Da notare che al piano sotto si possono trovare cereali, frutta secca e lo yogurt. Pulizia nella norma. La stanza attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Da notare che le vecchie prese “americane” sono state sostituite con prese per i telefoni, laptop ecc., perciò non serve portare addattori. Albergo grandissimo, “un porto del mare”. Per 3 notti prelevati 300,- USD che vengono restituiti quando decidono loro, a distanza di una settimana di check out, non abbiamo ancora ricevuto nulla.

- Clara (6/5): Buena ubicacion, pero mejorable las habitaciones y servicios . - La ubicación. Que la habitacion disponga de cocina office con nevera, micro e utensilios basicos. Que el precio incluya desayuno.( aunque debería mejorar). Habitación triple muy pequeña. S espacio para guardar maletas, ni zapatos, ni colgadores para abrigos y sólo un pequeño armario. Aun teniendo cocina office, no hay espacio suficiente para poder comer en habitación. El sofá cama ,para una persona adulta,es estrecho y el colchón incomodo.. Se oía un ruido constante de un motor de ventilación, que era muy molesto durante el descanso nocturno. Desayuno poco variado y de poca calidad.

El sillón-cama para la tercer persona es incómodo. No recomendable para más de un día. El lugar del desayuno es caótico en ciertos horarios, el hotel te lo advierte, pero deberían solucionarlo. - AKIHIKO (6/5): 大変満足でした。 - ロケーションが抜群でした。 たまたま、車いす用の部屋だったので、広々としていて、100ｌ超のスーツケースも余裕で広げられました。 ワードローブもハンガーが沢山あり、一週間のＹシャツとジャケットなどを余裕でかけられました。 大きな冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、流し台などの設備も清潔でよかったです。 サービスのコーヒー用のお湯は専用のコーヒーメーカーで作るようになっていて、普通の電気ケトルはありませんが、カップラーメンを作るのに十分なお湯はコーヒーメーカーで作れました。 車いす用の部屋のせいかシャワーの水量が少なく物足りなかったことだけが残念でした。

- Marlen (8/5): Greta location to explore Manhattan and good value for money. Recommend. - Great location and good value-for-money. Loved the little kitchenette in the room. With the Hilton Honors App, checking in and out and even using a digital room key made the travel experience so much easier. Elevators are a huge point of congestion in the hotel. Breakfast was ok but not great. Still a good option since it is included. Make sure you don't get there close to closing time or food options will run out. AC was very noisy.

Depending on the time of day we had to queue for the lift and when it arrived it forgot what floors it was assigned to so we had to repeat the process. 2. Aircon is very noisy.

Riktigt otrevlig personal vid incheckningen, plus att jag var tvungen att lämna en deposition på 100 dollar per natt (totalt 500 dollar för min del). - Gabriela (10/5): Espectacular, ubicación inmejorable. Ruido del aire es molesto. - La habitación es tal cual la foto, aunque es más pequeña. La ubicación es increíble. El personal es muy amable. Te dan agua y te guardan las maletas. Hablan varios idiomas así que es fácil comprender. La cama es cómoda. El desayuno es rico (huevos, papá, salchicha, frutas, café y jugos). El sonido del aire es súper fuerte, así que en las noches vas a escuchar el tuyo y el de las habitaciones. Te cobran 100 dólares por noche de seguro, pero lo reembolsan de inmediato.

It was the best!! I didn't like how the rooftop is only for 21+ because there's a bar there , but anyone should be allowed to go, now to drink THEN they should check for ID's

- Elena (8/5): - Habitación bien equipada y limpia, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Para una pareja con hijo (nuestro caso) perfecta, para tres adultos era justa de espacio. Nevera grande, fregadero, cafetera y repuestos, todo perfecto para pasar unos días, casi como un mini apartamento. La ubicación fantástica, lo mejor del hotel, en pleno Times Square. Nos tocó una habitación en uno de los últimos pisos por lo que no tuvimos demasiadas incidencias con los ascensores (subían primero e iban bajando), pero sí vimos huéspedes muy agobiados con la espera por la mañana. No tuvimos problema como relatan otras reseñas para encontrar sitio en el desayuno, que estaba bien organizado y atendido por personal muy amable. La cantidad de huéspedes para el número de ascensores es un problema. En horas de desayuno se formaban colas y esperas en plantas intermedias, con mucha dificultad para subir o bajar. El desayuno es muy justo, hay gran cantidad de cosas, pero echamos de menos comida más saludable o europea (mucha bollería, cereales, y nada de embutido, poca fruta y platos calientes muy repetitivos), los últimos días llevábamos cosas compradas para complementar.

Les équipements de la chambre permettent d'y déjeuner pour ceux qui seraient trop fatigués pour ressortir le soir. Pour cela il y a même un Whole Foods pas loin. ;-) Le canapé lit est moyennement confortable pour une ado. La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu petite pour la taille de l'établissement et excepté entre 6h et 7h, l'attente est courante. Les travaux au printemps 2026 rendent le hall vraiment exiguë.

Front of hotel was on full work, I could hear the drilling from the 34th floor. Lift system is long, and useless. Nightmare during busy time. Restaurant breakfast is chaotic! So busy and loud.
