• Ricardo (7/5): Razoável - No início, ao entrar no apartamento, nos deixou meio surpresos, pois o mesmo fica abaixo do nível da rua. Por isso, nossa nota é 7 Parece que estávamos em um porão, embora tenha vista para um jardim externo, como o informado, mas sem acesso ao mesmo. Tirando isso, as acomodações são boas O acesso ser abaixo do nível da rua.

• Andry (7/5): Appartement agréable et pratique! - - Proche du centre ville (1.2km du palazzo vecchio à pied) pas mal de commerce à proximité. - l'appartement reste relativement frais malgré qu'il ait fait 38°c à l'extérieur. - l'hôte n'était pas présent naux check-in et check-out mais néanmoins répondait très vite aux messages. Et apportait des réponses et conseils - le parking public est à 500m au prix de 20€/jour. Par contre petit conseil, le stationnement extérieur dans la même zone hors ZTL est à 53/mois. Attention, le logement est en zone ZTL avec des restrictions comme un peu partout en Italie. Le tout est de le savoir. - la machine à café en description correspond à une cafetière napolitaine bialetti. - la vue sur le jardin est vraiment anecdotique, l'appartement étant en sous-sol. - la propreté reste à améliorer. Un grand nettoyage n'est pas un luxe. Une ventilation mécanique devrait être installée dans les pièces également pour réduire l'humidité générale.
• Gloria (9/5): Singular i acollidora. - Carrer tranquil. Apartament ampli i dos banys complets molt bonics. Ben equipada. Ambient clàssic amb reforma acurada per ser acollidora. Recomanable. L'escala d'entrada un poc perillosa, però és l'únic.

• Jv (8/5): We had a great time in Florence and can't wait to go back! - We loved the location. The amount of space was good as well. This is my fault for not properly reading the property specs when I booked, but I was not aware that the space was mostly below ground and had steps leading down that were not easy for my 80-year-old aunt. I would recommend this for someone that does not have any issues navigating any amount of steps.

• Petra (10/5): Exceptional - Very big and nice appartement with two bathrooms near by train station and also near to city center. Bottle of wine to welcome. Good communication vith owner. We were very satisfied in the appartment.
• Angela (7/5): Good - Apartment was spacious with 2 bathrooms, comfortable and clean and it was close enough to the centre to be able to walk to most places. Didn't realise from the website that the apartment was slightly below ground level. So very little natural light in the apartment.
• Peter (9/5): A good place for a short stay. - The place was well appointed even though it was a basement which caught us by surprise. It had everything we needed, including a bottle of wine on arrival. The basement wasn't ideal but liveable. The internet in the place was terrible and being in the basement, phone reception didn't work well either. They need to sort out the internet.
• Melissa (7/5): Good - Overall the apartment was nice and in the middle of everything. It was clean and relatively well equipped. There's no AC which isn't so bad since the apartment is actually in the basement and stays relatively cool. The problem became when the temp was 30C+. In the evening we'd open the windows to cool off. Every morning we woke up with more and more mosquito bites. Not all of the windows have insect screens and those that do, have holes. You have to vent the apartment due to the humidity so you really can't avoid opening the windows. Myself, my husband, and our kids are covered head to toe in mosquito bites now.
• Denise (6/5): Good location, average apartment and facilities - Good location Comfy beds Was below ground so apartment smelt musty. Shower in one of the bathrooms not clean and had to remove hair from the last guests to help it drain- also had mouldy scum on bottom of shower doors. Check in process onerous- had to send all our passports and details if all guests etc

• Jill (10/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I absolutely loved this apartment, it was a perfect size for the 4 of us. 2 bathrooms!!!!! Washing machine which I used twice, It was so charming and I really felt like I was in Italy 😍 it was in a great area a bit quiet but in 2 blocks you were in the busy part of the city with the leather market and central market ( food ) and the main tourist area . I would buy this apartment in a heartbeat!!! Also the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. I give it a 10⭐️ Nothing!!
• Maureen (6/5): - The apartment is spacious. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms - one with a tub! Wi-Fi was great, for multiple devices at one time. The location was convenient for us. Florence is a very walkable city. Note that “ground floor” does not mean “first floor” - it means basement, so if you want to avoid stairs, this is not the best option. We specifically chose this apartment because it lists a washer and dryer, and a kitchen. Our group of four adults, traveling Europe for three weeks would need those facilities. Our stay in Florence was 10 days. The washer/dryer was small and unable to accommodate large loads but only three detergent pods were provided. When we requested more, along with additional trash bags, they were reluctantly delivered - two pods, and two trash bags which were not the correct size for any of the trash cans in the apartment. We ended up purchasing detergent pods, toilet paper, and napkins for our stay and we used bags from our purchases for trash. The TV was in one of the bedrooms so not ideal for group watching, and the refrigerator (cute and red) did not work properly. Items on the upper shelves were not as cold as those on the lower shelf. Toaster and kettle both worked great. Very quiet.
• Kirstyoh (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Historic building with lots of character. Big apartment, with great facilities and very comfortable and warm. We stayed with friends, and it was a great base for the weekend.
• Christelle (9/5): Superb - The location and the fact that the flat was clean with two bathrooms. That was perfect for 4 people. We appreciate also the welcome gesture The underground location was surprising for us and going down the stairs you have to be careful as the ramp was not stable
