• Stephanie (10/5): An amazing stay in a spacious apartment, close to all sights. - Spacious, lovely, and a great location! A very good value in Florence, with even a little garden in the back. We found Campuccio 42 to be a perfect and comfortable place for our group of 5. The property is fantastic. The washer blew the fuse for the entire house, but luckily Claudio was able to guide us on how to fix. (Write to your person if anything happens. The Booking message is a robomessage and doesn’t respond.) The showers have very high pressure and can get the the bathrooms pretty wet.
• Aris (10/5): - The apartment is just amazing, the people very helpful and it was ideal for the 5 of us. Some information about how to use the gas but managed to find out in the end. Nice area, lots of little shops to buy things, eat, very close from the city center easy to walk around. I would go back for SURE!

• Rachel (9/5): Well equipped, well situated, spacious apartment - 15 minute walk from most places - either side of the river Air con in bedrooms Plenty of space for everyone All bedrooms en suite Towels and shower gel; washing up liquid for the sink Seating area in kitchen and dining room Well equipped kitchen - perfect for cooking Crockery was a little bit mixed - few bowls or glasses and no drinking glasses Outside area needs a good clean and tidy - booked partly for that and didn’t use it Sockets needed different adapters to the ones we had - needed more adapters to help us

• Ximing (8/5): Very good - The floor in bathroom should be installed with a floor drain. Water spills on the floor when we shower and it is inevitable due to the orientation of the shower head.
• Tamara (1/5): Disappointing apartment - We had to wait to meet someone (not the host) to receive the keys to the apartment. He was disorganized and did not know which apartment we were renting when we were inside the building searching for the right keys. Many of the apartments lights did not work, among other things and he seemed unknowledgeable in general. The furniture was not clean and the beds not comfortable. The lack of AC did not help (there is AC in the bedrooms only but they are separated in distance meaning that the rest of the apartment is not suitable in the summer heat in Florence). There are no fans. The apartment smelled musty and was not clean. Many of the apartment lights were not working and the photos did not represent the truth of the experience. It is a lower floor apartment with dim lighting (not representative of the photos on booking.com). The furniture was not clean (both chair and sofa) and beds not comfortable. There was no outdoor table (which was represented as an attractive feature of the apartment by another guest). I read good reviews which is why I booked this apartment but did not find the same attributes or experience. My daughter and I left the apartment early in order to have a pleasant stay in Florence which we did have at another hotel. I would be very weary of booking this apartment.
