room with 1 sigle bad, 2 baths, and aslo a well equiped kitchen) Whit good natural.light and also well lit Good bads and pilows Air conditioning, good wi-fi Very clean accomodation acces Near to Rialto Bridge (aprox 150 - 200 m) and Canale Grande (50 m) but also quiet (is a 2nd floor apart) Very accesible to Piazza San Marco - 3 vaporetto stations (no. 1) or 20 min walking Restaurants on the Canale Canale also in the streets around (see Antica Osteria Riga Rialto), pizza to go restaurants (see Farini), a few groceries shops, bars open late (see Bussola and Barcollo) ...and the contact person, Ketty was very nice!
• Helena (1/5): Room was a total mess when we arrived! Very disappointed and didn’t get any compensation after waiting at 10pm to check - The location is perfect. Although on 2nd flr with no elevator The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived!!! Very very disappointed. The room was not ready until 10pm!! Such a waste of time. We asked for compensation but they said they can’t do anything about it - which is unacceptable
• Helen (10/5): Great stay! Would definitely recommend! - The location was excellent! Great neighborhood right near the Rialto Bridge. And the interior design was wonderful, very modern, clean, and bright. We loved it! The smaller twin beds were not very comfortable for our children.

• Diego (7/5): Good location, but bad customer service - The location and the size of the apartment The TV volumes were locked at a very low level and, after reaching out to the property contact, we were told that the owner didn’t respond. This is very frustrating as we had kids and having a well functioning TV was critical. Disappointing is also the fact that the owner didn’t have the courtesy to respond to our communications.
