• Jacques (6/5): - Location. There was a lot of options for food close by. The subway was literally feet away. A lot of construction work in the building on other floors. Means you can’t have a quiet lazy morning. You have to get out before it starts.
• Ivan (7/5): Can be improved - Location is great, at walking distance from Colosseeum and across metro station. Management and staff very friendly and ready to help. There was a terrible smell in the room, the reason, bathroom had drainage problems. We had to sleep with windows open to refresh bad odor from room. Last night finally bad odor was gone but we just realized air conditioner did not work properly. Shower is extra small.

• Di Girolamo (5/5): - La camera prenotata era angusta buia dava un senso di claustrofobia bagno senza bidet con doccino sul water poco igienico cabina doccia con porta rotta ed una tenda di plastica nonché antipatia del proprietario che è stato altamente ma altamente scortese si ringrazia la ragazza della receptionist ma per avere una stanza diversa nonostante il disagio Ho dovuto fare un ulteriore esborso consiglio altitolare di tenersi Carol personale e di pagarlo bene lui è un gran cafone

• Kollára (10/5): Nagyon kényelmes volt! - Jó helyen van s szállás. A szoba, fürdő kényelmes és tiszta volt. Nagyon fáradtan érkeztünk meg. A szálllás elfoglalása nehézkes vollt a személyzet rugalmatlansága miatt. Minden más kiválló volt!

Una volta hanno dimenticato di rifare la camera ma , dopo la segnalazione , hanno provveduto alla grande . Quindi … solo un po’ più di attenzione, e va bene così . Può succedere 😊

• Catherine (8/5): A comfortable stay just a metro ride away from the centre of Rome - A pleasant hotel located near the Re di Roma metro station so convenient for reaching prime sites such as the Trevi Fountain or the Spanish Steps. The room was comfortable and clean with much needed air-conditioning available. there was also a small fridge and a very nicely fitted bathroom (excellent shower) with plenty of towels provided. The cleaning staff came in each day to remove waste and replace towels, if necessary. The reception staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. The entry door key system was a little annoying (open phone, go on whasapp, open program etc.....) and the door to the apartment itself was a difficult to open, it needed some pulling and pushing, which, when one is tired after a long day trekking all over the city, isn't so easy. And obviously, as the hotel is located near a large roundabout and the room was on the first floor, the road was quite noisy until the wee hours of the night, but I don't think there's much that can be done about that.
• Sergio (1/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación. El metro está al salir del portal y en 10 minutos estás en el centro. Las habitaciones se encuentran en la puerta de un piso, es un piso reformado para tener 4 habitaciones de “hotel”. Esa puerta puede cerrarse con pestillo desde dentro, por lo que es muy posible que no puedas acceder en algún momento. En mi caso, no pude acceder el día del check in por ese motivo, mientras el responsable me replicaba por whatsapp desde su casa no saber abrir la puerta. Por suerte, otro huésped amablemente nos abrió. La limpieza es prácticamente inexistente, se ven manchas en las propias sabanas, paredes, mandos, etc. El servicio de limpieza se basa en hacer la cama y cambiarte las toallas cada dos días. Siempre y cuando se acuerden claro, porque varios días no se hizo. No tienen papel higiénico, y aunque se lo pidas no te lo van a facilitar, si acaso ya al 3-4 día. El aire acondicionado hace bastante ruido. La ducha es ridículamente pequeña, casi no entra una persona. En resumen, las fotos de la habitación son engañosas y de tamaño es pequeña. En España tendría 1 o 2 estrellas como mucho.

Sufficienti servizi negli intorni tra bar ,posti di ristoro e volendo anche i supermercati Comodo accesso alla struttura con la chiave personale del portone ,senza preoccuparsi per il orario di rientro in stanza. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera dotata di aria condizionata e un piccolo frigo ,comodo per tenere l'acqua al fresco. Camera piccola e scomoda .

• Dion (10/5): Exceptional - The property was really clean, in a very good area and easily accessible to the metro station. The staff were very helpful and helped us with all of our needs. Considering that there are other rooms with other guests, during the night you can hear some noise from the other rooms but it was nothing serious and it went quiet really quickly

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Reyes. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful—always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. The room was spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. What really stood out was the location—it’s perfectly situated close to major attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet at night. Overall, Hotel Reyes exceeded my expectations in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

• Sophie (8/5): Very good - Staff was super nice, the location is amazing because there is a metro station right next to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Depending on the room, traffic can be heard in the room, but personally that didn’t really bother us.

• Zandile (6/5): The rooms are very good - I liked the room so clean and modern. I like the fact that it's situated around shops. That's not a hotel the way I see it's more of Lodge or Motel. There is no breakfast 😕 the hotel has to remove that in bookings.

• Sienna (2/5): do not recommend, especially in summer. - decent size room My first night, the power in my room went out completely. No air conditioning, light or power to charge my phone and my food in the refrigerator had spoiled. No one was staffing the building to fix the issue past 11pm so I was without power for 9 hours. in the morning when I asked staff about the issue, they informed me that it happens often as they do not have enough power supply to source all 4 rooms, information they had not told me prior. When I said I couldn’t stay in the room another night without power, the hotel refused me a refund as they did not have enough cash on premises, even though i payed by card. their only solution was to move me to another room two days later or wait until one of the 4 rooms was vacant. I left after my first night here as facilities were poor and not what i had paid for.

• Satoshi (1/5): The worst hotel experience of my life! - NOTHING The air conditioning doesn't work, there's no hot water, there are power outages of several hours every day, the refrigerator is broken and won't cool, the hotel name on the nameplate is different to the name online, cleaning won't come because there's no spare key, and the list goes on and on.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - My husband and I stayed here May 29 and 30, and were very pleased. The best part was the service. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We also really liked our room, which had been updated recently with the latest technology and fixtures. The hotel is conveniently located next to a Metro stop with a nice park and playground across the street. It is within walking distance to many restaurants ranging from Trip Advisor recommended local dining to local pizza places, to McDonalds. We especially appreciated being able to get good coffee and pastries 2 doors down. The only negative to the stay were the many ambulances going by from a nearby hospital, but if one sleeps soundly, it isn't a problem.
