• Nina (9/5): Central, comfortable & very friendly staff- would definitely go again! - Location, friendly staff, lift was bigger than most hotels in Rome Cleanliness- when we arrived, there were some raisins on the floor in the bedroom, almost like the floor wasn’t swept. But perhaps this was a one off issue. Everything else was great

• Guest (10/5): Wonderful boutique hotel with the most caring staff and perfect location! - The hotel is at walking distance from all the major attractions in Rome and less then 2min from the Spanish steps. The staff is very polite and went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. It’s located in a quiet area and the room was very nice and comfortable. Didn’t bother us but the room didn’t have a window with a view.

• Alejandro777777 (8/5): Gran ubicación, no confundir con palazzo goldoni! - La habitación esta nueva, es muy grande y muy limpia. Lo mejor es la ubicación, es la mejor zona de Roma por mucho, y los hoteles ahi son muy muy caros. Este es el unico accesible. Hablamos visitado la propiedad anteriormente, en la puerta se promociona al palazzo Gondoni. Que tiene un ascensor nuevo apenas entras. Reservamos pensando que ese era el hotel. No es ese! Hay que ir atrás, a un ascensor viejo, con humedad y unas puertas que parecen un ascensor de servicio. Despues bajar un piso por escalera y ahi llegas al Goldoni 47. La recepción tampoco es muy buena, mejor que el ascensor si, pero todavía nada del otro mundo. Sin embargo, la habitación si esta perfecta, el baño quizas tiene un poco de moho y olor a cloaca, pero es minimo, dada una minima filtración de agua entre el piso de la ducha y la pared.

• LEON (10/5): Amazing hotel with a winning location. - Among the best hotels I would highly recommend!! The reception staff are very nice and always happy to help. There is also a refreshment room after leaving the room for hotel guests before the flight. In short, an amazing experience, highly recommended.

• Yelyzaveta (10/5): Excellent - This is truly the best accommodation we have ever stayed at. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, the room is spotless, and the whole place has an incredible fragrance. The location couldn’t be better — right in the very center, surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shopping, and convenient public transport. This is the second time my mom and I have stayed here for our vacation, and we have never experienced better service.

• lINA (8/5): A hotel with a great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff, but the hot water problem significan - Pros: The location is excellent – very central and within walking distance to major attractions. The room was small but very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Cons: The biggest issue was with the hot water. We would start showering, and after a few minutes, the hot water would completely disappear. We reported it to the staff, who said it had been fixed, but unfortunately the problem persisted. Out of 5 nights, we only had hot water for showers twice. Another downside, common in many small European hotels, is that there was no wardrobe in the room, which made organizing clothes a bit inconvenient.

• Rebecca (10/5): Highly recommended Joy(Receptionist) made our stay. Fantastic Location.Take us back, I never slept so good. - Wonderful location, comfortable bedding and luxurious furnishings. The thing that mostly stood out was the welcome by Joy(staff) she was so friendly and gave great information. We could store our luggage and correspondence was excellent. It was only slightly hard to find the entrance but once located it was clear from then on. The large door entrance has a telecom on the outside that says Goldoni 47 you just press that and then instructions are given. Two elevators are behind the door. Goldoni 47 is the very small elevator behind the first one.

• Hasmik (8/5): Comfortable and stylish stay in a great location, but with limited service after hours. - The location was excellent, the room was very clean and fresh, and the overall interior was modern and cozy. The elevator doesn’t go directly to the floor of the hotel, which was inconvenient with luggage. Also, the staff leaves at 8 PM, so after that, you’re on your own with codes to enter — no one is there to greet you.

As mentioned in other reviews it wasn’t cool enough and seemed weak compared to what is needed. Other than that would definitely stay here again.

• Roberta (9/5): Superb - The location is fantastic, the room and bathroom were clean and well looked after. The reception staff very polite and very eager to help out. On the first morning there was no hot water as they were doing some works. It is totally understandable as these things do happen but maybe just giving notice to the guests would have been nice to help with planning. Also they didn't change the bat mat everyday, therefore it remained a bit damp.

• Ana Carolina (10/5): - O time do hotel é incrível! Chegamos cedo e muito cansados e eles fizeram de tudo para que nosso quarto ficasse pronto antes! Unico downside é que a recepcao não é 24 horas. Então, se vc vai chegar antes de 8:30 da manha, vai ter que esperar chegar alguém. A localização é perfeita - você faz tudo a pé! Os quartos e recepcao iguais as fotos!

• Maria (10/5): Simply perfect - We just got back from a 4 day stay in Rome. I stayed at the Goldoni 47 with my two children and had such a wonderful experience. It was my 3rd time in Rome and would say this has been the best hotel we’ve stayed in terms of location and cleanliness. The location is directly opposite and a 2 minute walk away from the Spanish steps surrounded with many shops high end and some high street. The staff were super nice especially Catherina who was so helpful and friendly every time. The housekeeping is amazing super clean and spotless. The junior suite was very spacious and had a lovely shower room. Plenty of room for luggage, a safe for belongings and daily complimentary water, tea/coffee kettle, iron etc. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The air conditioning did not seem to respond to temperature set on panel, all it did was blow out cool air. I had to switch off the air conditioning to warm up the room overnight.
