• Eileen (8/5): Central and convenient location - The check in was very easy, we met one of the staff members (communicated to them on Whatsapp in advance our approximate arrival time). The apartment is located at the top of the building so there were several flights of stairs to climb - this was advertised in the listing. Was a bit tricky to bring the suitcases up, but this is what we were prepared for staying within the city centre. The stay itself was comfortable. It can be hard to come by a place with proper beds to accommodate for 3 people. We also appreciated the lounge area, which was separate to the bedrooms. Having a washing machine was also very handy. There was a drying rack available. Location is fantastic. It is bit of a walk from the main train station, however it is very close to Ponte Vecchio and all the main attractions. Just downstairs of the apartment is also a square filled with fantastic food, gelato, and coffee shops (they serve iced lattes!) The bathroom is quite compact, and may be harder for someone with less mobility to move around (then again if mobility is an issue, I would recommend finding a different location with fewer flights of stairs).
• 金英 (8/5): - 房間很新也很乾淨整潔，位在老城區，離老橋和彼提宮超近，附近有不錯的超市，樓下有間有名的冰淇淋店和一間好吃的披薩店，整體來說很方便，去學院美術館和烏菲茲都在步行的範圍內，我們住了5晚，除了爬樓梯很累，其他都很好，有大行李的或是長者比較不建議。
• sophia (5/5): - La rapidez para llegar a todas partes. El personal no contestaba rápidamente a consultas aún cuando dijeron que estarían atentos, por lo que no pudimos utilizar varios electrónicos del apartamento.
• Melissa (6/5): - The location is excellent. The lady who met us on arrival to provide keys was excellent. Good communication & friendly. The apartment is up several levels of stairs. The apartment needs a deep, thorough clean. It is well equipped but some things are broken, door falling off front dish washer. The main issues were poor air conditioning, despite leaving it on while out for dinner the apartment was still hot to sleep. The beds are also very firm, cheap IKEA.
• Ryan (8/5): - The apartment was petite but nicely laid out, making good use of the space. The location was fantastic. The MMega rep was positive, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. There were two small issues: an unpleasant odor coming from the dishwasher as well as near the front door and a broken shower head (only the hand wand was functional). Despite these minor inconveniences, it was overall a good place to stay.

• Nondas (10/5): - The experience was great.Clean, cozy and functional apartment, the guy for check-in was very kind and helpful and the neighborhood was ideally.The lack of elevator was the only drawback (the flat is on the 3rd floor-stairs are quite steep)
• Andrea (8/5): - L'appartamento pare essere stato ristrutturato di recente, lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito e confortevole. Unica pecca la temperatura: l'appartamento è riscaldato da due split, che ritengo essere stati accesi poco prima del nostro arrivo. Il primo giorno all'interno dell'appartamento faceva discretamente freddo, poi la temperatura è migliorata. Comunque ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e posizione centralissima.
• Mui (9/5): Good location with many F&B nearby, 15 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. Easy communication with - Clean and well equipped apartment, near good restaurants and gelato shops Not really, the narrow stairs a bit of hassle but luckily we didn’t have much luggage with us
• Chi (8/5): Very good - The apartment is on the top floor without lift and the stairs are narrow and steep. Not suitable for carrying big luggages and the property guy had not intention to offer any help...

• Brooke (9/5): Excellent stay. Would recommend. - Really spacious and comfortable stay. Great location, close to so many good restaurants. Only a 15min walk to the train station too. The washing machine was also handy. Really steep, small stairs up to the top floor. Not ideal when you are pregnant or when you have a 20kg suitcase like we did.
• Michele (8/5): Great location. Quiet apartment. Lots of sun - Excellent location!! Very clean and comfortable apartment. The bed was comfy too. The managers have some rules about Check in times. They have a person meet you at the property. The person that met us was very understanding of our horrid travel delays. She was super nice when we finally arrived. We were late due to flight delays and train delays. Even though this was beyond our control we still needed to pay a late check in fee, which doesn’t go to the person waiting for us. It goes to the management company. It’s too bad they can’t have some compassion when you’re late due to airlines and train lines.

• Beth (7/5): Good - Great location and modern place. Four flights of very narrow, steep, and non-A/Cd steps were difficult to manage with luggage (and hot to manage without) and are not mentioned in the booking.com ad. A/C in the apartment struggled to keep up with very Hot weather, especially when we were asked to leave it off all day while we were out. Ad mentions 3 separate beds with bedding, but they only put bedding on two of the beds and tried to charge us 15 Euros for the extra bedding.
• Pedro (6/5): Location and actual appartment amazing, host doesnt give you all the infmation needed - The property itself had no problems it was great and very comfortable. The host did not let us know anything about parking and didnt even give us recommendations on what to do. We almost got our car towed because we didnt know about the parking rules in Florence. Ended up spending more than 80 euros on parking. We had to look for parking last muinute for 2 hours and thankfully found one almost 30 minutes away walking distance. I really wish they tale this feedback in a good way to help anyone who stays here in the future as there is no warning or loading zone at all in this area and the host doesn’t make this clear beforehand.
• Seongmoon (9/5): Superb - Clean, new, modern, satisfactory. Stairs were not easy for elders. There were mosquitos outside but had no insect screen.
• Joshua (10/5): Amazing modern apartment in a great location. - My favorite place to stay during my Italy trip. I could live here 😆 The modern decorations, the table, and kitchen made the apartment very cosy. I loved the bathroom. The bedroom was very plain, but it served its purpose and there were no issues. The location is amazing, right next to several restaurants and a gelato place! A very lively place, but still very quiet when you close the windows! The views were nice too as it was on the top floor. The staff was also great and took me to an atm to get cash for the city tax and helped us with our suitcases. Nothing! Some people might not like the stairs since there is a lot and they are very steep, but I didn’t mind, and the stairs were part of the Renaissance/Medieval vibe to us.
• Stefania (9/5): Beautiful home stay. Clean apartment - Beautiful modern apartment with everything you need . Very close to the center . Erika was very friendly and informative As a tourist it would be nice to have just enough coffee pods for the 1st day you arrive as well as 1 dose of washing machine powder. Tourist need at least one day to find their way around and be able to find what they need for their stay. Also we are not used to not have block out curtains and we were awake before 7am due to the sun light.
• Kedar (8/5): Stay only if you can climb up almost three storeys with you luggage. But once you reach the apartment, it is a bliss. - Large and modern apartment with all facilities Stairs: There are a lot of stairs. Due to this factor, carrying anything about 15 kg is very very difficult. We had two bags of 25 kgs and one hand bag of 7 kg apart from our back packs. We will avoid it if we have heavy luggage. Bus connectivity was difficult to Duomo and Firenze Station.
