- vivtan171717 (10/5): Great wellness hotel in Bangkok - We had a great stay at SILQ Hotel! The facilities are impressive for a city hotel. A HYROX style gym, a proper onsen, a saltwater pool, and an excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of egg options, waffles, crepes, and even a Nutella dispenser. Our Chiffon Studio room was spacious, with a lovely city view, a walk in wardrobe, and a Japanese toilet. The service felt warm, efficient, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our stay. One small thing to note is that there is some construction next door. You can hear it at the poolside, but it did not affect us. I just put my AirPods in and it was completely fine. The location is ideal. Close enough to walk to popular nightlife spots, yet quiet when you want to rest. Highly recommend if you enjoy hotels that feel like part of the trip, not just a place to sleep.

We thouroughly enjoy the onsen every day and the room service is delicious. We would like to give a special shoutout to Namtan, Coco, View, Earth and Earn for their outstanding service. From the minute we walked in the door until the late checkout and pool access we are over the moon with our experience and will come back whenever we visit BKK. Also there are a great selection of surrounding shops and restaurants near by!
- alisontchan (10/5): Top choice for a great Bangkok Stay - We stayed at SILQ in early December and absolutely loved this hotel & residence. Itโs fresh and new with fantastic staff who are so warm and friendly, and super helpful. Coco is the go-to expert on all information and recommendations for Bangkok and he was so helpful arranging our tours and provided cost effective suggestions. We were given welcome drinks, there were complimentary cakes, & bottled water daily in our room, & afternoon treats by the pool. The location is really excellent! Short walk to the shopping malls, restaurants, massage nearby, as well as a great cafe just out front, another nearby Japanese cafe and supermarket for any groceries or quality Japanese fast food packs. The BTS is near too as itโs right next to the mall which you can walk to in 10 mins or get the free shuttle from the hotel. Our accommodation was excellent, clean, comfortable beds, and well serviced with a kitchenette and fridge and washer/dryer too. We will definitely come back to SILQ!!!

December 1โ8, 2025 This was our fourth time staying at SilQ Hotel & Residence, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the exceptional cleanliness and genuine care from the staff, this hotel has always provided us with a truly comforting and memorable experience. The main reason we keep returning to SilQ is CoCo, the concierge. He continues to handle everything restaurant bookings, transport, massage recommendations, and ticket assistance with speed and precision. What makes he truly outstanding is how he thinks from the guestโs perspective. He even suggested new hot places in Bangkok and recommended extra spots that fit perfectly into our schedule. Thanks to CoCo, our Bangkok trips are always better than expected. This time, he helped us enjoy the Vijit Chao Phraya light festival from the perfect spot an unforgettable moment. Weโre also very grateful to Namtan at the front desk. She proactively informed us about nearby construction noise and offered a quieter room without us asking. She also upgraded our room and kindly arranged a late check-out. Most importantly, she constantly checked if we were comfortable. Her cheerful smile and kind greetings brightened the entire lobby every single day. The gym is well equipped, and the L-shaped swimming pool is large, quiet, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the onsen area, which includes three different hot baths and a sauna. Every facility is maintained regularly, and staff are quick to assist when needed. SilQ is perfectly located in Sukhumvit, just a short walk from BTS Phrom Phong, near major shopping malls like EmQuartier, Emporium, and EmSphere, as well as Benchasiri Park and various spa shops. Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Honestly, after staying here, we canโt imagine choosing any other hotel in Bangkok. For us, SilQ is more than just a place to stay. It's a hotel filled with heart. Thanks to Coco's dedicated assistance and Namtan's kindness, we are returning to Korea once again with beautiful memories. We highly recommend SilQ to anyone seeking comfort and attentive service in the heart of Bangkok.

Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite, especially Mr Coco who assisted me in dealing with the taxi matter. The ladies in the reception are efficient and friendly. Overall is a very good hotel, especially the onsen services, love it after a long day of walking. However, I wished all the facilitites can operate till mid night.

They told me about the construction next door and they saw that I was staying a while so they put me and a room further away from the noise. The room was super clean and also had a washing machine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful all throughout my stay. Coco also provided some recommendations for local places to eat. The breakfast buffet had a lot of different things to choose from and tasted good. The hotel is located conveniently next to everything you need food, entertainment and BTS all within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and exceptional service. He was worried that my driver might go to the wrong location, so he even went outside to guide my Grab driver to the hotel to pick me up. This is my second time staying here, and I still slept incredibly well. Iโm not someone who likes going out, so having in-room massage service was perfect for me. Highly recommended! ๐

The location is fantastic โ just a short walk from Emporium โ yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and cosy. The team was excellent: always responsive, warm, and ready to help. Coco, MP, and the Onsen supervisor in particular were incredibly patient and kind. I stayed here for a week and honestly wish I couldโve stayed much longer. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and the facilities are beyond expectations. The onsen is perfect for deep relaxation, and both the outdoor and indoor pools are spacious and beautifully maintained. The gym is the most impressive Iโve ever seen in a hotel. It truly has everything! I also enjoyed several drinks at both the indoor and outdoor bars, where the atmosphere is calm, and relaxing. 10/10 โ highly recommend to everyone, whether youโre traveling solo, with friends, or as a family.

The room was large, clean and luxurious. The best thing is that the hotel has an Onsen. After a month is Japan and two weeks in Thailand it was nice going to an Onsen one last time : )

It's the staff though that made this stay special. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. One staff member in particular though went above and beyond. Coco the concierge. He helped out with transport. He helped us get great seats on the river cruise. He checked in on us on the river cruise. And he helped my partner get jewellery made by a local artisan who made exquisite, bespoke pieces and Coco updated my partner throughout the entire process. We chose SILQ almost by random (based on a search for pools and prices) but what a find Coco was. He organised our final trip to the airport and saw us off on his day off. Coco treated us like good friends and his hospitality and warmth were a highlight of our trip. They say the Thai's are renowned for their hospitality and I believe they had Coco in mind when they coined this term. Highly recommend. We will be back.

I dont like my hotel to be too cluttered and noisy. Walking distance to bts. Good amenities and food nearby. Spacious room with table and chair (I want a proper sitting area). The hotel boasts a salted pool, gym and onsen. I want to have a getaway in town and yet not too far out so I can do a day shopping. SILQ did not disappoint me. Everything described was authentic. Staff were very professional and friendly. Especially thank to Conceirge staff Mr Coco who managed always to have a little chat with me at the lobby and offering very good advise. The room was very thoughtfully designed with a felt Base put at all the drawers, nice bath tub, strong water pressure, very hot water, good ac and I love the night light that includes a light at the toilet to allow me to find my way in the middle of the night. First time saw hair dryer provided come with curler. Made my hair day so much easier. No straining of the toiletries bottles which happened in every hotel now. I am a light sleeper and the room is quiet at night to allow me to rest well. The downside I would say is the lift. Lift is slow. Also disapponted they do not offer foam pillow. Other than that I love love love the hotel and it offers the best rejuvenating experience while in bkk.

The room was classy, clean, large rooms, and spacious living area. The outside terrace pool was a nice addition but needed a clean - the glass walls had brown algae on them. It looked like there were spa jets in the plunge pool but no button to operate them. But the terrace area is spacious and a nice outdoor addition. None of the three televisions in the suite worked properly - they turned on but none of them offered any option to connect to streaming services. There was a โcastingโ and โmirroringโ option but neither would connect to our phones. The hotelโs maintenance staff couldnโt get it to connect either and the tvs in the bedrooms wouldnโt connect to the roomโs very slow wifi (my kids couldnโt stream a YouTube video at the same time as one of us doing the same). The hotel offered a โNetflix boxโ but then told us it was broken. Local tv was available but for a 5 star hotel this isnโt what you would expect. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The shared pool, gym and sauna were also excellent. The steam room wasnโt working. All in all the hotel was very good. The staff were lovely and helpful.

I stayed in a one-bedroom unit on the 21st floor, which had a spacious layout, a nice bathtub, and beautiful city views. It was very quiet and well-maintained, and housekeeping kept everything clean and well-stocked. Location-wise, itโs about a 7โ8 minute walk to BTS Phrom Phong Station. It can feel a bit hot walking during the daytime, but the hotel offers a free shuttle every hour. If you book in advance, they can even pick you up โ which is super convenient after shopping at EmQuartier, Emporium, or EmSphere just nearby. There are plenty of massage shops, 7-Eleven, and Fuji Supermarket in the area. For those who enjoy parks, Benchasiri Park and Benjakitti Park are both within walking distance โ perfect for a morning jog or evening stroll. (If youโve been to Lumpini Park, youโll love these too!) Breakfast isnโt a huge buffet, but itโs thoughtfully curated. The combination of made-to-order dishes and a small buffet meant I could try a variety without getting bored. The pastries and baked goods were especially delicious! The hotel bar has live jazz performances every Wednesday, and you get a free welcome drink coupon at check-in. Sipping a cocktail while enjoying live jazz was one of the highlights of my trip. The swimming pool is L-shaped, with both indoor and outdoor sections, so you can swim even if it rains. Thereโs also a small area for kids. They offer free wellness classes like aqua cycling and boxing in the morning and afternoon โ I tried both and had a great time! One of the hotelโs best hidden gems is the free onsen (hot spring). You just need to reserve a time slot (up to 5 people max), and you get a peaceful, relaxing spa experience. There are 3 different baths and a Finnish-style sauna โ it honestly felt like a Japanese public bath. Having a free onsen inside a Bangkok hotel is a major bonus! The gym is not huge, but it has everything you need. I liked being able to work out, swim, and relax in the onsen all in one place. Overall, SilQ Hotel & Residence offers the perfect balance of city convenience (shopping, food, transportation) and relaxing resort vibes. With the exceptional service from CoCo and the entire team, itโs been one of my favorite stays in Bangkok. I will absolutely return again and highly recommend this place to other travelers!

This room was almost as good as the Executive. The staff was really attentive, professional, and warm. We received great information from Cocoo! He IS very knowledgeable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer.

Very pleasant and helpful staff made it easy to love the place. We wish we were staying there longer. Maybe next time. Great price too.

The staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome, especially CoCoโhe was just amazing and added so much joy to our trip. The hotel was clean and cozy, and we loved the little touch of a welcome drink when we arrived. It really set the tone for our stay! The onsen was a highlight for usโit was so relaxing. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the area. Overall, this place was a gem! I canโt wait to come back!

The breakfast was very good and versitile, the pool was pleasent and the room spotless, wide and beautiful. We recomend the silq hotel and if we will come back to bankok we will defenetly return to this hotel

Coco went above and beyond, and our trip would not have been the same without him. The ladies at the front desk were also wonderful always ready with helpful solutions and a warm attitude. At the restaurant, we had the pleasure of being served by Maew, who was such a sweet and kind soul. Itโs clear that this hotel prioritizes great service and hospitality. Every team member we interacted with was well trained, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. It never felt like they were just doing a job it felt like they were welcoming us into their home. Truly exceptional service all around! Thank you
