Melika (3/5): not worth the price - the location is close to everything and in a safe area first day there was no hot water. second day the electricity went out. third day there was no warm water after one person showered AND the electricity went out again. The manager refused to provide us with toilet paper which is just basic hygiene products. definitely not worth the price. the apartment is very small, loud, and because of the close proximity to the palace, the service in the entire area does not work.
