• Giulia (5/5): Appena sufficiente - La struttura è nuova e in buona posizione L’accoglienza è praticamente inesistente ! L’host non lascia nemmeno il contatto telefonico, ho avuto un problema con l’apertura della porta e dopo 4 mail non ho avuto risposta, mi ha gentilmente aiutato la ragazza in portineria a contattare l’host che ha risolto dopo 40 minuti. Divano leggo cigolante e scomodissimo Nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo e la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Non c’era nemmeno una bustina di sale in cucina e la notte il piano cottura ha suonato ogni 10 minuti perché c’era probabilmente un contatto. La struttura sarebbe molto promettente ma dovrebbero prendersene più cura soprattutto per il costo al quale la affittano. Mi dispiace

Dalla stazione si arriva a piedi, ma c'è anche una fermata della metropolitana proprio all'esterno dell'edificio, che permette di raggiungere molto facilmente altri punti della città. A un passo da corso Buenos Aires, dove si può fare shopping e trovare un posto dove mangiare.

• Alicja (6/5): - Lokalizacja,cisza w pokoju,taras na którym można wypić kawę. Trzeszczące łóżko, poplamiona kołdra bez poszwy,brak kontaktu w kuchni do podłączenia czajnika, wodę gotowaliśmy w łazience na pralce.

• MARCO (1/5): TERRIBILE! - Trattasi delle c.d case con ringhiera al sesto piano di un palazzo ( non visibile da nessuna parte) e dove per accedere sei obbligato a passare all'interno di una balconata dove l'altezza della ringhiera stessa arriva si e no al metro. Pericolosissimo per i bambini. Il gestore, che dall'accento telefonico non sembrava italiano, è stato assolutamente poco disponibile e insensibile alla problematica. Abbiamo abbandonato l'appartamento senza nemmeno soggiornare una notte. Ho omesso di dire il freddo che faceva ( riscaldamento condominiale spento) perché rispetto al resto era una barzelletta.

• Ilaria (8/5): Ottimo - Appartamento molto carino, dotato di tutti i comfort e pulitissimo. La posizione è ottima, appena fuori dal cancello di ingresso si trova l’accesso alla metro Loreto (snodo di rossa e verde, principali linee di Milano per raggiungere il centro città e la Stazione Centrale). Il centro si può raggiungere anche a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata per Corso Buenos Aires. Quando tornerò a Milano, alloggerò sicuramente qui! Il check-in è indubbiamente comodo e intuitivo per una persona tecnologicamente capace e pratica; tuttavia, per un anziano o per chi non è avvezzo agli strumenti digitali, l’accesso alla struttura può risultare problematico.
• Karol (8/5): - Lokalizacja - blisko stacja metra i sklep. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Duża kuchnia z pelnym sprzętem do gotowania. Rozkładane łózka - niewygodne i bardzo glośne. Co prawda dzialająca płyta indukcyjna do gotowania ale z uszkodzonym sterownikiem który całą noc uruchamiał plytę bez powodu co generowało uporczywe dźwięki, które przeszkadzały w spaniu.

• Juliët (4/5): Verblijf op een goede locatie, maar niet blij met verschillende gebreken in het appartement. - - De locatie was perfect. Dichtbij een metrolijn dus daarom veilig om 's avonds laat nog thuis te komen. - De bedden waren heel comfortabel en de lakens waren schoon. - Prettig dat er een haardroger en een strijkijzer aanwezig was. - De routebeschrijving naar de kamer was volledig. - De toegangscode van de deur werkte niet altijd naar behoren. De host van het appartement reageerde traag en nam geen telefonische oproepen aan. Hij was enkel per Whatsapp bereikbaar. Dit was erg vervelend, omdat we hierdoor onnodig lang voor de deur stonden te wachten om naar binnen te gaan. - Er was geen toiletpapier aanwezig in het appartement. We moesten dit daarom noodgedwongen zelf kopen bij een supermarkt. Je verwacht dat dit soort basisproducten aanwezig zijn bij een verblijf. - Het appartement was niet heel schoon. Op de grond lagen in sommige hoeken en onder het keukenblok haren en stof. - De inductieplaat in de keuken gaf een irritant piep vanwege een error. Tijdens de nacht was dit storend, en we besloten de elektriciteitsgroep hiervan (die ook verbonden was met de koelkast) tijdelijk uit te schakelen omdat we anders niet konden slapen. - De airconditioning werkte matig. Op het bedieningspaneel kon je de gewenste temperatuur aangeven, maar de temperatuur werd niet veel lager waardoor het vrij warm was in het appartement.

• Emma (10/5): Excelente apartamento - En el alojamiento había de prácticamente todo, secador (sin difusor) y plancha de pelo, lavadora, horno, los utensilios para cocinar muy completos, aunque la verdad si hubiese agradecido un par de vasos de cristal más ya que había solo uno, pero podíamos utilizar las tazas. Habían dos toallas para cada uno de los que éramos en el apartamento, una pequeña de cara/pelo y una más grande, si es verdad que hubiese venido bien otra toalla para al salir de la ducha. La ubicación está súper bien a aproximadamente una hora andando del Duomo, pero si no quieres ir andando hay muy buena combinación de metro y nada más al salir del alojamiento a la izquierda está la parada de metro Loreto. La cama bastante cómoda aunque si es verdad que los muelles hacen mucho ruido. Como mejora solo podría más vasos, una toalla más para los pies y buscaría una solución para los muelles de la cama.

• Krešo (7/5): Milano - San Siro - Lokacija odlična. Blizu centralnog kolodvora, trgovine, restorana i metroa. Odlična kupaonica i terasa. U apartmanu nema čaša, perilica suđa je u apartmanu ali nije spojena na odvod niti struju. Krevet na razvlačenje nije dobar, škripi. Ploča za kuhanje nije dobro spojena na struju pa proizvodi zvukove cijelo vrijeme i danju i noću. Komplicirani zastarjeli sistem sigurnosne brave za ulazak u apartman.

• Deidda (7/5): - Alloggio situato vicinissimo alla fermata della Metro, vicinissimo a diversi ristoranti Purtroppo l' alloggio era sprovvisto di asciugacapelli, di conseguenza non mi sono potuta lavare i capelli; mancavano gli asciugamani da bidet; il lavandino del bagno era mezzo tappato e non era pulitissimo; un telecomando dei condizionatori non funzionava; nella zona cucina mancavano scottex e canovaccio che solitamente ho sempre trovato in alloggi similari.

Oven was constantly beeping throughout the day in the background. Beds and linen were underwhelming. But considering that they are sofa beds it was justifiable.

After two hours of trying, we entered - cold and scared. We tried using kitchen but the kitchen sink was clogged. Ive tried contacting the owner but without any success, customer support also couldn't get in touch with the owner. ... After that, next two days we spent in the apartment, scared to leave because we might have lock problems again

The staff does not answer any calls or messages when encountered the problem of not being able to enter the property due to the smart door lock issue. It highly inconvenient us and we were locked outside for hours, compensation of any form should be given. They said maintenance said it’s fine but we have encountered the difficulties of opening the door almost every day. They need to change their door lock!

The sofa bed was comfortable. When the air conditioning was fixed it was comfortable to sleep When we arrived it was 30°C inside the studio and the Air Conditioning didn’t work. After some communication with the owner it was fixed the next day.

• Marco (3/5): Accommodation does not meet expectations - The apartment was clean and tidy. Location close to city There were only half as many beds as in the description so some people had to sleep on the floor. No help from the landlord or Booking. Accommodation is also not the one in the pictures.

• Evangelia (4/5): We would enjoy our stay if the owners were more well organized and willing to help. - The apartment was very easily accessible and very close by to metro station, tram and bus stops. We could walk around the city center easily and was a rather safe neighborhood. It was a newly renovated and cozy place. The owners were late to bring us the keys (30 min) and when they arrived they broke the key so we couldn't have access to the apartment for an extra hour. After the first night the AC stopped working and despite for our request for help they never came to help us get it fixed. Instead they were sending us videos while speaking Italian (which we don't know) and we ended up in a room of 33 oC for the next 2 days which was not fun at all.
