• Francisco (8/5): - Es el hotel donde siempre me quedo en Cancún, en general siempre está bien la habitación, en esta ocasión los accesorios de cortesía del baño quedaron a deber así como el hecho de que no funcione el elevador para bajar directo del piso 8.

• Roberto (8/5): Experiencia - Hotel un poco complicado de acceder ya que se encuentra en una plaza y sus accesos con auto no son fáciles si no conoces del lugar, el lobby como la alberca escondidos en la parte de atrás del complejo contrario a la avenida principal. La limpieza impecable de las habitaciones y del hotel en general. El servicio de lobby un poco difícil, se comprende que hay problemas en el suministro de luz de la península y que es recurrente, para desgracia de los empleados y mas para los que están en el lobby, la frustración de los clientes es difícil, pero considero que deberían de estar mayor capacitados para la trata de los clientes por que se vuelven prepotentes y eso no es profesional. Además el elevador es un problema, se va la luz y se bloquea hasta el día siguiente si no se atiende el mismo día y para los del 8vo piso subir 120 escalones no es fácil (haces ejercicio pero no es cómodo cuando vas a vacacionar) Otro aspecto es que después de cierta hora de la madrugada, no hay nadie para atender y uno de los cuartos se fue por completo la luz por una pastilla que se boto y uno que puede hacer? nada esperar hasta el dia sig y sufrir con el calor. Los precios en lineal son ATM y las habitaciones también pero por los inconvenientes te hacen pensarla. Yo lo recomiendo si no estarás en el hotel por largos ratos, el restaurante de desayunos y Lunch super delicioso y muy servicial a precios accesibles.

Lo malo se fue la luz dos noches y mas de 3 horas en la noche con 33 grados y humedad del 90% imposible dormir , pense que fue esas veces pero averiguando se va seguido la luz en la zona, y no tienen planta de luz como otros hoteles, fue lo malo, lo demas bien!

The only real issue we had was the internet even though it was fast it was very unreliable. It kept dropping and sometimes for a very long period of time.

• Eric (8/5): Lindo hotel. - La habitacion me agrado, era muy amplia en el primer piso, la caja fuerte no funcionaba pero nos ofrecerieron amablementa cambiarnos de habitación. Aqui el tema es la recepción, te das una mala impresion cuando llegas, para empezar la entrada es complicada, parece que estas entrando por detras, y lo que hay es una pequeña puerta y detras de ella un escritorio y una persona sentada alli. La piscina y alrededor tampoco es buena, las habitaciones muy bien con refrigerador aire acondicionado en excelentes condiciones, buen caudal de agua en los baños.

• ARTURO (10/5): Buena opción en Cancún - Las instalaciones están en buen estado, las habitaciones son amplais y cómodas, y en egneral se ve bien cudiado y limpio. Si haces un viaje de negocios, si estás de paso, o para una estancia corta, me parece excelente, para vacacionar está algo retirado de todo, si andas en auto o no tienes problema para desplazarte, el hotel tiene un fácil acceso (y está a 10-15 minutos del aeropuerto) y puede ser buena opción, y aunque el restaurante estuvo cerrado en mi estancia, hay variedad de opciones para comer cerca. La recepción está un poco escondida porque accedes por la parte de atrás, desde el estacionamiento (bastante amplio porque lo comparte con una pequeña plaza comercial), la piscina me pareció algo mal ubicada, muy a la pasada. Y el check in fue algo lento porque al parecer les estaba fallando el servicio, pero el personal amable. En general, estuve satisfecho con mi (breve) estancia y el precio me pareció razonable.

The pool was nice, breakfast was good, the place was very clean and simply decorated. The only issue we had is the noise from the road was very loud at times... sometimes waking me up jumping out of my skin. Recommend ear plugs to solve that. Bed was veey comfortable. I reallt liked the little shopping area attached to hotel with italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor.

• John (10/5): Good place near airport in non- touristy area. - Just needed a plain Hotel for my overnight to catch a red-eye flight out of Cancun. The property is in a non touristical area near the airport. I could walk to restaurants for dinner, and it was an easy taxi ride to the airport to catch my flight.

Room was basic, no phone in the room. Restaurant didn’t offer dinner service. Restaurants were across a dangerous highway. Not markets or pharmacies around there.

• Elizabeth (2/5): LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN HOSPEDAJE EN CANCÚN - Me comuniqué vía correo electrónico avisando que llegaría después de su hora establecida de check in porque mi vuelo llegaría después de las 00:30 AM. Nunca me contestaron. Llamé al número telefónico del hotel y tampoco me contestaron. Me mandaron un mensaje de What´s App justo el día de mi viaje y sólo para condicionarme que harían una excepción para mi recepción tardía. Cuando llegué al hotel nadie se veía a la vista en el área del estacionamiento, pues la recepción del hotel se encuentra dentro de una plaza que desde luego a la hora que llegué se encontraba desierta. Cuando logré localizar la recepción y a mucho insistir vía What´s App, la encargada tenía mala actitud, como si me estuviera haciendo el favor de su vida, me cobró $17,370 (por una noche) en lugar de $1737. No respetaron la tarifa pactada de $1,576.25. Hicieron la cancelación del cobro indebido, por la mañana cuando les hice ver su error. El desayuno incluido deja mucho que desear, pues solo te ofrecen una opción (como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor). Se nota que están ávidos de turistas incautos para desplumarlos. NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR, ¡¡¡¡¡NO LES AGRADAN LOS TURISTAS, SÓLO SACARLES DINERO A LOS TURISTAS!!!!!

• JUSTINE (2/5): A éviter - Malheureusement, tout ne s'est pas passé comme prévu. Lors de ma réservation, il y avait un montant affiché en dollars. Sauf que l'hôtel ne prend que les paiements en pesos. Jusque là ça ne me dérange pas. Par contre, quand l'hôtel applique un taux de conversion non officiel pour s'en mettre davantage dans les poches, ça mepose souci ! C'est du vol ou de l'arnaque comme vous voulez. Ce n'est spécifié à aucun moment lors de la réservation. Alors la chambre était propre malgré une odeur bizarre persistante. L'hôtel est loin de tout. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Si vous souhaitez un prix juste, passez votre chemin.

• Daniel (6/5): - This hotel was a Safe hotel but was not easily accessible after hours. The entrance is through a court yard that is highly secured at night. The check in was easy and the staff was nice. The restaurant and free breakfast was the best part. The restaurant gives you 4 options for the included breakfast, and the staff at the restaurant were amazing and made my stay here magical. The room is new and modern.
