- Sam (10/5): Cannot recommend highly enough! - Had an absolutely amazing stay at the Palazzo Dei Fiori for three nights for our wedding anniversary. The decor and style really appealed to me in the photos but it is even more impressive in real life! The location is perfect to access all Venice has to offer. Basically everything is within a short walking distance. The staff are all so lovely and go out of their way to help with anything you need with personalised help to suit your needs/budget. The apartment was stunning and spotlessly clean throughout. Way more space than I expected with a huge separate lounge area and enormous bedroom - way better than your normal small hotel room. Bed was super large and comfortable and amenities were great. Nice touch with the free drinks in the fridge and snacks in the cupboard which was unexpected. I cannot recommend staying here highly enough - I’m sure you won’t be disappointed! Nothing at all to not like!

Die Betten waren sehr gut, ich nehme immer ein Topper mit mir wenn ich nach Italien reise weil normalerweise sind die Betten hart aber ich habe bei Palazzo dei Fiori es nicht gebraucht. Es waren Getränke im Kühlschrank und sogar eine Flasche Prosecco, sogar was zum Frühstück war da. Internet sehr schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder Ein paar Lampen mehr sowohl im Wohnzimmer als im Bad wäre hilfreich und auch Moskitonetz, ( Venedig ist voll davon) wir haben zwar was bekommen gegen die Moskitos für die Steckdosen aber es hat nicht viel geholfen. Wir haben praktisch nie das Fenster öffnen können, das ist schade. Ansonsten hat uns alles gefallen.

While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. After a long and tiring day in the city, it was so comforting to know that there’s a safe and amazing place waiting for us for the night. The kitchen space was much appreciated too, as we made our breakfast ourselves every morning. The closest supermarket was only about 7min walk. In fact, everything was very close by, yet the location of the hotel was extremely quiet:) Big thanks to all the staff and especially Valentina! You all made everything so easy for us❤️. I would definitely choose this place if I ever had the opportunity in the future. As per our messaging: “Not up than 30 Years old 🤣🤣” (inside joke lol) Nothing- everything was amazing!

The hotel is beautifully designed, spotless, and perfectly located for exploring the city while still feeling peaceful and private. They not only arranged transportation to and from the airport seamlessly, but also went above and beyond when I accidentally left a personal belonging behind. - Dawid (10/5): Perfect Stay in Venice – Beyond Expectations! - An incredible place just a 10-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The service was outstanding — always friendly, eager to help, and truly beyond what you’d expect even from a 5-star property. The staff at Palazzo Dei Fiori kindly arranged a water taxi from Tronchetto for us. We paid the fare directly to the taxi driver, so there was no extra charge from the hotel — just a thoughtful service to make our arrival seamless. To our surprise, they also arranged, entirely at their expense, a wonderful visit to a glass museum — an unexpected and truly delightful gift. The taxi pulled right up to the hotel’s private canal entrance, where we were warmly greeted at the door by a lovely lady and the bellman. It was such a magical first impression that my jaw literally dropped. This was our very first visit to Venice, and without a doubt, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Paris, Milan, Cyprus, the Dominican Republic — all wonderful in their own way — somehow feel a little less dazzling compared to the experience we had here. Palazzo Dei Fiori gave us more than just accommodation; they gave us unforgettable memories. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’m already dreaming about coming back. Really, I can't complain. Nothing.

Anyone staying here must take a water taxi to the hotel! Great way to start and finish your trip. I'll definitely stay here again.

- Ma. Jennifer Ann Catubig (10/5): An absolute dream of an apartment - beautifully furnished. Conveniently located. Great facilities. - This apartment was so good my kids are still talking about it even after the vacation was over. It was really a dream apartment - located in a former Doge's residence and redesigned by Teresa Sapey + Partners. Everything looks so amazing - you have to see it in person because it so gorgeous. We booked a big two bedroom apartment, high ceilings, beautiful modern furniture, kitchen, enormous living room and dining room, big bedrooms. It is really, really beautiful. Location was good - you can walk to St. Marks. The street where is it located leads to a quiet piazza where there are restaurants and where kids just run around and have fun. It feels far from the bustle of the tourist route but it's actually near places of interest (400m from Accademia Bridge, 700m from St. Marks) There were complimentary snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. Toiletries were provided. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly. At the lobby, there is an espresso machine, water, and juice.The staff is responsive on any queries. They also helped arranged for a visit to a factory in Murano. If you are visiting Venice as a family and you like the idea of staying in a big, spacious designer apartment - you should definitely try this. The second bathroom did not have a shower but a tub. I was not able to check this ahead of time so we were sharing the one shower in the apartment. If they can add a shower to the second bathroom, that would be perfect. If this does not work for you, you can always check with them on the other apartments as the configurations differ in feature and size. Also, if they can add a washer / dryer unit to the common laundry area or even better, one in the bigger apartments because the washing machine was always occupied during our stay. We managed to get our laundry done, though. There is no "Grand Canal view" - this apartment faces another building - but the whole place is bright and bathed in light. You won't really miss it, because the apartment itself is so gorgeous.

In some places, it’s bigger than YOUR HOUSE 😆🤌🏾 talk about LUXURY! The rooms were HUGE - especially the one we stayed in, the “fairytale” like room which was a little girls dream was literally the size of a NYC 1 bedroom 😩 it was LOVELY! My daughter (age 7) claimed her room and honestly we didn’t even use the other bedroom much - my husband and I lounged between “her room” and the living room - the living room was massive, the hallway was LONG. Location was close to everything and the staff was very good about getting us water taxis when needed. Otherwise, you can walk anywhere. Nothing!

Wir wurden offen empfangen und sofort mit Kaffee und Getränken versorgt. Konnten sogar früher einchecken. Alles ist sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Die Betten ein purer Luxus. Der Kühlschrank war aufgefüllt, es gab Obst und Frühstückssachen. Die Lage ist top. Es ist etwas teuer, aber jeden Cent Wert. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Liebes Team vom Palazzo Dei Fiori, Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und ihren ausgezeichneten Service, wir kommen wieder. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Light housekeeping with exchange of towels daily and what wonderful staff! Location was great! Canal on one side for easy access with luggage taking a boat from the train station and street access on the other side. We had an apartment with a small terrace which was lovely. Kitchen was equipped with snacks and drinks all complimentary. Again, staff here were so sweet and helpful. Lounge / waiting room spacious and coffee/snacks available. Washer and dryers available for use (free) Don’t hesitate to book here. Everything was excellent ! Will definitely book here again ! Thank you for an amazing 3 nights !
