• Lucijan (8/5): Very good - Great location Separate bedrooms had only bed for one each. So perfect for family with kids, but not for two couples.
• Rosemary (8/5): Very good - Central location. Bright and clean. Both bathrooms had leaks so the floor got pretty wet.

• Jason (7/5): Good location. A few changes and a little more attention to detail would make it much better. - The location was great. Cleanliness. I found four long hairs in the upper bathroom and a clipped fingernail right in the middle of the living room. Also, in the lower bathroom I found three long hairs. I read on a previous review where a customer complained about cleanness issues, and the management company complained that the customer did not tell them so they could resolve the issue during their stay. That is not how it works, it should be clean upon arrival. It wasn’t a huge issue because I am a guy and my friend who I was traveling with is a slob. But if I was traveling with a group of women, it would be an issue. Also, a proper toaster and coffee maker would be nice especially if traveling with 4 or more adults because a small Italian mocha maker is laborious and time consuming to make coffee, especially for a lot of people. Also, a microwave would be nice.
• Nadiah (8/5): Very good - The place is bug and clean. Stefano from the place was very friendly. It's warm and good space for a family. The modern and old mox was beautiful experience . There is a bar and take away just downstairs and perfect for quick fix. Also walking distance to the city centre. Nothing much except that there is a few steps to have an up walk if you have a baby and luggages ..wud be diff

• Mariah (8/5): Great location - The location of this property is amazing. Very cute apartment and great communication with host company. The spiral staircase feels unstable and is too narrow to bring any luggage up. Also the upstairs bathroom shower did not meet our cleanliness standards.
• Richard (9/5): Nova Stylish House - Napoli - The apartment was in a great location and was comfortable for 6 people. Communication from the Napoliapartments team was good and everything ran smoothly. The air-conditioning was broken which we only found out an hour before check-in. This didn't prove to be too much of a problem for the apartment as a whole but the mezzanine sleeping area was uncomfortably warm.
• Ivana (10/5): Fantastic location - very comfortable apartment, we all had plenty of space. Very clean! - Excellent location - central to everything, yet a nice serene place to sleep and relax. Great wifi - very clean. We loved it. I really appreciated the art and nice furniture.

The booking agency were super helpful and Maria who greeted us was friendly and informative. Nothing. It was excellent value we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

• Ugnius (10/5): Having stayed for 7 days with family of 5 people, I can assure, this was great: comfy, stylish, perfect location and ref - I am quite demanding especially when traveling with family of five and it is the first time I liked almost everything - perfect location, freshly refurbished, stylish interior where history meets comfort of modern life. Ir really enriched our visit to Italy. Nothing worth worrying or making the stay less impressive. I am used to different type of pillows but when you get tired after exploration day it does not matter.
