Staff was also responsive and ready to help and accede to request. while the location is not as central, it is not too distant either The shower heater takes some getting used to - to turn the heater on - but got the hang of it after a getting the technician's help

The staffs are nice, room condition, Wi-fi, and in-room facilities are good. Only one recommendation is to clean some black spots inside the restroom. However, overall room and hotel are clean. Nil

- Michael (6/5): Good apart from the bathroom - The hotel is nice. Beds comfortable, bedroom nice & breakfast was very nice. The bathroom lets the whole show down. Black mold in the tiles, which is easily rectified. This is a game changer for me, I will not return because of this. Which is a shame, because otherwise the property is nice. Reception staff could use some training in how to deal with customers. Sullen, not particularly polite. Well below par for a Bangkok hotel of this quality.

Next to the train station are the night markets. Shower has no water pressure :-( No tea/coffee etc in room. No room safe. The pillows are very, very hard, I couldn't sleep in the 2 nights while I was there .
