• Bruce (9/5): - Clean and spacious apartment. Very quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Great facilities. Everything we needed and breakfast provided was ample. Greeted at entrance to accommodation by Gianluca and given a very warm welcome. Tour of the accommodation, lots of local guidance on where to visit and places to eat. Easy to contact Gianluca and speedy response to any messages. Thanks for a wonderful stay. No complaints
• Chris (9/5): Perfect short stay in Napoli. Quiet, well equipped apartment with comfy beds. Location is perfect! - The Apartment was in a perfect location to explore the city. Beach, port, street food areas and SpanishQuarter were all walkable in 15mins or less. Although right on the busy Via Toledo stretch the apartment was very quiet inside the apartment which made a comfortable stay. Gianluca was a super friendly host and provided lots of information and recommendations. He also helped store our luggage after check out. There were lots of snacks and items provided for breakfast. Note you need to pay 10c to use the lift which was a little confusing at first

• Jiménez-Casquet Robles (10/5): EXCELENTE - Cogí dos pisos ambos cómodos y muy limpios, los pisos estaban en el centro, es imposible una mejor localización, el casero muy amable. Todo lo que pueda decir es bueno, además todo un detalle que haya cositas para desayunar, toallas de sobra y nos dejó monedas para utilizar el ascensor.
• MARIE-LAURE (9/5): Ravis de ce séjour en plein coeur de la ville, pour comprendre ce qu'est la vita napolitana - Sur une des avenues les plus animées de Naples et à proximité du métro, un emplacement premium pour visiter la ville. L'appartement lui, est en dehors de la clameur de la cité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée par Gianluca qui nous a donné de précieux conseils

• Berta (9/5): Buena experiencia - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, el apartamento está muy céntrico y puedes ir caminando a todas partes. Además estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado. El amfitrión fue muy amable y era muy fácil hablar con él. La cama era muy cómoda y aun estando en el centro, el apartamento era súper silencioso tanto de día como de noche. Sólo hay una máquina de aire caliente en la zona del domitorio, para dormir estuvimos genial, ya que había sabanas gruesas y cómodas, pero para cenar y en momentos de descanso pasamos un poco de frío (era febrero). El desayuno incluído es bollería, yogures, zumo y café, a mi no es lo que más me gusta, pero ya lo sabía antes de ir, sólo para que lo tengáis en cuenta.

Хороший господар квартири, який допоміг з трансфером і показав на карті де що знаходиться і як туди краще добратись. Ліжка зручні, кондиціонер працює, гаряча вода є. Все необхідне для приготування і зберігання продуктів також є. Великий мінус це крики і шум ночами від особи, яка проживає в цьому будинку, або була поруч. Дві ночі було нереально спати. Але є надія, що так є не завжди, а тільки в період нашого проживання. Також порада господарю купити насадку на кран в кухні, щоб зручніше було мити посуд і паперові рушники. Дріб'язок, але дуже потрібний як на мене.
• catanzaro (8/5): - Posizione eccezionale, appartamento accogliente e pulitissimo, l'host Gianluca assolutamente eccezionale, presente per ogni esigenza e molto accogliente. Consigliatissimo... speriamo di tornare presto!
• Anta (8/5): Buono e sodisfacente per brevi periodi - Posizione ottima vicinissima a Spaccanapoli, letto molto comodo,si dorme veramente bene e proprietario molto gentile. Ci siamo capitati nel periodo un po piovoso e non tanto caldo, ma il proprietario aveva acceso già riscaldamento è siamo stati bene. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento dalle foto sembrano molto diversi! Il letto si trova sopra, il bagno sotto quindi per scendere di notte, se devi, diventa un po complicato! È un appartamento molto silenzioso perché le finestre escono nel cortile peccato per le notte piovose che l'acqua cadendo non so esattamente contro che cosa crea un rumore fastidioso come qualcuno battesse un martello lungo tutta la notte. Ma i tappi per le orecchie risolvono il problema. Colazione c'e ma confezionata e con tutto ben di Dio appena usciti per strada abbiamo preferito uscire e farla fuori, solo la mattina della partenza come era troppo presto abbiamo usufruito.

• frugier (8/5): Malgré ces quelques reproches notre séjour fut agréable - La gentillesse la souplesse ( arrivée une heure plus tard que prévu)et la réactivité de Gianluca, l’emplacement central pour visiter Naples et proximité des commerces, Les oreillers sont ( à notre goût ) beaucoup trop gros et trop durs , ils cassent le coup. La plaque de cuisson nous a posé beaucoup de soucis pour la faire fonctionner… Appartement globalement propre mais la douche mériterait beaucoup plus d’attention.

• Myriam (4/5): Logement pas reposant et pas pratique pour cuisiner - Petit déjeuner soit disant inclus en fait produit industriel pour une semaine avec yaourts aromatisés et gâteaux en sachet , cafetière minimaliste à l’italiennne Au départ pas de micro onde ( apporté au 3 ème jour à ma demande ) pas de saladier ni grande casserole ( pas possible de faire cuire des moules par exemple, pas de râpe , 4 ème étage avec ascenseur où il faut glisser 10 c , lits non confortables en bas et celui de mon fils dans la mezzanine ne faisait que grincer à ses moindres mouvements, pas de torchons, nous sommes en plein centre ville mais la plage est loin à prêt de 3 km

L'appartamento è molto carino, con arredamento moderno, situato all'interno di un palazzo storico. L'host è simpatico, gentilissimo e ci ha dato molti consigli utili per dove mangiare e cosa vedere. • Marite (10/5): Apartment close to the historic center - Apartament was close to historic centre. It was very good that the apartment also had a hall and a kitchen. In booking was written " breakfast included", but there were only snacks in the fridge. Yes, there was coffee, tea, juice, yogurts and sweets, but it would have been nice to also provide bread, cheese or sausage.

• Merve (9/5): It was a fantastic experience with an amazing host in a great location - Our host Gianluca was great and always helpful. Location is great; close to metro, historical center of the city, harbor etc Close to the best pizza place for us; Owap Floor cleaning might have been better. For daily usage, vacuum cleaner would have been nice so we could clean the place during the day if needed. Breakfast included only sweet stuff; cookies, cakes, yogurt with fruit, jams, and much more.

Absolutely great place, we booked after a friend’s recommendation and will definitely be recommending this place to others as well!
• Harika (10/5): Brilliant - We loved staying here. Its just exceptional. We booked this in the last minute and Gianluca is very kind and brilliant. He met us on location, gave us reciept for breakfast down the road, and all other useful tips. The kitchen is amazing, its well equipped. The whole flat is very artistic. They are new and just starting off and its really nice for a new team to get this all together. Thanks a lot. It would be nice to have bathroom mat and kitchen mats. And wish the floor is more clean.
