• Cristina (1/5): Bad - The location is good, supermarket nearby, the apartment is spacious, but extremely dirty. Was the worst accommodation I've ever had. In the first day we had to buy disinfectants to clean the toilets, the floor which was full of dust and human hair. The bed sheets were not changed, we asked them to come and clean and offer us clean beds to sleep in and they actually lied to us that the sheets were changed. I'm not talking about water drain problems in the bathroom… For us it was an extremely bad experience. Run away from this property, it can ruin your vacation, as happened to us. I have traveled a lot around the world, but I have never met such a dirty accommodation. Just run!
• Verified traveler (2/5): - 　ここと、他のワンダフルイタリー管理物件は利用を避けた方がよい。 　特にこの物件は次の点で利用に難点があり、また場合によっては部屋自体に入れない可能性がある。 １外玄関から部屋まで4ヶ所の解錠が必要、またさらにペつの鍵と大きなタグがセットされた鍵束（５００ｇ程度）を外出時に持ち歩く必要がある。 ２外玄関の鍵は古く、癖を正確に実施しないと開かない。１０回以上試しても開かず、たまたま他の住人が出てきたので入れた時もあった。 ３湯・水の水圧が異様に低く、ししおどしの流量以下しかない。 ４Wi-Fiが3日間止まった、管理者（ワンダフルイタリー）に問い合わせても、通信会社の問題で我々は関係ないと言われた。 ５エアコンの機器はあるけれど作動しない、使えないと言われた。 ６シャワーヘッドがなくホースだけ、つけてくれと言ったら３日後に持ってきた。 ７四人以上泊まれる麟室と扉一枚で繋がるようになっているので、普通の話し声も鮮明に聞こえ、騒がれると相当な騒音になる。 ８いろいろな問題をＷｈａｔｓＡｐｐで連絡したら、一切返信がなくなった。 　この会社は管理物件から最大の利益を上げるのが目的で、快適な施設の提供など念頭にない、
• Beāte (8/5): We liked it very much. - Everything was good! Best part two bathrooms. It was slightly challenging to open gates with the keys, but it was onl;y in first night. Later we get used to it and opened gates like a pro.
• Melissa (7/5): Good - They offered a coffee bag and the kitchen has everything necessary to cook, the location is ok. IF YOU DON'T TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE THEY CHARGE YOU 50 EUROS The front door is a struggle to open, you need coins to use the elevator. The bed wasn't the best. The only source of natural light is from the bedroom window, there is a small frosted window in the kitchen but I'm guessing that is from an internal patio, and is not enough light or ventilation. There is only 1 AC that is in the bedroom and it doesn't work properly. they give you an electronic card that is attached to the keys so you can't leave the AC on when you leave, but this also means that if you go with someone and you leave to do something you will get them without AC and that apartment is crazy hot.
• etienne (8/5): - Flat was clean and modern. Very cenral with good access to the Metro. However as on a main Road it was noisy. Has Supermarket over road which was convenient. Also ATM over road. I needed to make some changes to my booking but the central administration was slow to respond. The is a large national company not a flat run by a private individual, a fact which only becomes clear when you look at the web-site.
• Attila (8/5): Very good. - Excellent location (Very close to metro, bus stop, shops and restaurants and cafes) clean, comfy, two bathrooms A bit dark without the lights.
• Sathish (9/5): Loved the house and experience of stay - Loved the location of the house as it had good connectivity, metro station and bus stops nearby. very clean house and good sized bedrooms with two private bathrooms. We got message that check in can be at 2 pm only, but we arrived at the location one hour before. Had to wait outside in a restaurant until 2 pm till the person arrived. There was no delay but there can be a little bit of flexibility in the check in time. Also, there is no dishwasher in the kitchen.
• Inês (3/5): Good location, clean place but basic amenities were not working and customer service was very poor. - Location was convenient and property was clean. Host was quite unhelpful with the possibility of dropping the bags earlier than the check in time. The when we arrived the person that gave us the key said everything was checked and was working and unfortunately this was not the case. There was no hot water and there was an obvious issue with the water pump (we could tell by the noise) and no pressure. The AC was also not working. I raised the issues on the arrival day, along with some evidence. I had to chase the issue every single day of my stay until someone came and check it 5 DAYS LATER. The people that went and fixed the issue left the place dirty, including our towels. We checked out the day after. We never got decent communication or even an apology for the inconvenience. The customer service was very poor.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - First of all, communication with Wonderful Italy was difficult. They were contacting me through their website about my booking, and they asked for a WhatsApp number they could reach me at. The last time they contacted me was at noon on the day that we were supposed to check in, and I had messaged them my WhatsApp number around 4 so they didn’t acknowledge that they received my message at all. I also texted the number that they had given me but it never went through. The property was difficult to find, and an extremely sweet man who lived in the same complex helped us find the apartment. When we arrived at the property, there was no one there nor was there a front desk to give us the key and check us in for our booking. So, we were forced to book another accommodation late at night because we were unable to get into the holiday apartment we were supposed to stay at for 2 nights.

• Alina (4/5): poor - + full equipment apartment + cozy, comfortable bedroom and bed +helpful host -located at the noisy street, if you open the windows it’s only exhausts from cars. And again, crazy noisy (cars horns, traffic) -Bad smell in the kitchen -Noisy boiler ( water heater) -thin walls, you can hear your neighbors
• M.j.v. (5/5): A bit of a stinker. - The apartment is functional and spartanly decorated. It is located on a main thoroughfare, with lots of shops and restaurants. In spite of the hubbub outside the apartment, the apartment was surprisingly quiet inside. The Wi-Fi is very fast, but only in the kitchen area . . . which was a problem . . . . . . because, when we arrived at the apartment, the kitchen area (which is the first room one encounters upon entering the apartment) smelled like vomit. G., who greeted us at the apartment (he was a hired greeter and not directly associated with management or ownership), had arrived just a bit earlier than we did and had been trying to eliminate the odor, but he could not find the source of it. He was apologetic and understanding (and had nothing to do with problem). Together, we determined that the vomit-smell was emanating from under the refrigerator. The floor under the fridge appeared clean, but the odor was definitely coming from there. We cleaned and wiped the floor with a few towels that were in the apartment, which modestly helped, but for the two nights we stayed there, there was mild, constant stink. Beyond the kitchen, in the hallway, bathroom, and bedrooms, there was no odor, fortunately. The apartment cleaners clearly did not inform management/ownership (or management/ownership did not act on the information) that this vomit-smell was causing a stink. Even after checking-in, management merely dropped off "disinfectant spray," and did not offer apologies, which stunk for us.
