• Isa (10/5): Все было на высоком уровни! Хозяева просто молодцы . - В доме было все убрано и чисто . Прям как в гостинице . Напротив дома гастроном. Второй этаж. Советую всем!

Cilvēkam kurš ir 193cm garš un cilvēkiem ar invaliditāti duša ir nepiemērota un stipri maza! Karstā ūdens uzsilde ir neiespējami noregulēt, mazgājoties var noplaucēties ar karstu ūdeni vai arī auksts ūdens tek! Grūti uzregulēt komforta temperatūru! Apkure, siltā grīda bija tikai koridorā, istabās grīdas aukstas! Ledusskapis - pirmās dienas sasaldēja un sabojāja visus produktus! Nezināmu iemeslu dēļ sala visas sekcijas ne tikai saldētavas daļa! 0 stāvā nebija iespējas izmantot invalīdu pacēlāju, lifta izmērs par mazu, ar invalīdu ratiem nav iespējams iebraukt viņos!

• Florin (8/5): all in all, the city break was worth it. - The location was fine and very quiet. Distance from the center 30 minutes, exactly as it is in the presentation. I liked the cleanliness, the very comfortable beds, and across the street from the building there was a supermarket where I could buy my breakfast products. On the first day, the intercom didn't work and we waited for half an hour, outside in the cold, until a neighbor came out of the building so we could get in. The heat in the apartment is regulated with the help of the air conditioning systems and because the apartment had a large surface area, it took about 10 hours to reach the optimal temperature, i.e. from 16 to 21 degrees.

• Leca (10/5): Fall in love with Milan - The location of the apartment is excellent. Just half an hour's walking distance from the city centre. In front of the apartment is a supermarket, two minutes away a super good pizzeria, unfortunately, I forgot the name. Very close to the Linate airport, a Taxi was just 20 euros. Strongly recommend the apartment 😉 The shower is very difficult to set to the right temperature of the water, and the shower cabin is too small.

• Izabela (10/5): We had a lovely and comfortable stay in a clean, well-located apartment. - The location of the accommodation is great, everything is quite close. It’s very spacious and beautiful, even nicer than in the photos. The apartment was also tidy and clean. Simple communication with the host made our stay much easier. The shower cabin is small, but everything was clean so we managed just fine :)

Spacios, clean and with all you need including a supermarket across the street The temperature in the appartment was quite low and cannot be heatead by your own choice, the heat beeing centralized per entire building

• Mariam (10/5): Wonderful experience, highly recommend! - I absolutely loved the location! It’s only a 30-minute walk from the Duomo. The house was comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need for a stay. The staff communicated quickly and efficiently. Check-in was easy and fast; they even allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated. The location is excellent, with bus and tram stops nearby, making transportation easy. Supermarkets are close. There’s also a fantastic little spot on the corner for delicious and affordable coffee and croissants – perfect for breakfast! The only downside was the shower space, which was quite small. I had to hold the shower head in my hand because when placed on the holder, it splashed water everywhere

• Natalia (9/5): Hosts have no any hospitality for their guests - No any help from the hosts. We arrived at 11:00 and check-in was possible only at 15:00. When i reach out our hosts and ask them just to leave somewhere our luggage - they didn't provide ANY help for that. And we faced the problem to spend 4 hours somewhere with the luggage. Fortunately i found some place where we can leave our luggage for several hours and just go around and wait our time. I was really dissapointed when i receive message: we cannot help you with that problem, read your instructions about check-in... What is that? This is hospitality? Additionally be ready, that staff will come into apartment for some reasons, and host will not warn you that staff will come. The final thing - when i made a check out - after several hours i received from hosts message that i broke a teapot! I was really shocked. If i have broke something - i would told that to hosts and ask how i can cover the damage. Everything i left fine. But they prefer to believe their staff , who came after i left the apartment, did something there and blame me that i broke the teapot. It was unbelievable, how discouraged i was. I had many bookings in different countries before, and i faced first time such unbelievable behavior of hosts. I will never never never book this apartment again
• Pinar (8/5): Overall the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was so helpful. - There were coffee, jam and some bread within all necessary kitchen equipments. Also there was a super cute cafe in the corner of the street, delicious croissants. Walking to Duamo was around 25 minutes but with the tram station near you can easily visit anywhere. The shower cabinet was way too small, even I as a girl struggled to shower. Also the air conditioner in the main bedroom seemed to be not working properly. We did not get cold but the conditioner worked all night to keep the warmth.

• Moriya (9/5): Superb - Professional, clean, the hosts were always available to help. Very comfortable apartment, beautiful, wide, fully equipped and a great price. Very satisfied! Entering on the first day was a bit complicated, finding the right keys and all. But the hosts helped right away
