Mitra (4/5): Poor management for providing basic need for short stay. - The location was ok and it was roomy Having just one key to the apartment was big headaches. Asked for coffee maker or kettle and was rudely refused. No pot or pan to even hot water. The water to shower was very cold. No instructions for the use of the property or local ammunition. No paper towel at kitchen towel. On the balcony there was just one broken chair
