The Cleaners never once came and clean our room in the 8 nights we stayed there although we keep making our request known. They never change our towels we have to go every day to get them changed. One rag fell down on the ground in the bathroom and stayed there for 8 days.. at the end of our stay when they went to check the room on the dusty floor and getting wet at times from the shower. they charged us for a dirty rag, stating that the rag was dirty....

They refuse to give you extra towels and they are dirty or brand new nor washed . Sink has crusted crap glued to it from never being cleaned room was so run down it should be a code violation probably is . Bugs and rude people everywhere stay away this place will leave you in tears after how nasty staff is if you have kids beware they don’t care ! They will leave you out in rain w kids and boomlet you charge a phone what POs they are lucky I’m a wish mom and couldn’t truly stay and say how I felt after that terribly disgusting nasty staffer who traumatized my kids and myself for no reason . These workers r pure evil and the hotel is a roach motel scam homeless camp for drivgies and prostitues who they prioritize over nice families ! Run!!!! Don’t be mislead we by their false adv they post pics that are photoshopped and trick you as it’s a super 8 and travelodge same hotel but they post higher prices for one and post other and none are what it truly looks like and they will over charge you and scam you at all cost ! There’s a man living there who they charged 100 more than me a week ! We had to sleep w lights on so reaches didn’t crawl all over us ! Run!! Place is A dump and staff is terrible !! Run!!

The tub was rusty I would call it or very dirty and I didn’t get my deposit back for something I didn’t do and it was very clear on the camera I didn’t do it.

• Rafaroo (2/5): If you´re choosing this place for the location, then it´s fine. Otherwise give it a swerve. - The location was about the only think to be positive about. One of the lads on the recption allowed me to make a call to try to locate my suitacse. The room wasn´t cleaned at all. The sheets or towels weren´t changed. Apparently you have to ask at the reception, which is contrary to the note in the room that states linen and towels will be cleaned every 3 days. The maintenance guy had to fix the lock on the door as I couldn´t get in. This took 2 days to fix so I couldn´t access my room without someone from reception opening the door for me. A guest spilled some juice at breakfast, nobody came to clean it up nor did anyone replenish the breakfast "buffet".

Instincts went off and we left the same night. Floor areas felt hollow, water damage. Exterior door was kicked in and had gaps, and it overall, has not been taken care of.
