Mojca (7/5): - Stanovanje je blizu železniške postaje in centra. Stanovanje je v tretji etaži do katerega vodi 45 strmih stopnic. Vonj cigaretov iz prve etaže se vonja v stanovanju. Zelo se sliši hrup iz ulice.
Axel (4/5): Cumplidor para el precio pero con algunas falencias. - La ubicación es muy buena y el departamento tiene muchas comodidades como lavarropas, cocina, heladera y demás. La ducha fue decepcionante. Rotaba entre frío helado y caliente casi hirviendo. Preguntamos al conserje si existía una forma de evitar esto y no obtuvimos respuesta. Además los vecinos son fumadores, por lo que se sentía el humo de cigarrillo impregnado en todo el ambiente. Si bien esto no es responsabilidad del dueño es importante para la gente que no tolera este olor (como yo).
Yaroslav (2/5): - I would not recommend this property. It’s on the third floor up the stairs if you have a big log good luck smells like cigarettes and the hallway very dark very small.
Rica (8/5): Despite the issue with the hot water, we love this place. No need to spend onpublic transportation since everything was - The hot water in the shower runs out fast.
Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent. Especially for couples. The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping, but it did the job.
Linda (4/5): - The property is on the 3rd floor; no lift. There is no clothes dryer. There is only one set of keys; they would not provide a second set of keys. I had to buy dish sponge and dish towel. Area for improvement: provide directions on how to operate washer, where to empty your garbage, have a clothes dryer line that works.
