• Milena (9/5): Superb - The efficiency and good clear communication. The apartment was very well located, I would go again. The bed was very clean, which is very important to me and very customer friendly that they know how to keep it clean and there were no stains. Two things: Nagging on a high level that the carpet was not really clean. - Personally, I do not like carpets in staying places because I find it unhygienic. - In mid-October there were a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment and you get bitten. I would recommend putting a mosquito net on the window, that would certainly help, and using extra mosquito traps on the plug socket.

• Anonymous (10/5): Great location and clean space! - Great location by many bus stops. Apartment was clean, provided all the basics, and the hosts were super easy to get in touch with. The washing machine was also a huge selling point for us when we confirmed the rental, and worked great. It was extremely warm during our stay, and while the AC kept the main level very cool, the loft was very hot. We ended up sleeping on the pull out downstairs instead of the bed just to be able to sleep easier.
• Jessica (7/5): Very disappointed - Nothing to like Kitchen facilities were poor. Microwave wasn’t working, no kettle. Bedroom was in the attic and had to climb a spiral staircase. No air condition in the bedroom. We slept on the sofa bed. These comments are for booking.com that I’m very disappointed with the past 3 places I stayed. I have received value for money from most of the accommodation booked before. In italy charges were too high. I am very sure when I booked the places, the prices were quoted in AUD. I have already raised this issue however I haven’t received a reply from you.
• Willem (8/5): Great value for money - would recommend! - Very modern and clean. Kids enjoyed the Netflix 🙈☺️ There was no kettle or coffee maker (but this got sorted with agent) Cutlery was a bit short. The water pressure was not that great. A fan in the upstairs bedroom would be nice as the aircon does not cool down the whole apartment.

• Diana (8/5): Very good - The location is great, close to bus stations, even walking distance to the centre is good. bed is very comfortable. It was too hot in Florence, I wish I had an air conditioner, The bedroom is close to the ceiling, so you can't open the window, because it's noisy and if you close it it's too hot. Also would be great if you have a coffee machine in the apartment. In the bathroom needs some hooks to hang your staff or put shampoo.
• Fainzilber (9/5): AMAZING - This apartment was clean, spacious, and in a prime location. Close enough to the city center without the bustling noises of the city. The personnel were extremely helpful and always one phone call away. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
