• ebenis (4/5): Disappointing - I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't provide at least shampoo as a bathroom amenity. It is always nice to know, when travelling far, that this is one less thing you have to pack, So, having to go to a pharmacy and buy it in Rome was a bit of an unwelcome annoyance. The only bathroom amenity provided was shower gel in a dispenser and two shower caps, not replaced. No tissues either. The location is convenient, about a 3-minute walk to Repubblica metro station and not far from Termini. The Wi-Fi was good, breakfast was very good, and the staff were genuinely lovely. There was also an iron and ironing board, though the limited space made it tricky to use. The room was uncomfortably hot for November, and with no way to control the air-conditioning we had to leave the windows open overnight, which still affected our sleep. A kettle was supplied but there was no milk, and the room itself was very small. The shower was particularly disappointing, swinging from boiling hot to freezing cold without touching the dial, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. No complimentary water was provided either; a bottle cost €1. There was accessible water available in the bar area, but the jug with the fruit appeared to remain unchanged throughout our stay, which gave the water an unpleasant taste — consequently only tried that once.

A Colosseum, a Trevi kút, a Spanyol lépcső, a Santa Mária Maggiore és más nevezetességek séta távolságban vannak. A reggeli kiváló, a személyzet rendkívül kedves, Róma örök. The rooms were great, very clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in there were on top of refilling the food as well as always cleaning the tables. We were super happy with our 3 night stay. Easy walking to and from the train station. Short walk to the Colosseum.

• Christine (10/5): - Everything! The staff greeted us so kindly and were very helpful and polite and helped us with luggage’s. The breakfast was also very great and we enjoyed our stay very much! Rooms were clean too. Just a little bit of a walk to some places - minimum 15 mins to main sights. That’s only an issue if you don’t want to walk much!

• Cristina (1/5): - Ottima posizione, la stanza era pulita In sintesi l'hôtel ci ha dato una stanza differente da quella presentata nella prenotazione su booking, di misure ben inferiori a quelle dichiarate, con una piccola finestra con inferriate che dava su un deposito di rifiuti direttamente sotto la finestra e confinante con un impianto molto rumoroso che ci ha impedito di riposare durante tutta la notte. Abbiamo subito chiesto di cambiare stanza, di avere quella rappresentata, ci hanno risposto che l'hotel era al completo. Il responsabile dell'albergo non era reperibile. Abbiamo attivato l'assistenza booking e ottenuto soltanto un rimborso di 39 euro VIRTUALE, cioè spendibile su una eventuale futura prenotazione (a fronte di oltre 200 € per una stanza che non ne valeva la metà).

• Amparo (8/5): Muy agradable - La amabilidad de las chicas del hotel. La habitación muy espaciosa, los baños muy limpios. El desayuno estaba bien, simple, pero suficiente. Las toallas estaban sucias y la habitación no queda insonorizada, ya que por la mañana se oía a la gente de la cocina y por la noche se oía barullo de la calle.

Matelas très bonne qualité, pay affaissé, récents et isolation phonique. Une chambre un peu petite avec une fenêtre qui donne contre un racancement de mur et aucun dégagement. Mais pour visiter Rome c'est suffisant. 2e location grande chambre avec balcon et 2e fenêtre. Parfait

• Tilde (7/5): - J'ai aimé la propreté, la gentillesse des filles à la réception qu'étaient au petit soins envers le client, les travaux de rénovation et modernisation de l'hôtel. le lit single trop étroit et le matelas trop mou et glissant si l'on se mets au bord. Aussi le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré vu le prix de la nuitée. Le café trop aqueux sans goût, le lait écrémé , on dirait pour les régimes. Le pain blanc, les gâteaux et les fruits, n’étaient pas tout à fait frais, on dirais que c’était des restes de la veille.

El personal muy amable y profesional, especialmente Victoria, que nos ayudo mucho y nos dio buenos consejos. Las instalaciones son bastante nuevas y bonitas. La cama era comodisima. Nuestra habitacion tenia una terracita privada con sillones y mesita muy agradable. Teniendo en cuenta los elevados precios de Roma, la relacion calidad-precio resulta muy correcta El tamaño de la habitacion era algo insuficiente ( compensado por la terracita privada ). El desayuno buffet fue correcto, pero no muy variado.

Breakfast included Super clean Room small and very basic - no Italian finesse whatsoever ! More IKEA …. and NOT cheap! Owner explained reasons why they have to keep it basic because people have no respect and a large minority trash the rooms. Very sad comment on today’s society

• Mats (8/5): Weekend i Rom - Trevligt litet hotell välstädat och fräscha rum med mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Perfekt läge, nära till många sevärdheter och 5 min till tunnelbana. Frukosten hade mer att önska, lite torftig med få sittplatser och lite väl trångt mellan borden. Satsa på frukost på någon av de trevliga fiken som finns nära hotellet.

After completing my check-in, the receptionist left me waiting without giving me the room key, as she continued to sell bottled water to other guests. Very comfortable room, with great air con and heating. But what made my stay were the truly lovely and friendly staff. They recommended me a number of places to eat and each location was excellent.
