No warning, nothing, just put us there knowingly that we will not sleep well. When we asked if something can be done, we were told it was reported to the supervisor. Or in other words, you are on your own. Having a magnificent room without being able to sleep when you come over to relax, is frustrating.

Facilities were always clean and the included room service options made it every relaxing by being able to take it easy in the mornings I don’t think there were enough waiters by the pool for service.

It has all the amenities you want for a great vacation. the pools very enjoyable. The food is good. We brought our little poodle and it was great to be able to have her for our anniversary with us. The difficult thing is to decide what to eat since there are enldess options!! there was no previous information about the requirements to bring my dog (cost and documents), but the staff helped me, so it ended up ok, but it's good they publish the info so people can be prepared.

- Erkay (8/5): Malgré ces points négatifs, le séjour a été très agréable, et l’hôtel offre un excellent niveau de confort et de propret - J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La propreté était irréprochable, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans les espaces communs. La nourriture était délicieuse, variée et toujours parfaitement préparée, un vrai plaisir à chaque repas. Globalement, tout s’est très bien déroulé et j’ai vraiment apprécié le confort et la qualité des services proposés. Le seul bémol concerne l’emplacement, qui est vraiment assez éloigné du centre ville, ce qui peut compliquer les déplacements. De plus, le personnel n’était pas souriant et parfois assez désagréable, ce qui contraste avec la qualité du reste de l’établissement.

Ruoka oli kaikissa ravintoloissa hyvää, erityisesti lounasbuffet ja aamiainen olivat hyviä. Osassa baareista oli mixologit tekemässä cocktaileja. Aurinkotuoleja ei ollut aina riittävästi ja niitä saatettiin varata jo aamulla.
- Amit (4/5): Good rooms and the staff but the food was terrible - The room was amazing, the staff was great. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing and far below any reasonable standard. It did not feel fresh and was mostly not edible, with many dishes served cold. Lunch was especially bad, they couldn’t even prepare a basic burger properly. The dinner restaurants were also not edible, we tried all of them and were disappointed every time. Overall, a major letdown and not what we expected from this hotel.

- Maria (10/5): Great place to relax and enjoy - The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay. The demand for a seat at the beach is quite high and I feel they could add more seating space at the beachfront. There is a second row at the back of the beach where it's easier to find a place, but you're not even able to see the sea from back there. The only negative aspect about the staff is that they're always trying to push you into buying the extra stuff that's not included (spa treatments, wine bottles, special dinners, etc)

- Angel (10/5): Can't wait to return, the rooms were too notch and the staff was the best. - The food was amazing. I'm not sure why their was a few negative reviews about the food. The food was too notch. It was 4 of us total and we all ate different meals and every meal was perfection, exploding with flavors. When we wanted to sit around the pool or beach area, their seemed to be a lot of towels on chairs and not a lot of service helping us find a spot at the pool or on the beach. We made do and I'm sure if we had asked for help they would have helped us.

Der Strand ist schön, aber mit wenigen Palmen, die sind dafür eher in dem Resort.

- Jason (10/5): Amazing location very relaxing luxury on the beach in the sun - The location is not too far from airport and right on a very beautiful beach. The swim up room was large and very comfortable the swim up pool got the sun in the morning. The concierge and all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and very helpful. There was excellent quality and variety of food in restaurants and room service. There were different pools designed for quiet and social areas with a lovely swim up bar. The sand on the beach was very fine white and beautiful and the ocean was great to swim in. The coffee bar had the most amazing coffee 30 minute uber ride into Cancun Daniel who leads the entertainment was amazing good variety of entertainment during the day and night Anything that wasn’t already included was very over priced ie in the shops on the property and the optional wine lists.

Multiple bassins, restaurants - bref très belle réussite. Personnels toujours souriants, aimables, attentionnés et pas avares pour le "tout inclusive". Sécurité All inclusive avec cependant des piscines réservées si paiements complémentaires. Et ce sans être informé préalablement. Concrètement: "vous ne pouvez pas rester ici ou alors régler 95$ de supplément.Un sentiment curieux de ségrégations. Certains restaurants le soir difficiles d'accès, voir fermés sans possibilité de réservations. Clientèle très majoritaire US middle class qui aime la fête (est ce un inconvénient?). Attention: anglais-espagnol parlé. Plage de sable blanc mais de qualité médiocre. Et en dehors des limites de la plage de l'hôtel: Le chantier...

- DINGHUA (10/5): - From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were greeted with a welcome glass of champagne and a fresh, fragrant towel, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. As Expedia VIP guests, we were escorted to the VIP check-in room, where the process was seamless and the staff was incredibly warm. They even accompanied us to our room, explaining all the features along the way. The room itself was spotless, and the housekeeping service was exceptional, with at least two cleanings per day. The hotel’s app was incredibly useful, providing daily activity updates and spa bookings. One of the most thoughtful touches was having a personal butler assigned to each room, who sent daily updates and responded to any requests promptly and warmly. The resort’s greenery was also impressive, adding to the relaxing ambiance. The dining options were excellent, with a dress code that made the experience feel special, and the staff in the restaurants were fantastic. Overall, this was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had!
