• Michelle (1/5): Clean but uncomfortable - Everything was prefect it was clean and the area was a nice family friendly area The ac broke on the first night , communication skill is weak as hell I’m 24 weeks pregnant and I had to book me and my family another hotel so we can sleep comfortably spoke to the ac company and they said the pipes are clog . I’ve called several times a day during my stay and gotten no response only text message this was by far the worse stay and experience Ive had since coming to Orlando since my child hood
• Courtney (6/5): Overall it was good. Would stay again but would bring my own things to help better the stay. - It was quiet, secluded and private. Our condo had soured linens, our washer didn’t work and one of our showers didn’t completely open to the shower head. Overall it was a good stay.

• Nathan (6/5): Presents well but not completely welcoming - Property was very quiet and spacious. Clean and nice. Great WiFi and needed cause cell coverage is bad. Beds are ok. Downstairs bed is exceptional. However Cleaners put damp sheets on the kids beds so I had to pull them off and dry them. Washing machine only worked with cold wash. Tiny Private pool is not heated so unless it’s super warm out you won’t use it. Location has heavy car traffic getting in and out on narrow residential streets Ultimately great place but needs better management to get 5 star rate from me. If I have to make beds and dry sheets I shouldn’t be paying a cleaning fee.

• Grey (4/5): Don't go there better place - The house was big enough for all of us Had issues from day one with the booking called many times left message never returned calls the pool heater didn't work u paid 120 to have warm water waiting to see if I will have a problem with the refund for it. I did take plenty of pictures many things were broken b4 we got ther. Had to pay 189 for a cleaning fee and had to clean things like start the towels take out garbage ect the kids did enjoy the hot tub and game room that was the best thing for the whole stay

After payment a next cc is need along with id they tell you is for verification is actually to charge a 400.00 deposit of you have paid for a complete package that started of at one rate then easily got pumped up to 600.00. The lady on the phone kept texting me after I kindly ask her to stop I have my text to show. The bathroom faucet where the water comes from is nasty I have videos of that also. The only one person that made me feel welcome was the cleaning lady that thank GOD was there when I arrive to the property. Bless her heart! She helped u til finally they allow me to have the key code. It was a total nightmare. The management team is very unprofessional indeed I have all my text in which I was mentally harassed by a team member of management. I would never ever choose them again. The place is nice and it’s clean but they have lots of rules like the temperature you can’t use above 75! Towels if you happen to stain one you pay the list goes on and on!!!!! Everything!!!!

• Joel (5/5): Discontent - We liked the spaciousness of the house, and the clarity it has The cleaning left a lot to be desired, apparently they do it out of commitment and not a specialized cleaning when different people leave that house. All the bedding was very badly washed, they smelled very bad. The kitchen furniture was cleaned with dirty rags where traces of poor cleaning were visible, and the characteristic smell of 1 badly washed rag. The entry and exit times do not seem unfavorable, since they charge 1 full day and do not allow you to enter or leave the house later. They have papers with directions in the bathrooms, on the air thermostat, it's unpleasant. And what affected us the most was the issue of the Internet connection, in these times where almost everything is handled with a stable connection to be able to do different requirements, businesses or jobs online. These people should know that the house in the place that it is does not have good reception of the cell phone signal, so I think they should assume, that one must have the correct password and the efficient connection to the Internet. which was never stable and the Password we were given were wrong. Based on the experience we had, I would not rent again with these people or, failing that, I would not rent this house at any new opportunity.

The pool was dirty and took four days to clean after 4 emails. Gym and the main pool, could not access due to the lock and wrong password. Total letdown. No staff ever called back for update unless I emailed or called .
