• Jan (2/5): Zeer teleurstellend - De locatie is prima en de ongeving rustig. We hadden nu apart nr 2. Dat beviel niet. Hiervoor hadden we apt 4. Die was prima. Bij binnenkomst stonk apartement nummer 2 zeer onaangenaam. Luchten hielp niet. Bij de buren waren in de loop van de week loodgieters aan het werk samen met een persoon van BnButler. Deze persoon binnen gevraagd om op probleem te wijzen. Bij aankomst viel een rolgordijn van de deur. De microwave en electrisch fornuis functioneerden niet. BnButler heeft deze electrische en rolgordijn probleem gerepareerd. Ze ontkenden echter dat de stank een probleem was. Na 4 dagen zijn we vertrokken en hebben elders onderdak gezocht. BnButler en Booking.com weigerden om de laatste 3 nachten te refunden. Lezende in andere reviews zagen we dat stank eerder ook een probleem was bij andere gasten. Hopelijk wordt hier snel iets aan gedaan.

• nicolas (7/5): agréable séjour a Milan - le logement est assez loin du centre ville mais très calme pas de torchons pour la vaisselle ,manque de saladiers et aussi des verres pour l'apéro, appréciable en Italie. Le reste est parfait.

• Daniela (8/5): Добра локация, лесно настаняване - Местоположението е близо до центъра, може и пеша, може и с градски транспорт. Има ресторанти и кафенета наблизо, районът е хубав и не много натоварен с хора

Te dan todas las instrucciones para ingresar a la habitación sin necesidad de que alguien te atienda. La ubicación es buena, como a unos 10 minutos caminando a una estación del metro.. Cerca hay muchos restaurantes y lugares para compras El departamento y el anfitrión no te dan la opción de gardar tu equipaje. Creo que eso es algo importante sobre todo cuando te piden la hbitación a las 10 am,
• Romero (2/5): No lo recomiendo!!!! - Me gusto la ubicacion, la persona responsable siempre contesto mis inquietudes, el acceso al departamento fue facil. De verdad este hospedaje tiene mucho que mejorar, en principio la puerta es de vidrio, solo tiene una tela muy delgada para tapar la puerta y esta no alcanza, por lo cual te pueden ver desde afuera si alguien quiere, habia una persiana que podia solucionar el problema pero no habia manera de bajarla, . La cocina no funcionaba y no nay microondas, habia un horno al cual nos tuvimos que adecuar. El wifi es debil e intermitente. El olor a humedad que tiene el departamento es muy molesto. En general el departamento esta descuidado. Los controles de la tv y el aire estan rotos y dañados, el piso del baño en mal estado. No nos dejaron jabon para las manos, ni servilletas, si a esto le sumamos lo que gastamos en comer fuera por no tener cocina y comprar las cosas que no colocaron, esto sumo mas dinero del que pagamos que no fue poco, estuvimos 6 dias. Fue una mala experiencia.

• Isabelle (7/5): Très bien situé dans un quartier agréable. Appartement correct très accessible. - L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport au centre historique de Milan. Il y a une petite cafétéria charmante à deux pas. L'appartement est au calme et l'accès est très bien expliqué. L'humidité du lieu. La douche est correcte mais un peu sale de par la vétusté. La couette de lit est un peu juste pour la saison hivernale. Pas de couverture en plus. Il n'y a pas de prise accessible pour les appareils (Machine à café,bouilloire). On doit poser les appareils au sol. On n'a pas trouvé le bouton pour fermer le store.

La scala interna per accedere all'alloggio un po' scomoda da fare con i bagagli. Avrei gradito trovare una bottiglia d'acqua, considerando che c'erano a disposizione the e cialde per il caffè, e un paio di tovagliette per la colazione e/o il pranzo.
• Catania (1/5): Pessimo - Solamente !'ubicazione Odore nauseante di cesso, umidità che ha impregnato tutto indumenti, climatizzatore che grondava vapore acqueo puzzolente, armadio fetido di muffa. Abbiamo lasciato la casa il giorno dopo. Trasferiti all' hotel Brunelleschi per i tre giorni rimanenti (documentabile). Non ho fatto alcuna foto.

• Behar (6/5): Only the location it’s good, the apartment it’s ok after the cleaning at least for just sleeping - The location was very good and the area near. The staff was helpful but unfortunately the bad things can’t be easily fixed. See comment below. From the moment I stepped in there was a unpleasant smell of mold and humidity on walls. Contacted property and support they brought the cleaning service and cleaned it as we were browsing through the city. When I returned the property was smelling like chlorine but after a while it was gone. Still was smelling in the next days but it wasn’t that bad this time.. The property said it was because it was closed for some days but when I requested at the beginning for early check-in it wasn’t approved and I don’t understand why since the check-in was with lockers and it obviously wasn’t cleaning at the moment..

• Sarah (10/5): Really good just minor things - Was comfortable light airy, close to city centre and amenities. Would like stay again in future. Very minor things: - Wifi is not that good. It kept cutting out after 5 minutes of connection alot of the time so had to give up using it, even the tv would struggle occasionally. - main light not working in the kitchen area. -Pealing paint by the bed/wardrobe -maybe need new pillows on the sofa as the fake leather was pealing off a lot. -funky smell coming from drains occasionally in the bathroom. - thin walls but thankfully didnt have many issues with neighbours being too loud.

• Yerant (4/5): Very disappointing. Wouldn’t repeat it. - Liked the Nespresso machine. The explanation of how to get the key wasn’t hard ( we got video that explains it). The check in process was ridiculous and we were supposed to send the passport pictures through a website and to sign a type of contract that I never had to do such a thing. The bed nor the pillows were comfortable, we couldn’t sleep at night and woke up with back and neck pain. The room wasn’t clean , dusty floor. Broken sofa. The location wasn’t that close to the city center. It was better to pay more to get a more decent accommodation.

• Guxim (8/5): Very good - The place was amazing with a great location, in a beautiful neighborhood. The amenities were great, it had everything you can need in a trip. The only bad thing was that the sheets in the bed were kinda wet and we had to dry them before using.

• Seyed (7/5): Good for the price and the location. - I feel like the bed sheets, towels and sofa are wet, so there was bad smell. However, using air-conditioner made it a bit better. Although there was a coffee machine, I couldn't find a kettle to boil water for a tea.
• Mi (6/5): Pleasant - The Nespresso machine - we got our own Nespresso pods from home, so at least we had good coffee in the morning. Easy to pick up the keys and very well explained (with videos etc.). The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable, we both got back home with a back pain. The room was not clean - dust in the bathroom, dirty floor (if you walk around with socks they would get dirty instantly), hair (& not ours) in the bath.. In the ended I regret not playing more for a better apartment.

No one was there to help us with code and keys ..we were lucky to meet someone who took care of us. Departure was the same , owner of this place never show up. Apart very humid , moisture around the door wall. Missing some extra towels , mattress of the bed poor and pillows too. Beside that , security and quietness were excellent , to help the place to be 5 stars ! In center Milan, Please continue to take care of the property ..thank for yr kindness .. • Gulsim (9/5): Close to Duomo. Clean and nice place for 2 people - Close to the Duomo. 28 mins on foot. Comfortable transportation from the airport. Nice place just as on photos. Loved it. We missed towels for second person. Couldn’t get them, unfortunately.
