- Natalija (6/5): Pleasant - I liked that the apartment has separate rooms. The location is good, close to bus, tram, and metro stops, so it’s well connected. There are also a few convenience stores and restaurants nearby that stay open late. The apartment wasn’t clean at all. All the surfaces were very dusty, and the kitchen dishes were dirty, I didn’t feel comfortable using them. When I opened a kitchen cabinet, I found a completely dirty coffee mug left there for who knows how long. Also, the bathroom was dirty, both the toilet and the shower cabin. When we first arrived, the shower was completely clogged after just a minute of use. The hosting agency responded quickly and sent someone to fix it, but the apartment was still very dirty. For the price you pay, they should provide a much better cleaning service. Below are the pictures I took as soon as we arrived, when I was checking the apartment.
- Aubrey (6/5): - Right at the beginning, I was trying to get a WhatsApp number but that was not replied until couple of days before my arrival! A staff called me a day before and I was told it will be a problem if we didn’t get to the property before 6:30pm so we took a taxi and it cost £130 to ensure we got to the property on time worrying a member of staff waiting! When we arrived, no one there to hand over a key and I tried to call the WhatsApp number but it didn’t work as there wasn’t a telephone sign to call and the call failed if I called direct, same applied when I logged onto Expedia calling the office number! Originally they asked us to get key from the office and then they said they will send a staff there which I highly appreciated! We were panicking standing outside the building with all our luggage. Then I had no choice but to send an email, it was only that moment I saw an email sent to me at around 18:00 giving me an instructions to locate a keysafe, we were glad at least we found the key but were NOT impressed with the experience. Why can’t they be honest with me at the beginning telling me there will NOT be a staff there and we can find the key ourselves? We could have taken a bus to the Central Station and metro to go to the apartment but instead we found ourselves no choice but to opt for an expensive transport! To top it all, the 2 friends who slept on the sofa bed were bitten by bedbugs so I am sorry but to write this review. I have to say, the location is good.

- Vladislav (10/5): Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. - Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. All liked it. Suitable for a family with a small child. It was convenient to pick up the key to the apartment since we were traveling right through the central station, but for some it may not be a very suitable check-in option.
