Valerie (4/5): Spacious and impressive but not for everybody. Read the reviews first and decide for yourself. - Location! The space itself is spacious and the design impressive. I did not have a bad stay in spite of a LOT of minor details about the space and management. Communication with the host was a nightmare. Daily texts but little action. The space is well-worn and the kitchen poorly equipped. The toilet downstairs never flushed and the other bathroom and shower can only be accessed through the master bedroom. The 2nd loft bedroom has curtains, but no doors, and no bathroom. I could go on, but the most inconvenient thing was that I spent 9 days there with NO internet! I was there for work and had to leave the loft to get internet. The ground support team is not really capable of dealing with many of the issues this space requires. It's not for everybody.
Pierre-luc (7/5): Great place, very cool vibe, very big but only for 4 people - Big, spacious, close to many good restaurants Checkin was one hour late even though we scheduled our arrival time and confirmes on the same day. Company was unresponsive when we tried to communicate. Staff was uncollaborative to accomodate for later checkout to compensate our late checkin. Rules are strict and quite scary; if you don’t seperate your trash correctly you get 50€ fine, 30€ if you break one glass. A bit dark and humid.

Jennifer (1/5): We booked 5 nights and left after one and had to pay for other accommodations. Very disappointed. - Location It wasn’t clean. There are not two bedrooms as advertised. The downstairs bathroom had a hole in the door and the toilet didn’t work. The upstairs shower flooded.
Scott (9/5): Loved this place both the location and the place itself. Really spacious and comfortable. - Location was amazing. Literally only 50 feet away from coffee shops and restaurants but nice and quiet. Place is absolutely huge and really comfortable. Beds were good, good water pressure. Just really comfortable. There wasn't really anything in the cupboards - like coffee, sugar, etc. It was pretty bare. Not a big deal though. The second bathroom really was just a toilet and they called it a "service toilet"...which means it really is for #1 only, to be blunt.
