• Antonio (8/5): Escape the City! - The place is superbly nice! It is cozy and a few mins away from the metro. They have several utilities like kitchen utensils, a nice hot shower, aircon, and a hug ref. Overall it was great because the bed and sofa were comfy. There is free wifi and a television! Top it off with a nice cozy table. I would recommend this if you are on a romantic trip with your partner. Also good for single people to have a nice base :) It's not really that accessible since it goes through so many doors with so many keys. There's a curfew at night where they lock the entrance gates and the keys don't have any label on which it opens. You have to play a bit of an escape room game.

• Beth (8/5): Very good - 30 min walk from centre. 5 mins walk from metro. Small supermarket in the same block. You have to arrange an exact time to meet at the apartment for someone ti let you in. However if you don’t know, you can collect keys from a reception 10 mins walk away.
• Manuel (7/5): Good appliances, horrible bed - Appliances. Very clean The bed is horrible. Not enough hot water. Instructions to get in were badly translated to English so the property was hard to find
• Pierre (7/5): Good and bad - Location There was no toiletries although they say it has, when we arrived we found 2 small bottles that wouldn’t last the stay of 4 days when we called the customer service they said it a welcome kit and we are not responsible for that.

• Laura (6/5): The appartment is comfortable and very good located, it should be better maintained. - The location was excellent. The Staff was very friendly, they took care of our luggage before the check-in time. For us the mattresses were very uncomfortable and it was very loud inside the bedroom, we could here the people from upstairs when they where flushing the toilet, their foorsteps, or the radio. In the Bathroom there was a wooden floor that was lifting from the humidity, it was in very bad conditions, and there was a very strong musty smelll coming from it. We didnt feel comfortable using the shower for this reason.
• Mario (2/5): - Pésima Atención , cuando llegas a Milan debes ir a recoger la llave del apartamento a otra ubicación lejos del hospedaje. Es Horrible nunca se comunicaron y cuándo logró dar con la llave e ingresamos estaba totalmente sucio un asco. No tengan como opción esta propiedad es un desastre y una decepción para cualquier turista.
