• Brigitte (5/5): Passabel. Sehr gute Lage. - Sehr gute Lage. Bäder sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Nachttischlampen, keine Blumen - entspricht nicht dem, was man auf den Fotos sieht. Sehr lieblos eingerichtet. AC machte einen fürchterlichen Lärm & konnte durch uns nicht ausgeschaltet werden, da in einem verschlossenen Schrank. Mussten also die ganze erste Nacht diesen unmöglichen Lärm & die Kälte in der Wohnung aushalten (Mitte Oktober!). Am nächsten Morgen kam dann endlich der Techniker & hat diese monströse AC Anlage ausgeschaltet & die Heizung eingeschaltet…

• Sarah (6/5): Unique charm, yet in need of improvements - The apartment had charm and was centrally located. The murals on the ceilings were beautiful and unique. While we understand the apartment is old (parts of it were beautiful!), we were a bit disappointed that the apartment didn’t feel or look clean. The rooms could use some touching up. Headboards were peeling. There was a very loud noise coming from one of the closets next to the bathroom, and so we constantly had to keep the door closed.
• Paula (8/5): Great Stay but Difficult to Find Initially - Great place and great location. Felt like you were in an old Medici palace. Rooms were large, spacious and had high ceilings. Most of the floors were slanted, so difficult for one family member who struggles with vertigo. Two bathrooms were good to have for a family. Kitchen was large and some coffee supplied. Towels great, too! :) The restaurant right below is great at night for food (cena) and later for Aperol Spritz! Specific instructions from the train would have been VERY helpful. It's very easy to say, "Go to Vaporetto Station E, on the far right upon exiting the train station. Once there, you can purchase tickets with credit card to take Vaporetto Line 1. Exit at San Sestiere." It doesn't take much to give this information to tired tourists - especially in 40 degree + weather. Would have been considered. Not all who roam in Venice are from Italy.
• Jan (7/5): Good - Appartement suite large and clean well located centrally They are using some organization which is communicating so much that it creates annoyance for one of the most important elements in holidays ‘ piece of mind and no stress’. But then to beconstantly chased to fulfill administrative obligations get plenty sms,whatapp and email is not my vision on holidays
• Cristian (10/5): Exceptional - It was a pleasant experience for our group of friends. Very close to the vaporetto station "San Silvestro" on the grand canal and the main attractions of Venice, the Rialto bridge and San Marco Square. There are also many nice bars and restaurants in the area. Thank you
