• Angelos (9/5): A beautiful and very modern apartment in a prime location! - The flat is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos, modern clean and very cozy. Great location, a great home base for the trip, and the Wi-Fi was strong and fast. It’s a lovely, well maintained space that feels inviting as soon as you walk in. Although the location in the center was great, sometimes street noise filtered through the windows at night due to what seemed like inadequate sealing of the windows. Locating the property was also a bit difficult, a photo of the outside would have been a great help for future guests. Furthermore, the room's comfort could be easily improved by providing basic essentials like accessible extra blankets, drinking glasses, and coffee-making facilities.

• ADE (7/5): Naples est une ville incroyable ! L’appartement est bien situé et agréable pour quelques jours. Le plus , un frigo qui p - L’emplacement est top pour visiter et être au cœur des vibrations de Naples. L’accueil était aussi de qualité et la chambre fonctionnelle et bien pensée. L’insonorisation est faible , les murs sont fins et on entend beaucoup les bruits de ville donc si vous aimez vivre au rythme de cette magnifique ville c’est parfait. Si vous voulez du repos et calme , ce n’est pas le bon choix. Je n’ai pas pris l’option ménage mais je pensais au moins avoir un balais a disposition pour les 5 jours et une éponge mais non . L’évier restait bouché et la douche était branlante. Mais tout refait à neuf donc agréable. Dommage que la propreté a l’arrivée soit discutable.

• Giulia (10/5): - La struttura in una posizione centralissima, a pochi metri da via dei Tribunali. La camera é spaziosa, dotata di riscaldamento autonomo, tv e frigorifero. Accoglienza di persona, molto gentili e molto attenti. A fronte di un piccolo guasto si sono attivati il giorno stesso per risolvere.

• Claudia (9/5): Esperienza ottima, ci torneremo. - La struttura confina perfettamente con tutti i luoghi principali di Napoli, permettendoci di visitare tutti i posti a piedi. Il luogo è pulitissimo, bellissima la doccia con i led e la camera arredata perfettamente con l’aggiunta di asciugamani e flaconi di shampoo e sapone per mani e viso. Anche l’accoglienza è stata ottima, con totale gentilezza e aiuto per l’orientamento nella città e per le visite in ulteriori attrazioni di Napoli. L’unico problema riscontrato è la mancanza di risposta per quanto riguardava il check out, siamo uscite dalla camera circa a mezzogiorno per la mancata risposta sul come dovessimo fare per lasciare la struttura (check out programmato per le 10).
• Eva (5/5): Pratique mais décevant - Quartier sympa assez proche de tout sauf peut être de la plage Literie confortable et clim très appréciée Le service de ménage ne passe pas pendant le séjour, les serviettes, la literie ne sont pas changées. 2 rouleaux de PQ pour 2 pour 1 semaine. Pas de réponse de l’hôte ou alors ne répond pas du tout au problème rencontré. Chambre qui paraît neuve en pg pro avec une barrière de lit cassée, une peinture qui s’écaille, la chasse d’eau qui bug. Une seule chaise pour deux dans la chambre ?? Jet de douche avec une très faible pression

• John (8/5): Great space in the heart of the historic centre of Napoli - Friendly welcome and tour of the building. Central location in historic centre. Chaos all around, which makes Napoli amazing. No coffee facilities in room.

• Nichola (8/5): Great stay, amazing location, needs a few tweaks. - While the apartment was lovely and clean on arrival and greeted by a wonderful host, there is only one set of towels and bed linen for a week, it would have been better to at least have 1 change while I was there and not at an extra cost but I understand trying to keep costs low. The room was comfortable and air conditioning was fantastic, the noise from the street was hard to muffle out as scooters were zooming past 24/7 and required ear plugs every night (fireworks at 2 & 4 am was a challenge to sleep through at the weekend but not the fault of the hosts) hence sleeping in some mornings because I had such a broken sleep, yes it is the center of town and a busy area but the sound proofing could have been better. Apart from a couple of small improvements I had a lovely stay, the location was great for getting around, loads of tourist attractions near by and great places to eat. Plenty of space in the apartment, bright and airy, fridge and hair dryer working great. The main question would be, would I be back? The answer is yes! But maybe with industrial ear defenders and a spare towel lol.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Nicht Empfehlenswert - Check-In ist schlimm, man muss den Besitzer zuerst kontaktieren. Wir haben 2 Stunden gewartet und mussten mit circa 5 Leuten telefonieren. Die Strasse ist viel zu laut und die Fenster sind nicht dicht. Dazu kommt dass über dem Hotel renoviert wird, das heisst lauter Baustellen Lärm. Wir haben auch Ameisen in unseren Handtüchern und auf dem Boden im Badezimmer gefunden. Ansonsten war es okay. Lage ist Top.
• Nicolas (6/5): Correct mais communication très compliquée - Appartement très propre et refait à neuf Cependant des fenêtres pourtant neuves même avec les volets fermés donne l’impression que vous êtes dehors avec toute les bruits d’Italie…. Personnes hurlants sous le fenêtre, klaxonnent,… Ne pensez pas dormir après 8h Voilà concernant le logement ! Pour la communication …. Il m’ont demandé 20 fois à quelle heure j’arrivais ( par mail, via Hotels.com, par whatsapp) bien entendu je répondait à chaque fois …. Vue que nous arrivons vers 23:30 !!! C’est que la veille que j’ai eu les coordonnés de la personne qui allait nous recevoir …. Attention !!! En cas d’arrivée tardive 20€ à donner en plus et 40€ si on arrive après minuit !! Bien évidement en espèce …….

• Deborah (8/5): - Very lively area! Alot of street noise so if you are looking for quiet, you will not like this location. I just got ear plugs and slept fine. We loved the vibe here, lots to take in. Also easy to get to the train stations.
