En el dormitorio no hay!! Hay percheros pero NO HAY 1 SOLO ESTANTE!! Donde poner remeras , buzos y otras cosas que tuvieron que quedar en la valija !! Nos tuvimos que bañar uno a la mañana y otro a la noche, el termo no tiene recuperación y sale fria !!

- Laura (8/5): Très bon emplacement et hébergement spacieux - L'emplacement est très bien, à deux pas du dôme. Proche de tous les lieux de visite, facile de se déplacer à pied. L'hébergement est très très spacieux et bien équipé. La réception où nous pouvions laisser les bagages se trouve très loin de l'hébergement (environ 25 minutes en transport public). Le dernier jour, cela nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps, d'autant que personne n'était présent à la réception au moment où nous sommes arrivées pour laisser nos bagages. L'hébergement se trouve au dessus d'un restaurant avec des odeurs qui remontent par les fenêtres, pas toujours agréable.

- Bueno Ferreira (10/5): Ótimo. - A localização e o apartamento são excelentes. Está perto do metrô e pontos turísticos. O apartamento é bem espaçoso e equipado. O check-in é totalmente automático, por uma intercorrência com a senha, ficamos dependendo do atendimento para entrar no apartamento. Não ter um contato direto e depender da fila de atendimento empresa pode ser ruim. Foi resolvido em 20min, mas ainda assim, deixou preocupação.

- ismael (5/5): - La zona era lo mejor, la cocina aceptable, toallas suficientes, se agradeció alguna cápsula de café y la cafetera nespresso. Solicitamos si podíamos entrar a las 2 pero no nos dejó. Apartamento espacioso con poco mobiliario. Si usas el sofá cama y lo dejas montado, te quedas sin sofa para sentarte. Encontré a faltar cosas básicas como un trapo de cocina o un poco de papel de cocina. El sofá cama algo incómodo. Dispensadores de jabón ducha rotos. Solicitamos si podíamos entrar a las 2 pero no nos dejó. Solo códigos, no opción llaves. Para mi gusto algo impersonal.

Excellent location: 2 short blocks to il Duomo; 5 minute walk to Metro (Missori). Staff were friendly and super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A great experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend. Could not enter the apartment via the keypad on one night. whilst contacting customer service was easy, communication to rectify the problem and gain entry to our apartment proved challenging.

- CRISTIANE NUNES DAS (8/5): Localização perfeita, apartamento legal porém, comunicação pessima. - A localização é perfeita A comunicação é péssima. Não disponibilizam uma pessoa para tirar dúvidas. Faltou energia no apartamento (observei que no prédio havia energia, a falta era somente no nosso apartamento), eu precisei enviar um e-mail que demorou horas para ser respondido. O pior é que sem energia o dispositivo de colocar a senha para entrar não funciona. Sorte que tivemos a ideia de verificar os disjuntores que estavam desligados. Ou seja, nós mesmos resolvemos o problema depois de muitas tentativas. Se não tivéssemos tido essa ideia teríamos perdido horas de passeio pois não conseguiríamos acessar o apartamento. Esse acontecimento foi muito sério. Pensando seriamente em não alugar mais apartamento e priorizar hotel para não ter esse tipo de aborrecimento. Ou tri item que incomodou foi o cheiro do apartamento, como se entrasse um odor de gordura da vizinhança.

The tub jets didn’t work, the shower in one bathroom was tiny. The communication was not great. Couldn’t check in early. The access code was incorrect in the email, luckily a girl let us in. The WiFi password was incorrect on the description in the unit.

- Nikolay (9/5): Great stay, everything was excellent. Top location. - The self check-in and check-out is always great benefit especially when you need it in the early hours. The instructions for the street door code need to be explained in more details. It was not only me but other guests that had troubles and the confusion came from the Key button that needed to be entered prior to the code.
- Nuria (7/5): Muy buena ubicación - Ubicación ideal y perfecta para conocer la ciudad a pie. El apartamento es espacioso y estaba todo muy limpio. El personal es agradable y me dejaron entrar antes de las 15h para poder dejar mi equipaje, lo cual agradecí mucho. Las paredes tienen mal aislamiento y se oye todo lo del apartamento de al lado, especialmente cada vez que usan la ducha o el lavabo. Esto hace que sea difícil dormir si tienes el sueño ligero.

- Янева (3/5): - Местоположение Комуникацията с компанията,беше лоша.Резервирахме един апартамент с балкон,получихме друг-без балкон.Помолихме за смяна , естествено почнаха да ни шикалкавят и не получихме апартамента,за който бяхме платили.Помолихме при резервацията за ранно настаняване -казаха че може,в деня на пристигането ни казаха ,че не можем да се настаним по-рано . Изключително разочаровани останахме . Изключително шумен апартамент, и през деня и през нощта.Не бихме повторили престой там.

- Melanie (9/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend. An der Ausstattung gab es soweit nichts auszusetzen und das Schlafzimmer war auch toll. Da wir zu dritt waren, wurde das Schlafsofa benutzt. Leider konnten von 4 Rollläden nur zwei geschlossen werden, die anderen waren defekt, so war kaum eine Verdunklung möglich. Zudem war es im Wohnzimmer, welches zur Strasse herausgeht auch an einem Sonntagmorgen relativ laut.

- Carol Diniz (10/5): Muito boa! - O estúdio é muito bom!!! Grande, espaçoso, bem completo. Gostei muito! Tudo limpo e organizado e a localização é fantástica, muito perto da praça da catedral Duomo. Somente o check in que foi um pouco chato, bem burocrático e trabalhoso, achei desnecessário já que todas as outras 4 hospedagens que ficquei na Itália eu enviei o passaporte e foi tudo muito prático. Uma dica é que para entrar é somente por código, não tem ninguém para ajudar ou te receber caso tenha alguma dificuldade.
