• Grislene (5/5): Not Recommended - I do not recommend this property under any circumstances. The requirement to send a photo of yourself holding your passport is unacceptable due to data security and privacy concerns, especially since no other accommodation in Italy requested anything similar. The lack of response when questioning this policy is frustrating. If I had known about this beforehand, I would never have booked this place. Beyond the privacy issues, the property has other significant drawbacks: the stairwell is unkempt, and the bathroom window, lacking a curtain, faced a dirty interior building area, completely compromising privacy. There are far better accommodation options in the area. Avoid this place at all costs.

• Franklin (8/5): A diamond in the rough - Small but comfortable apartment perfect for a couple or 2 people. Its kitchen is well equipped including a panini grill. The apartment has a washer and a drying rack. Great location: a 5 minutes walk from the Lanza Metro station, a Carrefour Express, Panificio Pattini and lots of restaurants. The Sforza castle is 10 minutes away on foot. And the Duomo is 15-20 minutes away. It was very convenient to leave our bags after check-out at their office which is very near to Cadorna rail station where we caught an express train to MXP. Finding and getting into the apartment was an ordeal. The #2 is high on the door and hard to see especially at night. The stairwell D is not marked so you find it by trial and error. We identified the correct apartment thanks to the "ItalianWay" door mat. We received contradictory information on where to pick up the keys (Welcome center Vs. on-site). After calling their support center, It was on-site. The keys were in a key box that we had to open via an email link even though the box had a key pad.. It contained 3 keys: one for the front door of the building, one for the apartment and a mystery key. We found which is which by trial and error. Just be aware that these keys must be inserted into the lock horizontally and not vertically. The AC was not working and when we opened the windows mosquitoes came in. Bedding for the sofa bed must be requested at reservation. Just be aware that the bathroom is off the bedroom and there is scaffolding around the windows facing the inner court (April 2025).

• Elena (5/5): Passable - The location was excellent, situated in the heart of Brera, within walking distance to Milan's center, and surrounded by great dining, shopping, and bars. The apartment was clean and minimally decorated, with a comfortable mattress and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly, helpful and communicative. On the downside, the building was poorly maintained with no elevator, making it difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. The bathroom was outdated, with broken shower doors which did not close properly and old rusted bathroom furniture that definitely needed replacing before welcoming guests. The windows faced the patio, limiting the view and natural light. Additionally, we were not informed that one of the apartments in the building was undergoing refurbishment. This led to disruptive noise four out of five mornings, forcing us to leave earlier than we would normally do.

• Lindsey (8/5): Great location to beautiful Brera! - Location was great and kitchen items were great. Bed very comfy! It was surface clean and ok but could have been better.
• Anonymous (10/5): Great stay - The apartment was very close to everything, we walked everywhere. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, left in the morning and returned in the evening, shower and then sleep. Even the sofa bed was confortable.The apartment was clean and cosy. The water pressure was very low sometimes and it was hard to shower but other then that it was perfect for our needs. You can hear the other apartments air-conditioning making noise and the water drainage sometimes making noise.
• Merve (9/5): Would recommend it to anyone! - The flat is cosy and in a very central location. You could walk almost anywhere in around 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, too. The flat faces the yard of the condominium.

• Errol (5/5): Value for money Apartment - Location and value for money. If you are staying in Milan for a long period of time, like 5-7 days and you have kids, this is a great place to stay. They have everything you need and you are very close to restaurants and attractions like the Duomo (12-15min walk only). The restaurants across are really good for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Be clear that there is no elevator access, even if it's just on the 2nd floor. We had 4 big luggages and it was not a great experience bringing them up. If you are old and have back problems, do not book this property. There's also no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the only option is to open the full window. We didn't know there's a lot of mosquito outside and some came in, that bit us all night. We particularly didn't like the way to the apartment. It was dark and stuffy, like you are going in an alley.

Very nice location in an area near the center and point of interests ! Everything was perfect ! Just recommandation : more explanations for non-citizen tourists about the sorting out of the rubbish (city rules) with something like a liflet with examples (images of usual products will be perfect !)

• IREM SENA (10/5): Tavsiye Edilecek Bir Konaklama - Evin konumu oldukça iyiydi. Hemen karşısında pizzacı ve karşı sokağında makarnacı ve aperativocular var. Asansör yok ama merdivenler dik olmadığından bavulları çıkarmak zor olmadı. Yaklaşık 25 merdiven çıkıyorsunuz. Duomoya 10-15 dakikada yürüyerek varıyorsunuz. Elektrikli kahve makinesi bulunmuyor. Onun dışında evde ütü, mikrodalga, tabak, saç kurutma makinesi gibi her şey var. Çarşaflar temiz, yatak rahattı. Sadece yerler biraz tozlu gibiydi. Ev eski bir binada. Camlar ortak alan avluya bakıyor. Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi.
