Chiara (2/5): - Siamo arrivati all'appartamento venerdi 1 marzo, check in positivo, il ragazzo che ci accoglie è puntuale e gentile e ci lascia il suo numero per qualsiasi necessità. Premetto che abbiamo trovato un fine settimana freddo e piovoso e quindi alla sera lo contattiamo perchè i caloriferi non vanno, lui ci risponde che è normale e di usare il condizionatore presente in cucina per scaldare tutta la casa. La casa è stata scelta perchè ha due camere separate che potevano garantire privacy ma per avere un pò di caldo dobbiamo lasciare tutto aperto. Inutile dire che le camere non si scaldano in maniera adeguata. Quando si esce dall'appartamento la luce si scollega quindi alla sera abbiamo trovato sempre l'appartamento freddo e con forte odore di umidità. Il penultimo giorno la caldaia va in blocco quindi rimaniamo senza acqua calda. Chiamiamo il ragazzo e ci dice di sentire il servizio cliente di Wonderful Italy che gestisce l'appartamento. Ci dicono che essendo domenica non possono fare niente ma di fare richiesta per un rimborso parziale. Rimborso che al ritorno ci è stato inspiegabilmente negato. In conclusione appartamento in ottima posizione ma molto umido e freddo e assistenza del tutto inadeguata. Da evitare.
