Gareth (8/5): great property - terrible communication - Apartment is really near the station which makes it really convenient for getting out and about within and outside Naples. The owner was really lovely but Wonderful Italy the agents are an absolute pain. Marketing emails every week since booking. Complicated check in process on line that needed to be repeated on arrival at the property. They also didn't respond to communication which costed us 12 euros on left luggage that wasn't required and caused a significant amount of stress
György (8/5): családi szoba Nápolyban - A szállás jó. A szobák olyanok, mint a képen. Reálisak. Szép a szoba, szép és tiszta a fürdőszoba is. A szobák természetesen egyszerűek. Emeletes ágyak voltak, 4 főre. Volt hűtőszekrény, konyha rész, ami teljesen fel volt szerelve. Voltak tányérok, poharak stb. A szállás a Garibaldi téren van, tehát 2 perc a metró, 3 perc a vasútállomás.
Antonio (8/5): Napule - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per trascorrere qualche giorno di vacanza e visitare Napoli. La camere era pulita, spaziosa e arredate con gusto. Il personale è stato estremamente cortese e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La posizione è ottima, vicina alle principali attrazioni turistiche e vicino alla stazione della metro a piazza Garibaldi, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona frequentata da molti extra comunitari, in quanto si trova a due passi dalla stazione centrale. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura

Marlene (6/5): - The property itself was great and had all the amenities to make you comfortable inside. The property was clean, modern and had everything you need. The communication getting in was horrible and not organized at all. Also, plan on walking up 5 flights of stairs. There is a lift but 20 cents is needed each time you use it and we were not told until we already arrived. The area itself is not the nicest in Naples. Convenient if you need to take the train or need a taxi. But it’s very dirty and old on the outside. A hassle getting in if you don’t know your exact arrival time as nobody is there to greet you instantly and we did not know this. Unfortunately the area outside is surrounded by 100’s of homeless and refugees. There is a good amount of police and national guard walking around all times day and night but not the most comfortable to see and sadly can make a lot of tourists feel unsafe. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and markets close by so you don’t have to walk off too far to get food or anything you need.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-furnished, providing a perfect base for exploring the city. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Karim’s hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Naples.
