The room was very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and the staff was very helpful and polite. The room needs maintenance. Door handles need fixing , handles in the shower are falling off, plugs coming out of the wall.

• CARLA (10/5): Excepcional - Eu gostei de tudo, não há o que reclamar. A anfitriã extremadamente prestativa. A limpeza do quarto maravilhosa, feita todos os dias com troca de toalhas. A acomodação oferece conforto e tranquilidade. Muito bem localizado, próxima da estação central de Roma, o que facilitou muito nossa estadia. A porta de entrada do prédio é bem antiga, mas o que é característica dos imóveis em Roma, mas o apartamento é muito novo e organizado. Super recomendo. Nada. Tudo muito bom para mim.

We were expecting a hotel due to the description but it's a converted apartment with 2 rooms sharing a living room / kitchen. We arrived very late and it was difficult to get the lock to open on the apartment. Note if you are arriving from outside the EU it requires WiFi access to open the door.

• Bisera (6/5): Good location room for short stay in Rome - I really liked the host, who was always available to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived, even though our flight was delayed and we got there two hours late — at 2 a.m. — the host patiently waited for us to check in, which we greatly appreciated. The location of the apartment is fantastic! You’re close to amazing restaurants, the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the main train station, and the metro. The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. There was always hot water, and the cleaning staff provided fresh towels every day. They even brought us bottled water almost every two days. There were sleepers as well! The street is very quiet, so we were able to sleep well — something that’s quite rare in Rome! On the downside, the room is part of an apartment with two rooms. The door to our room was very thin, so you can hear everything happening in the common area. We were lucky that for most of our stay there were no neighbors in the other room, but on the last day, very noisy and impolite guests arrived, and we couldn’t sleep at all — which was especially stressful since we had an early flight at 5 a.m. The cleanliness wasn’t up to expectations. The curtains, for example, had large, very visible stains — possibly food or something else — and it was clear they hadn’t been washed in a long time. They either need to be thoroughly cleaned or removed completely, especially since the windows already have covers you can open and close. The bathroom also needs more attention. The shower had mold and clearly requires a deep clean. The wall near the toilet had visible stains that looked very unhygienic, which is particularly unpleasant considering that hand towels are stored there. This did not create a relaxing or comfortable feeling. The toilet lid was also half broken when we arrived, making loud cracking noises when opened or when sitting down — definitely not ideal. Other small inconveniences added up. The building door is extremely heavy and difficult to open, especially if you’re a smaller person like me. There’s no trash bin in the room, only a very small one in the bathroom. It felt inconvenient to go to the common area just to throw away something simple like an empty water bottle. The bed sheets were another disappointment. They weren’t completely clean when we checked in, and during our almost 7-day stay, they were never changed. The staff only made the bed each day but didn’t replace the sheets, which I would have expected at least once for the price we paid. Overall, for the money, it was decent for a short stay, but definitely not perfect. A few improvements in cleanliness and maintenance,, would make a big difference and better match the price being charged.

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, e o quarto é super confortável, com sabonetes, shampoo e cremes de ótima qualidade um cuidado com o hóspede que faz toda a diferença. A Federica foi sempre atenciosa e presente em todos os momentos da estadia, realmente 100%. Além do quarto, o espaço do apartamento surpreende: há uma área ampla para café da manhã, um sofá espetacular com TV, além de geladeira, máquina de lavar louça e até máquina de lavar roupas, tudo embutido e muito novo. • Yelena (7/5): We liked our stay. - The room and the bathroom were comfortable and cleaned every day. The location is very central, with only a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. We could walk to most cultural destinations, and only had to take a taxi to reach the Vatican and Trastevere. The air conditioning did not work properly. You had to manually lower the thermostat every hour, as it didn't keep the cool temperature. This made it difficult during the night, as we were in Rome during a heat wave. The management was notified but the problem wasn't fixed during our stay.

The shower glass was clear and you can see straight through to the shower and toilet from the bedroom passageway to the room front door. If you needed privacy the other people staying would need to go to the common area upside the room or sit on their bed and wait for the person in the bathroom to be finished. The common area outside the room is shared with another room in the same building.

• Janice (10/5): Exceptional - The location was truly exceptional, offering the convenience of a mere ten-minute walk from Termini station, as well as being within comfortable walking distance of numerous attractions throughout Rome. Furthermore, the self check-in system was straightforward and efficient. I found the room to be very clean and generously sized. I also appreciated the ample provision of towels and other necessary supplies. Overall, my experience was very positive. The main building door was heavy and was challenging to open, and the shower window is transparent from the room, which might present a privacy concern for some individuals.

• Tami (9/5): Great location-Clean well appointed room-Helpful staff - Great location and a wonderful room. All was super clean and well appropriated. The community area was really nice, but as we were traveling alone we didn't need it, but if you were traveling with a group it would be something you would really enjoy and appreciate. The only issue we had was someone had (I think) broken the main entry door at the street and getting it open (when it was closed which was also hard to do) was more than I could handle alone. We had no issues with the codes working. Staff was super to work with and Rome was amazing! We would stay here again. Not really a don't like, just some advice. If the elevator stops short, simply push the button for another floor, then re-do process for floor you want. It works on a pulley system and won't trap you so don't panic and definitely don't let it ruin your Roman holiday!

• Ryan (3/5): A WARNING FOR FUTURE VISITORS - The location is great and the place has an overall pleasing aesthetic. Pay close attention to the small print in the listing. The pictures don't really depict what you are getting because it is rather unusual. The rooms are connected to a central living room with a kitchen, so you will be sharing a unit with another guest. Our is almost a hostel format. It is difficult to understand this if you only look at the pictures in the listing. The most unsettling flaw in this place is the bathroom, which is transparent. You can see someone showering and using the toilet from the outside. While this may be fine for some couples, we were in a room that held three people, so it was a big inconvenience for everyone to leave the room each time someone needed to use the bathroom. I never thought that bathroom privacy was something I needed to confirm before booking a stay, but lesson learned. They said that some people like it and some don't, which hints to me that they are aware of these concerns, but choose not to make adjustments. Simply frosting the glass or adding a curtain would easily fix the problem. They seem to be more concerned with design rather than functionally. Our apartment included a beautiful shared kitchen, but they said it could only be used for breakfast and we could not cook in it. This was a big problem because my wife has many allergies, and we purposely selected this place because it had a kitchen where we could cook specific meals for her. Another comical problem that I noticed is that the safe wasn't attached to anything, so someone could just pick up the safe to steal the contents, which basically renders it useless. When they asked how my stay was going, I mentioned these concerns. They told me to "adjust your expectations accordingly," which I assume is their way of saying "lower your standards to the level of our place.

• Tina (7/5): Good - Clean, good size, pleasant room and spacious bathroom. Double glazing on the windows is. Dry effective at keeping out noise of busy street below. Very difficult to enter with their coded system. We got the hang of it in the end but the building door continued to be a challenge the whole time. Very difficult to open. My partner is a big burly guy but he had to really push it hard to get it to open . It gave me anxiety every time we went out and wondered if we would be able to get back in at night. Also hard to open from the inside - quite dangerous in an emergency. If you have someone with you to help it’s probably ok but if you are single woman traveling I wouldn’t recommend and this one thing would stop me booking it . A shame because we had no complaints with anything else .

• Stella (9/5): Superb - Great location, it was within walking distance from major attractions in the city as well as the Roma Termini station. We were able to reach all areas we wanted to visit by walking between 10 and 20 minutes. There are also two metro stations nearby as well as bus stops. The common area was great, clean and very well appointed with Coffee pods and water bottles provided regularly. The staff was friendly and did a great job of keeping the unit clean and well kept. The main door to the building is HEAVY, I suppose this is how these houses were built.

The common area was a pleasant surprise, with coffee and tea available. Did not like the system to open the doors, as it requires having a mobile phone and internet to open it.
• David (7/5): Modern and comfortable in great location - Great location to see all the tourist attractions. Really comfortable bed, great shower. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Didn’t really need to use the common area as the apartment itself was comfortable enough. Lift came in handy with luggage and pram Wasn’t told that accessing the building and apartment itself was all remote using codes before booking although I didn’t have any problem getting in to the room. The WiFi didn’t really work in the room. Could not get the air con working in the apartment so was very hot. Requested help from the host but didn’t get anything back from them. The shower is completely transparent from outside the bathroom which wasn’t a problem for us as a family with a toddler but may be a problem if you were staying with friends or older children.

• Jonida (10/5): Totally recommend if you want to stay somewhere comfy and centrally located - This guest house was perfect for a short stay in Rome as a family of 3. It was modern with everything that is needed for a weekend away. The common area was spacious and comfortable. The location was great with main monuments reachable by foot, close to shops, restaurants and local markets. You cant cook in kitchen this is already mentioned in the description you can only warm pre-made food, have breakfast and drink coffee.

Nice extra space to share the kitchen and relaxing area with everything you need after a busy day site seen. Washing machine . Cleaned room every day and left water. All good . Bit tricky getting in as had to use app on phone to access. One day phone went dead so we panicked. Also there is washing machine but couldnt find a drying rack. There is a hob but no pans or pots to use it so a bit disappointing as couldnt make breakfast 😕

Nobody met us, nobody working near by knew that is a "guest house", no advertisement outside. Were waiting for hours to get access to the building. Apartment is a spacious, but no key, no information about code for the room. Apartment shared by 2 different guests that is why you need to know how to operate with code for the bedroom. First night I slept in the living room, because bedroom was locked and I did not want to wake up my friends. Owner moistly was worried about payment, but forgot to check if she leaved the key for the guests & insisted that she did. Also was very difficult, just impossible to call for taxi, Uber was not available at that location ether. Had to walk to the train station with luggage. Don't recommend this place. Described above.

Much, much too difficult to access room with codes etc -everything has to be done remotely which I was not told at time of booking. 2. I gave my credit card to pay for the room in full at the time of booking . Yest I was hounded by Youroom for days immediately before my check- in date while on a cruise asking for payment. They refused to give me access on arrival and I was left with my bags in the street making a credit card access before I could get into the property. A truly awful experience that ruined an otherwise good stay 3. We felt the internal design is so keen on modernity that it overlooks certain practicalities

Everything was of quality- good matress, nice towels, sheets and also the specialty toilettries. Room was cleaned everyday! Perfect location, walking distance to all major sites Had a minor issue with wifi, did not even finish the sentence and it was already resolved! I go to Rome every other year, will defintely return, and return and return Nothing we loved staying here and would definitely come back.
