- Manuel (2/5): I would never stay at this hotel again, even if it was a free option - The only thing that I did like about the hotel was the location. It was in an area where there are a lot of great food options, transportation is readily available. Nothing else worked about the hotel. The beds were uncomfortable, the temperature of the room was not adequate, along with the room being small, the room did smell of smoke, although I did request a non-smoking room online and when I arrived to double check, I was in informed that it would be a non smoking room.

- John (1/5): - Not much This is a "hot sheets" motel that charges by the hour. Literally. My bad for picking it but you'd think that Booking.com would vet this better. Way too dirty for the price. The sheets had stains. The window was broken. No smoke detector. People were smoking and it was blowing into the room through the vent. Thermostat locked and blowing cold air all night even though it was 50 degrees outside. Is a refund possible? This is disgraceful.

- Rhiannon (4/5): Shared door in between rooms heard next door watch porn on the TV. Walls were dirty and stains on to - I did not know they served breakfast. How dirty the walls were and that it looked like old puke down the shower drain. Also the way of the shower door was facing.

- Daria (5/5): Ujdzie, do przeżycia - Miłe osoby na recepcji Przez 10 dni nie wyrzucano śmieci, nie zmieniano ręczników, nie uzupełniano papieru toaletowego (trzeba było poprosić na recepcji). Nad sprzątaniem naprawdę trzeba popracować, bo można nawet przykleić się do podłogi. WiFi praktycznie nie działa. Jest niby zakaz palenia, ale czuć zapach tytoniu i nie tylko. Odpływ umywalki należałoby częściej czyścić bo jest zatkany i woda praktycznie nie spływa. Suszarki do włosów też nie uświadczycie pomimo iż jest zagwarantowana.

Hotel à fuir ! - Le quartier est loin d'être tranquille, il serait bien de prévenir les gens qu'ils risquent leur vie. Impossible de sortir manger le soir dehors lorsque l'on est une femme seule - Le ménage ? Visiblement la femme de ménage est en grève, le sol est sale, la chambre est poussiéreuse - L'isolation phonique est une catastrophe, j'entendais le bruit de la fermeture éclair de ma voisine lorsqu'elle a ouvert sa valise, le matin lorsque son réveil à sonné, j'avais l'impression qu'il était sur ma table de nuit - Niveau sécurité : le système pour bloquer la porte de l'intérieur était cassé (il manquait un morceau), j'ai donc mis une chaise sous la poignée de ma porte - Bruits : la VMC fait le bruit d'un avion qui décolle, elle tourne en continue, c'était affreux

- Albert (1/5): It was terribly disappointing! - The location was the reason I started looking in that area. Nothing!! I was upset. There was so much trash outside. The room looked poor! All the furniture looked as if it was second hand, the baseboards were very dirty, the shower floor was brown, the sheets were itchy, it was loud in hall a part of the evening, and the walls were not clean. Room # 602 was horrible. It was not at all as it was advertised!! It was false advertisement. We were visiting for our Anniversary and we had no other place to go!! We were so disappointed.

Les photos sont fake et l’hôtel est très sale et pas sécurisé les portes défoncées! On sens une scène de crime j’ai eu peur pour moi et ma famille! J’y suis resté 10minute et nous avons pris la décision d’annuler la réservation. Qu’il refuse de nous rembourser car il ne rembourse pas! A fuire !! 190$ la nuit pour ce trou à rat non merci! Avec 20$ en plus nous avons pu trouver un hotel au centre de New York sécurisé et bien propre La sécurité du quartier et de l’hôtel les gens qui fument dans les couloirs et la saleté.

There was not enough toilet paper contemplating how many people were staying. The stairs up are a workout, not a bad thing just something we weren’t used to, but it gave the full NY experience.

- Fowler (7/5): amazing location for getting on the subway straight to downtown and facilitating we’re comfy/clean. - As soon as they was an issue with the room, the staff immediately fixed the issue and provided anything we needed or were missing! very very helpful. The room trash cans weren’t emptied and they were quite small, so it was over flowing by the end of 4 days. but this wasn’t a big issue.

You get what you paid for. Although I’ve been seeing comments that “you can hear the trains” not sure how that happened because it’s quite far from reality lol. - Julia (2/5): Overall, cleanliness problems and nighttime noise made the stay unpleasant. - The main advantage of the property is its location. It’s very close to the metro station, and the Red Line makes it easy to get almost anywhere. Another positive point is the price, it’s not very expensive, but you do get what you pay for, which isn’t much. There were several things we didn’t like about our stay. To start with cleanliness, the bathroom was not properly clean and clearly needs a deep cleaning, especially the shower and surrounding areas. The bed sheets smelled as if someone had slept on them right before us, with a noticeable perfume scent, so they should be changed and properly washed. Additionally, there was very loud music coming from the bedroom next to ours until late at night. We had to ask the receptionist multiple times to contact them and ask them to lower the volume before the issue was finally addressed. I suggest that the property implement a fine for loud noise after 10 p.
