• Petra (7/5): Zentrale lage - Ein schönes hotel in guter zentraler Lage. 5 min von Tram 9 und 16. Kleiner Balkon zum Hinterhof, war richtig schön Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal und Kommunikation über die App Leider sehr laut, jede türe und jeden Schritt von oben zu hören. Die Nächte waren kurz. Frühstück wäre in einem Cafe um die ecke was leider nur süsse Teile zur Auswahl anbietet . Glutenfrei war nicht möglich deshalb haben wir das Frühstück pro tag/pers. 11 eur gecancelt. Tv Verbindung war leider nicht möglich.

• Inese (9/5): - Very spacious room with the balcony. Has all the necessities for comfortable stay. Incredibly comfortable bed! The gym facilities was a good bonus and also a washing machine in the room. For such a big bathroom space the shower was pretty small.

Bien situé, à une petite vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre, l'endroit est à proximité de plusieurs commerces et restaurants, dont un japonais très bon ! Le tram pittoresque est accessible également. Nous recommandons volontiers.

• Tatjana (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Lage ist super, es ist ein tolles Viertel und in der Nähe gibt es von Supermarket, über Cafés und Restaurants bis zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles. Die Zimmer sehr schön und geräumig sowi sauber und haben alles was es braucht inkl. grossen Balkon, Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen. Die Garage ist ebenfalls geräumig und es hat alles wunderbar und reibunglos geklappt - vom Check-in bis zum Check-Out. Haben uns so richtig wohl gefühlt. -

• NICOLAS (6/5): - Μου άρεσε το μέγεθος του δωματίου, το μέγεθος του κρεβατιού, το ότι ήταν εξοπλισμένη η κουζίνα με όλα τα χρήσιμα σκεύη, το ότι είχε μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, το ότι μπορούσα να αφήσω τις βαλίτσες σε πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμο locker στο ισόγειο, το ότι οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι του ισογείου ήταν μεγάλοι και κατάλληλοι για παιδιά χωρίς επικίνδυνα σημεία. Τέλος, είχε σιδερώστρα και σίδερο που ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό. Δε μου άρεσε το ότι η μπαλκονόπορτα στο δωμάτιο ήταν ελλατωματική και δεν κλείδωνε, θα περίμενα κάτι τέτοιο να έχει ελεγχθεί από το προσωπικό. Δεν υπήρχε προσωπικό στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν όλα μέσω ai chat, όταν μίλησα με human being στο chat ήταν απλά τυπικοί και αργούσαν να απαντήσουν. Επιπλέον, το πάτωμα στο δωμάτιο και στο μπαλκόνι δεν ήταν καθαρό, περπατώντας με την κάλτσα η κάλτσα γινόταν μαύρη.

• Schimel (4/5): Ich war sehr enttäuscht. - Es hat zum teil ein schönes design und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Unsere Toilette im Zimmer wurde nicht gut gereinig da wir (als wir gerade hineingekommen sind) Urin Flecken von jemandem anderen gefunden haben. Und unser Herd hat nicht funktioniert. Es gab auch kein Personal vor ort die uns helfen konnten, sondern nur die hotline.
• Ellen (10/5): Mooie studio op een fijne locatie - Handige ligging net buiten het centrum, dichtbij tram en metro. Een mooie, moderne studio. Fijn dat de auto ook in de ondergrondse garage kan worden geparkeerd. Groot balkon bij de studio. Super! Het was behoorlijk warm op de kamer en er was (nog) geen airco. Dit was in april toch al lekker geweest. Douche is typisch Italiaans en vrij klein.
• Paul_from_Australia (8/5): Modern, new & practical - April 2026 it is relatively new building. Very practical rooms with kitchen, washing machine, iron, ironing board, desk, big TV, bathroom and sitting space. Mine also had a large balcony with huge sliding door so very liveable for a few days or few weeks. Huge co-working area downstairs, outdoor area and gym as well. The biggest bonus is the private parking located under the building while not free, is a rare thing to have so close to the edge of the historical area. Surrounding it are plenty of options for supermarkets, cafes and quick access to the trams or renting one of the bicycles or scooters all around. Tiny shower, I am a small person and my elbows where hitting the edges even though the bathroom was quite large, an unusual design choice. It is a new style of property with no people as in all your interactions are via an App which is Ai powered, dumb on some occasions and slow to get answers in some instances if it needs to get info from a human. Even though I had email confirmation of early entry for parking the WhatsApp confirmation said I couldn't. Then I got messages about leaving at 10 even though I had paid for late check out at 1pm. So glitchy, no human touch and a bit annoying when you are already stressed with managing travel logistics.

The extras that was there was ideal such as fairy liquid, olive oil, salt n pepper, sponges to wash dishes as well as shampoo, body wash. Things you don’t want to buy for a few days stay. Shame there wasn’t a cafe that you could purchase breakfast.

• Melanie (5/5): I question whether this is a legitimate business, if they are unable to provide a receipt. - Newly renovated and clean The links to check in and check out did not work. The bed was extremely hard. I could not reduce the room temp below 24 degrees Celsius. And now I am unable to receive a receipt for the payment made. They have given a crazy reason, shared below: "Allow me to explain the rules for Italy. If your tax registration as a private person is in Italy, you must have provided your tax identification code during the check-in process in order to receive the invoice. In case you did not provide this information during check-in, please let us know and provide us with the billing details so that we can request the invoice from the authorities. Please note that unfortunately, an official invoice cannot be issued if you do not have an Italian tax code. " For me this is rather strange. The night after, I stayed at The Sheraton in Milan, and within 5 minutes post-checkout I had my receipt. So, somehow this bizarre Italian regulation only applies to this one place? I have exchanged repeated emails and WhatsApp messages, and have so far received nothing except this nonsense. Buyer beware.
