• Alessia (2/5): - I gestori estremamente maleducati. Nessuno si era mai opposto al pagamento della cauzione e nonostante ciò ho ricevuto una chiamata con toni estremamente arroganti e minacciosi, dicendoci che avrebbero preferito la casa vuota piuttosto che una casa "piena di ragazzi". Inoltre avevo firmato un contratto con una cauzione richiesta del valore di 200 euro, e sempre nella chiamata, mi era stato imposto di pagare 500 euro, senza preavviso e dichiarato da nessuna parte. Per di piu su whatsapp il documento da compilare e firmare per la cauzione riferiva ai danni di animali, cosa che noi non avremmo portato. I bagni sono 4 ma con il water solamente due.
• LOURDES (10/5): - Maravilloso. Enorme y super bien situado. La atencion, limpieza y cuidado es inmejorable Solo hay dos inodoros, y uno de ellos esta dentro de una suite, por lo que queda uno para el resto de las habitaciones. Las ventanas no cierran herméticamente lo que se oye jaleo de la calle por la noche, es un poco ruidoso. Pero todo lo demás compensa.

The host lacks customer-oriented communication skills:( - good size, decent amnesties, very good location. excellent location but communication with those who manage this apartment is disappointing, every sentence ends with a threat - if you don't obey, you will be punished! Leave the car outside Florence, it's a nightmare to park.

• Giulia (8/5): - La camere da letto sono ampie e accoglienti, i letti sono comodi e gli armadi capienti. La cucina è funzionale e ha tutti gli utensili che possono servire. La posizione è ottima e centrale, a pochi passi dalla stazione. I bagni sono piccoli e solo due dei quattro dispongono del water, di cui uno si trova in una delle stanze. In nessuno è disponibile il bidet. Per una casa così grande e per così tante persone, se possibile, andrebbero adeguati in maniera migliore.
• Lesley (8/5): Perfect location, comfy apartment - Great communication from the hosts, easy to contact via whatsapp Location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. Key codes for the external and internal doors which is good when travelling as a group Large, well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were large and comfy beds, and 3 showers The only real downside was the kitchen was the only communal area for a large apartment, there is no lounge area. That said the kitchen is large with a big table and lots of chairs Only 2 x toilets for a lot of people and one of those being through a bedroom (ensuite)

• MARIA DEL PILAR (8/5): Cómodo y céntrico. - El apartamento es cómodo y bonito, muy céntrico. Sólo había dos WC, había mucha olor a vino en la entrada del apartamento, el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba.
• David (4/5): - Lots of beds. Lots of dining options and close to shopping and tourist areas. Four bathrooms, only two with toilets. Two bathrooms with only small showers and small sinks. Air conditioning on all rooms but kitchen. But not very strong. No extra toilet paper or paper towel. Very old building.

• PYUNG WOO (3/5): Lack of toilets and electrical power supply - Only two toilets for 5 rooms, one of which could be accessed only through a double room. So one toilet for 7 people. And electrical circuit breaker operated so frequently even though we did not use any appliance except air conditioners. So we could not cook freely.
• EDWARD (8/5): - The property is in a very central location near good restaurants and tourist attractions. The building is old but has been updated in many ways, for example air conditioning. We had a problem with lack of hot water and someone was sent immediately to fix it. I gave the place three stars because it was advertised as a four bathroom apartment. In fact there is ONE full bathroom, two with small showers and sinks, and one with a toilet and sinks. With our group it made getting ready in the morning very difficult. I think this should be made very clear before rental. If we would have known this we would have book another location.

The bathrooms were very small especially the bedroom at the back and the bed in the back room wasn’t even it sloped. You couldn’t use many appliances to cook or the power would cut out. There was a lot of noise through the back window.

• Victor (8/5): After the check in problem all went well after exploring numerous stores and restaurants, - There was no breakfast available in the apartment we had to buy our own breakfast. The location was great and close to a variety of historic places. The check in process can be better due to requesting early check in and they will not accommodate even to just leave bags to explore area.

The host was super responsive to messages and the code access system was easy to use. The primary bathroom door didn't close during our stay. A minor inconvenience during an otherwise wonderful stay.

• Susan (7/5): The apartment worked because of location , but not ideal for 3 couples, mostly because bathrooms . - Loved the location, could walk to all the sightseeing areas easily. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Great coffee shops in the area. Great restaurants close by. The description states 4 bathrooms. There were one full bathroom (off a bedroom), one toilet room (off the main living area), two with just a shower ( off the bedrooms). Very inconvenient during the night. A very awkward half step that should be marked better, blends into the flooring and is a tripping hazard. No instructions for the range so could not have coffee in the apt. No sitting area except at the kitchen table for all to gather. 3rd Floor

• Jennifer (10/5): This is a wonderful place to stay and would definitely recommend. 10/10 - It was the cutest place and very convenient to many famous sights of Florence. Lots of amenities that were helpful and the owners were very responsive. Nothing comes to mind, it was a great experience.

• Amandeep (8/5): Fantastic Florance for exploring 10/10 Location - Location Location Location YESSSS! Every single amenity is close by, the apartment is clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. Spacious rooms, a complementary bottle of fizz and all the utensils needed if you wanted to stop in. Communication is only ever a WhatsApp away. So attentative and caring and extremely helpful with everything we asked, wanted and or needed. 3 ensuit, only 1 with a toilet... Some of the spaces could've been better used. The kitchen was fine to be sat around but a room / space with seats sofas is very much doable and would create a gathering space to sip tea and have a chat.
