Me dijeron que no era necesario ir todos los días la de recepción, es increíble, no me lo esperaba. Muy mal desayuno para el costo que cobran. Me quedé asombrado que no hay cocina en el hotel...solo el horno sin cocina..pésimo.

The front desk was completely understaffed with just one person who looked as if she was still in Highschool. I paid $268.00 for the room and then an additional $25.00 resort fee at the hotel and then $10.00 for parking. The breakfast I came down at 9am and there was one omelet in the chaffer, and no one brought anymore. There were a lot of people at breakfast as well. The hotel is way understaffed. The morning, I was checking out the one front desk person (again looked as if she were just out of high school) was on the phone forever. When I finally got tired of waiting and was visibly annoyed someone in the cleaning staff helped me. I have to say I will NEVER stay at a Home 2 again. I was not impressed at all.

• Patty (10/5): - Great place to stay, comfortable and the team works is very kindness. But, is a little far from downtown, you need to rent a car or use lift and Uber. But overall it is excellent, if you have a time you can enjoy the greats amenities in the hotel, pool, fitness center, and I have a special praise to the entire reception team, all then really very kind and efficient. Delicious free breakfast.

Front desk associates were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Rm was clean and comfy, and the rest of the facility was spotless as well. • Heidi (8/5): Nice Hotel with many extras - Tha hotel was beautiful with a many extras in your room. We had a full size fridge, microwave, and even dishes and silverware. They had full size shampoo and rinse in showers and lotions on the wall near the sink. We have a disabled daughter so we appreciated the low entry shower and bar on the wall. We loved being able to log into our Netflix on the tv. The only thing I was not happy with was the bed was too firm and I ached all night, but firmness of a mattress is a personal choice. Overall it was a very nice hotel

• 22deannat (4/5): No Hilton Honors Appreciation for Guest - The hotel itself was nice and impressive looking upon arrival. Charging for parking for a hotel that is not near any amenities and kind of in the middle of nothing is a bit strange but you have to expect that in Orlando. I am a team member (Hilton employee) and a Gold Hilton Honors member, I think it is terrible customer service to not even recognize your HH member unless they are top tier Diamond Members. Way to make your other HH levels feel worthless. Every hotel I have been to (and I travel a lot) has always given 2 bottles of water to their guest upon check in. At this hotel, I was told only Diamond members get water and because I was ONLY a Gold member I couldn’t have any. I was told the water was counted out and audited nightly to make sure the front desk clerk wasn’t giving water to the undeserving levels. Even as a fellow team member, I didn’t “qualify” for a free bottle of water. WOW! Just WOW! How absolutely cheap can the owners of this property be? You cant give a .25 cent bottle of water to HH members as a simple recognition? It isn’t really about a cheap bottle of water for me, it’s about the lack of caring about your guests. I was planning on staying in the area several times of the next few months, but I will be looking elsewhere for a hotel that actually cares about their guests and appreciates HH members. At the hotel I work, we give bottles of water to every HH member no matter their status. But then again, it’s probably why our hotel has 4.9 ratings on reviews and have won several awards. Customer service and guest appreciation will keep the guest coming back. being cheap tight wads, will make me go elsewhere.

My only complaint is that you needed to pay for parking at this hotel which seemed very odd since it isn’t downtown or anywhere where parking is an issue. Seems like the hotel should be able to work out a deal with the company that owns the parking lot to pay for hotel guests and issue us a parking pass.

• DMSimCas (4/5): Nice Room - Awful Breakfast and Parking - The hotel room was very clean and very well appointed. In particular, Barry at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I was a little surprised at the lack of water in the room or any recognition of Hilton status. In addition there was a huge black mark on the. A thrown door that looks like mold but might be dark rust? Either way - not great. (Room 204 if anyone wants to check) Our stay had two main issues - parking and breakfast. Parking: There is no person that can be reached for a parking question or issue. It is all fill out a form and never hear back. I understand this is a contractor - but it is your contractor. The parking fee is also disingenuous as there are app fees that are not disclosed during the reservation process. Breakfast: This area needs a lot of improvement. The hot breakfast was lukewarm and not at all appealing any day we were there. We tried each morning but the lukewarm and stale tasting food was just not okay. We ended up leaving each day to have breakfast elsewhere. The breakfast attendant was also not at all helpful. Each morning we greeted her and were ignored. The last morning we were there, we asked for hot water as the carafe was empty. She said we needed to wait fifteen minutes. No problem. Went to pack up the room and check out, load up the car, etc. After 45 minutes, still no hot water. I asked again and she gave me a snotty look. I u sweat and people are busy but we did ask nicely and clearly were waiting. It takes five minutes to go to the back and pour a cup of hot water that was clearly for the elderly parent traveling with us. I left and got hot water when we got breakfast elsewhere. Complete disregard for the customer experience and definitely impacted the value of the stay. Outside of parking and breakfast, the hotel was nice, good location, and near other breakfast spots.

Two things made our stay not super pleasant. 1. You have to pay for parking. is a 10 dollar fee per day. I don't think that an hotel in that area should charge for parking. 2. the cleaning staff left our bathroom without body wash and soap for 2 nights, despite we made the request to refill the bottles four times.

Staff was able to accommodate an early check-in for our unexpected and hastily booked stay after an ER visit prevented us from flying back home. Room was ready within 1.5 hours of booking around Noon. Breakfast schedule could not be located anywhere on Hilton app or hotel website and was not communicated to us at check-in. It wasn't made clear that you needed to pay for the parking at the start of your stay instead of settling up at checkout. Didn't discover this until I went to pay via the provided QR code at checkout and that's when the online parking timer started. It may have said as much on signs in the parking lot, but we were having to stay unexpectedly due to a medical emergency - reading the fine print wasn't our focus at the time.

Walk in shower good but we had to go buy a chair for him to sit on. He is not able to stand long. Did not ask ahead of time about his but I suggest you get some chairs on hand and also a courtesy wheelchair for walkin long distance, inside.

• Edward (8/5): Clean and comfy - I booked this hotel because a lot of the other higher end hotels were booked for the two nights stay I needed for a business trip to Lake Nona. For context, I stay at about 24-30 different hotel nights per year for business that’s a lot. The building was brand new, very clean, spacious and nicely maintained. This property home to suites is a joint to a Hampton Inn as well so it’s two hotels in one. My first impression was there’s only one person at the desk at any given time and I think they need more help at the front since the people in front of me and Ihad to wait for the person to get off two phone calls before taking care of us. Overall, staff is nice. The beds are very comfortable. The soaps and lotions are very basic nothing special. The water pressure in my fourth floor room was not great in fact it was a drizzle. I don’t think you can get a bad view in this neighborhood unless you’re looking at the main street. But everything is new in the area so it was nice. We’ll probably stay again my next trip to the area. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast, but the food really tasted not so great for me. They don’t have a water dispenser in the lobby like a lot of other hotels too, but if you go into the gym, there’s a water dispenser in there to fill your Hydro flask.
