• Amy (6/5): - Good sized apartment in a lively area. Facilities were good but the directions to get into building were tricky for someone who isn’t very IT savvy. Overall great holiday and fantastic location
• Shan (8/5): - Location is great. We liked that it is on a pedestrian street and there were lots of places to walk to for coffee, food, drinks. The apartment was nicely air conditioned, which was a huge plus.
• Mihai (8/5): - Very good location, walkable distance to most of tourist attractions, close to Garibaldi Station and 30 min walk to Central station. Management is very responsive to anything that you may raise to them. The only downside is that, if you stay longer as I did (11 days), they don’t provide any additional supplies from original ones, like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, change towels or even garbage bags. You have to buy it on your own.

• Mahsa (2/5): Dirty, disorganised/unequiped and uncomfortable access. - The location was the only positive point about this apartment unfortunately! We were staying in this apartment with my elderly aunties. - The apartment was dirty. Smelly and It seemed not to be cleaned and serviced for a long time. Dust under the beds and in the air conditioners that caused also a dusty breeze. The bedding was not done properly ( duvets were empty and they said it’s summer time we don’t fill them in ) - The kitchen was not equiped enough specially for the arrival of the guests. No oil, coffee, tea even a small amount specially when the check in is late afternoon … There was no toaster, no coffee machine, limited number of dishes … - The amount of provided toilet papers were very limited for a 10 day stay for two people. - There was no rubbish bag provided - There was only one set of key provided and the process of entering the apartment every single time was complicated and uncomfortable specially for elderlies with an international phone to “ring the bell, call a number” and this was different for main gate and the internal door. - There was no mosquito nets on the windows and no mosquito spray/ mosquito repellent. - The air conditioner stopped working for the last two days and when I call for help they said take a photo of the remote control and email so we can follow! Didn’t make sense to me! - The last day before check out we saw also a cockroach in the bathroom.

• Anthony794 (7/5): Nice stay - Location was excellent !! In a very busy area with easy access to transport. Very close to shops and restaurants. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. A bit noisy , but i guess its because its in a busy area. A bit oldish and smelly. Linen could be more fresh and cleaner. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in each toilet for 3 persons , for 3 nights. For that price i would expect at least the basics.

• Josef (10/5): Spacious apartment - Spacious apartment at excellent location. Everything as advertized. Recommended. Note that there is an elevator in the bulding, but behind the corner, we realized only last day :-). Nothing. Recommended. The procedure of getting keys is not straightforward. We did not get throught the first door (based on instructions) until some lady entered the house and let us in. Getting keys from appartment is then easy.
• Rakesh (7/5): Good - Apartment was good in all ways. Very spacious and well maintained. They were not enough soaps, tissues, etc for a 3 day stay of 5 pax.. no refills were arranged inspite of communicating several times. No washing machine detergent and no dishwashing soap available.. so arranging for all of that became quite a hassle as it was never informed that we need to arrange it.
• Kristjan (7/5): Perfect location. Bad stench. But overall good experience. - 1. Location is just superb. 2. Client service is very good. 3. Nice house. 1. Only one set of keys for 5 people. 2. Five keys, looks like some of them are too many. 3. Very brief and lacking instructions how to get inside. Super good service from customer care specialist - we somehow got it done. 4. Cleanliness is not too good. We needed to clean shower drain from hair to use the shower. 5. No drying rack. Hard to dry 5 towels and really not possible to wash clothes. 6. Someone has been smoking here a lot. The stench is still here.
