• Fabiana Mollaioli (8/5): - La struttura era bellissima e molto moderna. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza dei due bagni. Sarebbe stato sicuramente carino trovare qualcosa di benvenuto e invece mancava anche la moka per il caffè e ogni volta dovevamo attraversare la piazza e recarci al bar. Almeno la macchinetta potevate metterla, poi uno si organizza con il caffe acquistandolo al supermercato.

• Muriel (8/5): Bon logement confortable dans l'ensemble - L'appartement est très bien placé, très propre ,très bien chauffé. La machine à laver est présente mais pas en service ce qui est bien regrettable. Quelques produits de première nécessité comme, huile ,vinaigre, moutarde.... Nous n'avions que trois rouleaux de papier WC pour 5 jours. Le matelas était vieillissant, un drap housse serait plus confortable qu'un drap plat qui ne tient pas sur le lit et une housse de couette serait aussi appréciable plutôt qu'une couette enveloppée dans deux draps plat, il n'y avait également pas de housse de protection au matelas.
• Vanescia (10/5): Great holiday - Large flat and fully equipped kitchenette. Good communication and details on directions to flat ( we used the autobus) and entry codes. Z so It’s a dark area between the street so lighting is not good and in November it gets dark early, but the location is not far from a shopping street so that is convenient

• Cuihua (5/5): Dusty - The apartment is large, the location is good. But it was not really clean, the first day we arrived there, we can see there were a lot of dust, there were no screen net, so every time you want to open the window, there were a lot of mosquitoes fly in, there were no kettle provides for you, and the first two days wasn’t working and full of dust. Also, need to walk up three flights of stairs in the dark with no light.

• KYLE (10/5): - Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again.

• ASSEM (10/5): - The apartment was very well located in the San Marco/San Angelo area of Venice. Like many apartments in this old city with its typical narrow streets, there was only a limited view across an alley or a courtyard. The place was very quiet and had all the modern comfort amenities - including AC, essential for the hot summer days. Also, very spacious. Would highly recommend.

When I book with toddler I expect to have facilities for him like safe bed. And the sofa bed was not set for sleeping

• Libby (6/5): Not terrible, but not perfect - Nice modern renovation. Tv had Netflix. Sofa bed, once we could open it, was comfortable. Pillows were too flat and not enough pillows. The stairs are not suitable for older people. There was no toaster or kettle in the kitchen for making breakfast and coffee. We could mot turn the oven on and there were no instructions. Would have been helpful to have instructions for the sofa bed, as it's not one we had encountered before. The shower in the bathroom was so small, only a child would fit comfortably and both showers had nowhere to put toiletries.
