• ROBERTA (6/5): Speravo meglio - Appartamento in generale accogliente, necessita di importanti interventi di manutenzione La persona che si occupa di fornire informazioni al cliente è a dir poco MOLESTA. Ho ricevuto tantissimi messaggi e anche una telefonata WhatsApp in cui si richiedeva di effettuare il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno ancor prima di essere entrati in casa. La tassa di soggiorno non deve essere obbligatoriamente pagata PRIMA di entrare in casa, ma anche durante o dopo il soggiorno. Ci è stata anche chiesta la gentilezza di buttare i rifiuti a fine soggiorno (soggiorno di qualche giorno) che ho trovato inaccettabile a fronte del pagamento di 90€ per la pulizia. L'appartamento necessita di interventi di manutenzione: rubinetto della cucina rotto, doccino della doccia rotto.

• Rina (10/5): - Adoramos a estadia. O anfitrião Dinesh foi muito atencioso. O apartamento é próximo à estação Bande Nere, o que foi muito conveniente para nossa estadia. Tudo limpo e funcionando perfeitamente.

• Nooruddin (10/5): Spacious Apartment in Calm Area of Greater Milan - The apartment was a pleasant surprise for the price I paid, much more affordable and better than a lot of the other hotel options. It felt spacious and comfortable. It wasn’t ready unfortunately by check in time but the cleaning lady was very nice. Close to the m1 metro stop, about a 7 min walk. My only issue was that it was a little warm and the AC wasn’t the best.

• Tomoka (8/5): - 新しくはないですが、清潔な部屋でした。窓からの景色も良く、夜も静かです。 2DKで荷物を広げても十分な広さがありました。 ヘアドライヤーや調理器具もありますが、ワインオープナーはありませんのでご注意ください。また、金庫もありません。 夏に行ったので洗濯機があったのは本当に助かりました。 管理人さんとはWhatsAppでやり取りをし、15時よりも前にチェックインさせてくれました。 ドアロックが暗証番号式なのですが、一度なぜかドアが開かなかったのでメッセージを送るとすぐに対応してくれました。親切です。

• Kathy (8/5): Ruim en proper. - Ruim, mooi en proper appartement. Goed bed en goeie douche. Ook voor een iets langer verblijf lijkt me dit een fijne plek: ruim en wasmachine & vaatwas aanwezig. Dicht bij metro. Mindere puntjes: als je gevoelig bent voor straatgeluid zoals ik, breng je beste oordoppen mee. Ligt aan drukke baan. Uit de badkamer komt soms een onaangename riool geur: venster open en deur dichthouden is de oplossing. En mensen met claustrofobie moeten veel trappen lopen: is op achtste verdiep, kleine lift. Maar voor mij was die prima.

• Ana (8/5): Very good - We were in 3, so we appreciated the extra bed. The apartment was really clean and the check-in process was quite simple. The apartment is also very close to a metro station. Since the air conditioning in the living room was quite weak, it got really hot in the apartment and we couldn't really cool it down.

• Weinberger (8/5): The stay was very nice and comfortable - The location was very nice, close to the metro and in less than 10 minutes you are in the centre of the city! The apartment was clean and very nice and the bed was very comfortable.
• Sofya (10/5): Stay with kids. - Everything looked like new. Net on the windows. Sufficient flatware. Dishwasher, cloths washer (all with needed washing means). Coffee, tea and sugar sufficient for tired travelers, who just entered the flat after long journey. I would expect more powerful air conditioner, or we just didn’t figure out how it works. But it was hot only first day, then it was fresh sufficient outside.
