- Derrick Charlton (4/5): - Arrived and could not lock or unlock entry door. Never received info regarding the app that locks and unlocks the door. Super inconvenient. AC makes a lot of noise. Could not sleep. Bed is super uncomfortable. I was told via mail that the property does not receive packages and when I arrived there was a dedicated package area. So they do receive packages. Bad communication.
- chandra (8/5): - The location was fantastic. As far as the room, it was cute, but there was only 1/2 roll toilet paper, 1/2 roll of paper towels, those items should be stocked. Not the cleanest. None the less we had a great time.
- Clive (4/5): - The property was very well located in the Brickell area of Miami. Easy access by car and taxi plus excellent safe parking. These were the only positives! The bathroom requires a complete renovation. The cleanliness of the bathroom was extremely poor. Hairs in the bath / floor, dirty shower curtain and mould within the bath sealant. The bath enamel had worn through to the shell and was covered with a smelly dirty rubber mat. Chrome bath fitting were severely tarnished and stained, plus the floor tiles were cracked and dirty. The kitchen cupboards were not clean and old / smelly dirty cleaning rags left in cupboards under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom. Some of the kitchen utensils had to be cleaned because food soiled. The sofa bed in the lounge by the sliding window was noisy and uncomfortable. Contacted the management and after a number of emails was offered $15 refund on the cleaning fee. They offered to enter the property whilst I was out visiting Miami, but I declined because I had my valuables in the apartment. The alternative presented was to wait in the apartment for up to 5 hours until their handyman was available. The management team did not appreciate or want to acknowledge the very poor state of the bathroom and offering their handyman would not improve the very poor state of the bathroom in a short visit. It required a major overall! This property does not match how it is marketed on Expedia and I without exception it is the worse I have experienced.
