• Moumita (10/5): Spacious apartment in a perfect location with great hospitality and helpful guidance — a wonderful stay in Rome! - Excellent location — the bus stop was just down the street, making it easy to explore the city. The Colosseum was within walking distance, and the person who handed over the keys was very polite and guided us with all the details about the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. Nothing major, everything was as expected.

• Haebom (8/5): The cleanliness of the property was not impeccable, but the price and location made up for it. - Very nice location, great price, and friendly staff. Only two toilet paper rolls were provided for a family of four staying for three nights. The coffee pot was unusable due to excessive limescale buildup.

• Laliethel (9/5): Centrally located, clean and comfortable - Location is central, I got teenage boys and we were able to walk to most destination-closest to roma termini and colloseum and grocery stores. Its clean, kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook, I wouldn’t mind returning to this property again. No microwave and lacks AC in the 2nd bedroom. Kitchen AC does not get the 2nd room cool.
• Rujunko (10/5): I absolutely loved my stay at Cozy Marianna and will definitely stay there again when I return to Rome. I hope that it - For the price and location, this spacious apartment was excellent. The air conditioning and construction of the building kept the apartment cool temperature wise during the hottest time of the year. There was no ironing board and iron. Also, it would have been nice to have a full length mirror.
• Nicole (9/5): Lovely stay in a large apartment in a very central location - Very spacious for Rome. Central to many things with buses out the front , trams minutes away and metro 10 min walk. Great restaurant nearby. Very good host services It was a little noisy on the street at times.

• Meredith (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was ideal as it was halfway between the station and colosseum. Not to mention there is a metro stop very close. The apartment was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities.

• Suzanne (9/5): Large & comfortable space - Space was very large & well laid out. Close to bus lines. It was clean. It was great to have elevator to get to 3rd floor. There was a light smell of gas or sewer in the unit kitchen area. We had to keep windows open a bit. The elevator is extremely small (but we were happy to have) Lots of paperwork to utilize this rental .
• Wonda (8/5): Lovely Home in Rome - - 3 adults - 2 bed/1 bath 3rd floor unit with lift. Lovely large apartment in a nice part of Rome. Tall ceilings and large comfortable beds. Grocery, restaurants, bus + metro transportation very close. Approximately 1/2 mile from the coliseum. Would definitely stay here again. The bed pillows are inadequate - need a couple more. 1 a/c located inside one bedroom. The 2nd bedroom uses the a/c located in the kitchen next door. So this bedroom does not cool off very well. A portable fan in the unit would be an improvement. We also had difficulty getting the washing machine to work properly.
• Lucasmpl (9/5): Good option for active sightseeing stay. - Perfect location for the few days in Rome - 15 minutes walk to Coloseo and Termini. Spacoius apartment, Perfect for 4 people with typical italian style and equipment. Communication was good, serviceman helpful and friendly. No problems with check-in and check-out. Noisy street & smell of Asian Food Restaurant outside the windows. Too soft matress in both beds but could have been worse.
