Впервые столкнулись с такой проблемой, когда при уборке номера наши личные вещи, которые висели на стуле или лежали аккуратно сложенные на диване просто собирали и бросали в кучу в открытый чемодан. Это было каждый день. Кажется, уборщица просто не знает, как правильно убирать номер. Это было неприятно.

You don’t come close to feeling as you have paid that amount per night. Common area toilets were worn out. After tipping staff along the way, you get presented with a 5% per room price per night suggested tip. Crazy.

I also really enjoyed the restaurant, especially the breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff was disappointing, particularly one blonde lady at respiration was unprofessional, and lacked proper hospitality attitude. - Matthew (10/5): - Beautiful hotel. Absolutely stunning. The hallways, the grand room, the courtyard…. Really feels like you’re staying somewhere you shouldn’t be able to. Wonderful location as well. Super close to the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Wonderful, helpful staff as well. Definitely the best spot if you want to be near all the tourist spots while still getting 5 star accommodations.

The outdoor garden is a beautiful place to retreat for breakfast or coffee each day. The staff went out of their way to help us in every way and we would definitely return here again!

- Liliya (10/5): Staying overnight in a beautiful museum in the center of Rome! - Beautiful spaces. Ala carte breakfast with great options and fresh pressed juices. The bar Paloma cocktail (and bar in general). The green palazzo space. The Scenic elevator with seating. Roman style swimming pool, hot sauna, spa. Our lights were malfunctioning the first night in our room likely due to an power outage from the heat. They were turning on every 30 minutes in the night. The hotel moved us to a larger room the next day which was a sweet gesture. Unfortunately one night of rest in this hotel was lost (needed for Rome exploring)... Luckily rest of our stay went smoothly.

Tucked away in the busy but still walkable to all the major sights, it offered a peaceful retreat after long days exploring the city. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the comfortable bed to the generous amenities. The staff were professional and helpful, and communication before and during our stay was smooth. It really felt like a boutique experience — intimate, calm, and thoughtfully designed. Would happily stay again on our next visit to Rome. Our room was facing the street which can be kind of noisy sometimes

- YAN (8/5): great - This is a luxury hotel in an art gallery. The location is very convenient. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The shower in the room is amazing and everything in the minibar is free. The breakfast options are too limited. The room size is a bit small.

The rooms are small even by European standards and not comfortable, the lights and air conditioning were so complicated to maneuver. The breakfast was average at best compared to other hotels. The staff was great and was always available to help, however the value of what you get does not justify the price.

This hotel has been recently renovated, and it truly shows—everything feels fresh, modern, and impeccably maintained. The garden is an oasis that adds to the charm of the property. A special mention goes to Iolanda at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and professional. The breakfast staff—and honestly, every single member of the team—were exceptionally polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. There is absolutely nothing I would change about our stay. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, and outstanding service in the centre of Rome, this is it! Highly recommended! There is nothing I would change.

- Jochen (10/5): Kleines Juwel in bester Lage - Wunderbares Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude. Sehr schöne Zimmer und äußerst freundliches Personal. Der Hof mit vielen Pflanzen ist eine Oase der Ruhe in einer sehr lebhaften Umgebung. Design der Bar ist Geschmacksache.
