- John (10/5): Class hotel - I was very impressed with everything i can think of. Airport shuttle was very handy although i think it only runs hourly, with half hour returns. The place oozes quality from the buildings, the furniture and the fittings. Great staff, and plentiful too. The pool area and the multiple other outdoor areas are well designed and very inviting with multiple bars and restaurants also. Very impressive!

It has Let's Relax massage which is very good after a tired working day. Staff are friendly and breakfast buffet is also good. Hotel is big, it takes a long walk to the room.

The dinner buffet was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was honestly one of the best I’ve seen. There was a wide variety of options catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Although I didn’t have time to use the pool, it looked so inviting that I found myself wishing I had more time to enjoy it. I’ll definitely plan for that next time I’m in Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel—it’s a fantastic choice for comfort, service, and convenience.

We laid over for a night on our way to Chiang Mae so I appreciate the 24hr complimentary shuttle. The breakfast buffet was so elaborate, I’ve never seen a breakfast buffet with so much variety. It was insane. The rooms are clean and modern.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Marriott can do better - This is the second time i come to this hotel as conveniently located. The hotel is understaffed, long wait at check in counter, very long wait for them to pick up the phone when you call them for a request. This is also the second time the taxi for the airport booked with them is late for customer pick up, they might want to find a better taxi provider in the future. So overall a nice hotel, one staff was very nice and helpful at the pool side, but bad general management and understaffed. Also with such nice terrace they should provide fans for each table ( there are only 1 large fan per terrasse ...).

- Rudolf (10/5): An oasis so close to the Bangkok Airport - The Courtyard by Marriott has the most amazing swimming pool in the middle of a large garden setting! A real quiet oasis! The staff were fantastic from check in to check out! Most generous with allowing us extra time before and after the booked time! Thank you. We had two excellent a la cart meals in the restaurant - authentic Thai meals beautifully prepared by Chachpol the executive chef and Ekkaphop the chef de cuisine. Memorable meals served by the chefs - what a treat!! Thanks again!! From now on this will be our preferred stopover hotel near the Bangkok Airport!

My wife and son took a taxi from the airport, which cost only $10—a smooth start to our trip. We arrived late at night, and as first-time visitors to Bangkok, we weren’t sure what to expect. However, from the moment we checked in until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet. I travel extensively, especially throughout Mexico, and I have to say this property delivered a breakfast experience that left a lasting impression. The variety, quality, and presentation of the food put a huge smile on my wife and son’s faces—it was the perfect way to start each day. If you’re looking for a convenient, welcoming, and memorable place to stay in Bangkok, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It’s an experience we won’t forget!

The upgraded my room to a pool view, and everyone I interacted with were so incrediblyprofessional and kind. This is definitely a place to stay, especially when you’re arriving late from the airport top-notch.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Impeccable Service and Luxurious Comfort - I had a 16-hour layover in Bangkok from London. I was thinking of booking the Novotel but found this hotel instead. I chose this over the other because of its modern interior design and complimentary airport shuttle. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from the airport (without traffic). I used the complimentary shuttle transfer from the airport to the hotel. However, due to heavy traffic, it took around 25 minutes to reach the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel around 7 PM, check-in was smooth and quick at the reception. My room was on the 7th floor. It was sleek, spacious, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. Slippers were provided. However, bathrobes were missing. The bathroom amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, were luxurious. Room service was exceptional. The food was absolutely amazing! I really wish I had more time at this hotel to try out other restaurants. The buffet breakfast in the morning was heavenly! I didn't use the complimentary shuttle from the hotel to the airport in the morning because I wanted to enjoy my breakfast longer. Instead, I ordered a taxi via Grab, which cost me around £5. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! I am very happy with my stay and will definitely use this hotel again if I have a long layover. (The complimentary airport shuttle runs every hour.)

- Karen (10/5): Nice Place to Relax and Chill - This place is set up to make your stay resort like. The courtyard area is large and lovely… lots of plants. We had a garden view room which meant we could go directly to the pool from our room. The room itself was great. Roomy, thoughtful touches. We had a great two night stay.

- Steven (10/5): - Such a brilliant hotel - modern, stylish and loads of facilities (pool, spa and well equipped gym) that you wouldn’t expect at an “airport hotel”. Food and service was also outstanding. They have a free shuttle (which you need to book to secure your space) which runs every hour to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport - just 15 minutes away. Cannot recommend this highly enough - it was the perfect way to round off our trip to Thailand before flying home.

He will personally call me n check on my mom every time we were in the lobby check on her how she is doing n how is she enjoying her time in Bangkok . He shared the big festival celebration and we should make every effort to join for celebrations dinner at the hotel . It was amazing experience. Managers at the restaurant take time to say hi , bring you omelet to your table both Kim and Raymond were amazing , especially Kim he will make my mom soy milk tea and will chat with my mom n will ask how was the service . Robin made us feel special as we went to celebrate my mom”s 75 th birthday /he often open the door for my mom and help her half to help her take get to the door . I felt my mom was every ones mom , breakfast had a lot of variety n very fresh food / fruits every day. We stayed 7 days n had 5 breakfast / 2 lunch / one room service dinner and 2 lunches and one festival celebration dinner. Food was great quality n everything was delicious.

- Jason (10/5): Fabulous airport hotel!!! - We had a 24 hour layover in Bangkok and wanted to stay close to BKK airport. This hotel is perfect, short drive to/from the airport, amazing decor, very friendly staff, big clean room, and was quite possibly the best airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend for travelers with long layovers or people who want something really nice that is close to the airport.
