• Saesha (10/5): A delightful experience with humane touch! - Really loved the service - staff was extremely kind and prompt and helpful - esp Mr Kumar who ensured our stay was seamless, and also provided us useful tips on exploring places in Bangkok and other cities we were visiting. A thoroughly enjoyable experience on the whole.

• Ralph (2/5): Room itself adequate but they need to deal with maintenance issues. - Room good size and clean. My first room had mold in the bathroom ceiling. Second room just above had a water leak in the bathroom. Outside rooms very close to busy street with many loud motorcycles roaring by. I am a light sleeper and could not get a good nights rest. About a 20 minute walk to Sukhumvit where is emsphere. No Tuk Tuk. If a light sleeper ask for an inside room. I informed multiple staff members about the mold and bathroom water leak.

• Ryan (8/5): Great Hotel in a central location. Friendly staff and good value for money rooms. - Great quiet location not too from Sukhumvit Road! Spacious Rooms and nice balcony. Good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Balcony doors were not able to lock properly and a little bit noisy from the road nearby at times. Other than that a very solid place for a short stay.

• Maya (1/5): I felt taken advantage of with false photos on Google that did not at all match this hotel which is poorly maintained an - Nothing. The images on Google do not match the hotel. While the images on Booking.com reflect the property, we were shocked to arrive in a hotel completely different than what we saw when we booked (as we didn’t feel the need to cross reference the images we saw on Google when booking via Booking.com). The hotel looked run down from the outside and that was reflected on the inside. The floors were peeling, there was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom, there were stains on the bed sheets, and furniture was damaged.

• Ng (7/5): Work on your toilet facilities - The cleanliness & spacious room Heater not working. Even though I've already informed the staff, it wasn't fix at all. Due to this, I started having flu due to the cold shower. Also there is nothing to hang especially in the toilet. Can't hang our towels or wet clothing. Have to go in & out between room & toilet.
